I had a technician diagnose my electrical issues and he was fast and efficient.

Alex was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were stuck mid trip and Alex was able to get us back on the road. He really went above and beyond.

When you own an RV and something goes wrong it typically takes 3 to 4 weeks to get an appointment at a dealership and then you can end up waiting another week to 10 days for parts or authorization. With Mobile RV Repair they had a service tech to my location the same day and had a replacement roof top AC in stock and installed it the following day allowing us to keep our planned trip that week on schedule. I will definitely be using them again.

This company went beyond reasonable in their responses. They were wonderful in dealing with me personally AND professional in taking care of the extended warranty company & details. Would I recommend them? Most definitely, because they care about their customers!

While rolling down I-5 we experienced a hydraulic hose failure on our 5th wheel slide system which caused our slides to start opening. We limped into an RV park in Coalinga and I called Mobile RV Repair first thing on Sunday morning. They were responsive, professional and kept me updated on the status of the RV tech, who drove all the way from Madera to assist. On arrival, he diagnosed the issue, replaced the hose and made adjustments to the slide system so the issue would not happen again. The technician was courteous, professional and clearly knew what he was doing. Thanks for getting us back on the road so quickly!!!!

The technician we got for both times was the same guy name alec. The first time he came we had a problem with our fridge and I told him before he does anything to let me know what the problem was. He never communicated and just worked on the problem. Charged me 120 dollars for a part he never showed me. So, I was like hmm ok I let it go. Last time he came was because our ac was not working properly. He said there was nothing wrong with it. Few months later we still had ac problems my husband went on top to check it out and the ac was so dirty and my husband cleaned out the filter and now its working.. that guy Alec didnt even take the time to do his job and paid 100 dollars for nothing.

I had previously attempted to have a repair done through another company and it was a nightmare of a time getting a technician out. With this place it was a super smooth and easy experience! Quick, courteous, and professional. They had a technician come out, order a part, and had it installed and the problem fixed all within less than a week! HIGHLY recommend

I cannot say enough great things about Mobile RV repair. After contacting 2 other mobile repair companies and getting nowhere. Mobile RV Repair immediately replied to me and showed up at the time they said they would. All work was completed, and now they are helping us to get the warranty paperwork completed, to get reimbursed for the work. Bottom line, awesome company. Will use them again.

Outstanding Service. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. Ran a couple checks and bingo my 42 ft 5th wheel was back on the road. It took the repair person less that five minutes to troubleshoot, isolate the failure and had my Trailers auto leveling system operational.I know who to call if i ever have another issue with getting my 5th wheel back on the road.Robby Robinson
