Jeff was very professional and went the extra step to make sure we stayed cool until our appointment date. Offered to put in more Freon in my old unit free of charge to accommodate their busy schedule. Called around for other quotes and no one offered this type of service. Very happy with my new unit and how they don’t cut corners to under sale you a lesser unit. By far the best warranty and their years in business speak for themselves.

There were 2 different occasions, both times the technicians were courteous, worked preformed in a very hot attic and had the most positive attitude i have ever seen under such duress. FYI it 106 the day the work was preformed. I had been told by another HVAC company that parts for my HVAC were not possible to get this company found them quickly they were shipped and received in 3 days and then installed

Recently we had an appointment with Purls to have our gutters cleaned but they did so much more. Not only did they clean but they repaired corners and areas where the gutters had dropped over time and were no longer level They even fixed the bent gutter where the owner had run into it with the motor home. The team that was here has worked for us before and they proved once again that they are self starters and thorough without direction. They represent their company very well. We appreciate their service. It rained soon after and there were no more leaks. Whenever Purls employees are working here they are polite, tidy and considerate of the home owner.

Our air conditioning went out on a Thursday afternoon in hundred plus degree weather.Gabriel from Pearls was that are home early Friday morning and stayed working on our 20 year-old system through the heat of the day for 12 hours to make sure our air conditioning was working before he went home late Friday evening. I was so pleased to have my A/C fixed in my family room which is very large and has its own A/C. Normally when it gets hot, it wont go below 80 plus degrees. The young man who came so very accurate in his estimate of what was wrong and it was a slow leak. He put more freon and sprayed to seal the leaks. It worked immediately. Thank you so very much for your help. It saved me for this hot Summer. I couldnt be more appreciative!

We needed a new Air conditioning unit and Purls sent one of their team members to assess our needs. Within 1 week of ordering our new equipment the new unit was installed within 2 days. The team that came were highly efficient, courteous and friendly. every measure was taken to keep the work and surrounding areas clean and clean up was fast and efficient. My entire experience was great with Purl’s! Kenny came out for the diagnosis of my problem (bad compressor) and allowed me to watch him work and we chatted it up. He gave me a quote and a timeframe. Ricky and his partner, I think his name was Steven, showed up on the day I was given, were on time, and done before the time I was given allowing me to go on about my business. No surprise charges, no trouble, and friendly technicians!

My experiences are extensive and long term. The staff always knows what they are doing and I have never gotten the feeling they were just winging it. Too many HVAC contractors give the impression they don’t want to fix a unit just replace it!

I have used the company for 20 years and they have never done any work that wasnt above average to excellent.Professional, removal, routing, installation and finish work is all very good. Sanitary installation technique results in a well operating AC system.I requested several minor alternate deviations from what they planned to do and they followed my desires which should result in future ease for me to accomplish some remodeling in and around their work.

Purls Sheet Metal was the only company to answer me on a hot Saturday morning when my AC decided to stop working. Not only were they the only ones to answer but were there in 15 minutes and fixed the problem within the hour!I have used then ever since. Every single time they have serviced or home wether its for our AC, furnace or cleaning out dryer ducts, you would never knots they have been there. So kind, clean & tidey!
