This place is awful. We tried to call them from 3-5 pm the day our car was picked up. According to Google they close at 4pm which is 3hrs before EVERY other towing place in middle Ga. We were there at 9am to pick up the car and they charged us $25 for the day before and that day...so a total of $50 in addition to a few other fees...so $125 just to pickup the car!!!! Why do people collect further $ from people already struggling!

The most shady folks ever they came to get my camper my daughters car was broke down parked in front of my camper .they hooked up to her car moved it .I later read thats against the repo laws .and they lied saying my grandson went in through the air vent in the roof which as a bar going through the middle and its only 12 inches by 12 inches I later found out they lied to cops say that what really happened they used a knife and broke into my camper .busted several things inside and a solar panel I had on the outside .I hope Kramer comes back around they are crooks

John was very understanding of my situation and allowed me to take car to body shop due to a wreck I had 2 days ago to have the car totaled and relieve me from the loan with the car. He was my life saver today and apprieate his patience with me. Im keeping my word and headed to body shop when they return from lunch.

Unprofessional and doesn’t own up to their own mistakes, will be taking legal action against this company.My Car drove completely perfect before the company towed it. (My car is a 2012 Acura TL) When I say perfect, I mean my car would pratically drive it’s self and I always bragged about how well it drove) After the fact.. my car pulled tremendously. So, I Went and had 2 different opinions on the car before I contacted the towing company..not knowing what was going on with it...both found that the Sub frame had been bent on my car from where they lifted it. Pictures were obtained of the Bent frame and of the tow truck marks(freshly grabbed) So, I Contacted the company. I spoke with John for about 2 weeks or so and finally to Rick..and at first Rick took full responsibility, was very helpful, looked at my car then paid for an alignment and tire rotation..done by Lancaster tire in Macon. (Of course that didn’t fix it like he said it would. I even second guessed him and asked him was he sure that would fix it..He was sure it would..Adam at Lancaster tire even said that a tire rotation and alignment wasn’t going to fix a bent frame but went forward with Ricks wishes) Rick was very reassuring at this point that he would make this right even after me informing him my car was still pulling. I Had communication for 2 months after this through text messaging.. of him assuring me he would fix the problem. He then Kept putting me off..and finally offers for me to bring my car in so that he can go have it put on a machine for the frame. Even offers for me to drive a 2017 Tacoma to work.. this offers stands for another 2-3 weeks but he never followed through with this either as he kept putting it off....a few weeks go by.. I text him.. and get no response.. text him again And he responds with offering to buy me tires and then insinuates I need motor mounts as well as tires to fix the problem since the alignment and tire rotation didn’t do the trick. THEN cold turkey stops communcaication with me.. not even following through with the tires (which wouldn’t fix the sub frame being bent anyways) and without fixing my car. It’s been 3 months and I Had to pull over IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE to a loud smacking noise yesterday to find my tire has unraveled and was smacking the fender of the car...from the car eating my tires so bad(he just rotated to the front in August) that I had no choice but to buy a new tire.(the tire still had life left before it was rotated from the back and was only warped on the inside) NOT ONLY did this happen to me BUT this happened to me while my KIDS were IN the car with me..After all this frustration and him not responding to me.. As well as his “receptionist Tonya telling me they aren’t at fault and for me not to even bother calling Rick because they aren’t fixing my car prior to him offering the tires” My husband then calls Rick his self..off of a different number and he tells my husband “I’m not doing anything with the car.. it needs motor mounts and tires” and hangs up on him. I will be taking legal action to get my car fixed as I tried for 3 months to be patient with the company. Just bad business and all I want/wanted is for my car to be as it was before they retrieved it.

Place did a repo on a car that was fully paid for. Instructions said to knock and get the key. They did not and draged a front wheel drive car threw a ditch damaging the tires and allinement. Loan officer said the will never use them again as the bill paid to them went to the payment for the car. Thier business license need to be reviewed by the state the way they do business.

Driver just jerked the gate open with a chain of an apartment complex. When the Manager approached him, he lied and said he was there to pick up a broken down vehicle. In fact, he pulled out a vehicle in perfect running condition. Manager has already spoken to this driver in the past about racing through the property in a dangerous manner with children and elderly resident walking about to the mailbox kiosk. Very reckless individual that is going to hurt someone.

Helped me get a vehicle to repair shop when it would not run.
