TWICE :( :(.WHEN THE GATES WERENT WORKING FOR 6 WEEKS STRAIGHT, AT A GATED COMMUNITY, AND THERE WERE NO PARKING SPACES AVAILABLE.I PARKED IN FRONT OF MY GARAGE UNIT, AND THERE HAVE BEEN NO OTHER CARS TOWED THAT DO THE SAME THING, OR WORSE.I HOPE MIKE ADAMS CHOKES ON MY $675.00, WHAT HE CALLS FREE FOOD. *Im not going to try and choke him, but I wouldnt try and resuscitate him if he was choking on anything either.BTW, who has long gray hair died brown that was inside my car? And thanks for breaking my drivers side mirror!

My son left Richmond Hill on his way back to Kennesaw when he had an issue with his truck that caused him to stop in Macon. He called us, his parents, of course. We made the two hour trip to meet him to see if it was something my husband could fix. Unfortunately, it couldnt be. We called Mike Adams towing--was told driver was at another tow but would be at us within 45 minutes. Driver pulled up exactly 45 minutes later and towed my sons truck back to Richmond Hill. 175 miles at 12:30 am. Couldnt have asked for better customer service. It certainly made a long night a little better and eased this Mamas mind. Thank you so much Mike Adams towing.

Ive used mike adams for years. They are always reliable and friendly...And let me tell you, I recently broke down, called insurance they scheduled a tow company, I was stuck IN the road with all of my children for 45 min, called insurance back, they had to schedule yet another company. I was looking at another 45 minute wait in the middle of the road with no way to pull over. I said look, Im gonna call mike Adams. TEN MINUTES after I called mike Adams, they were there! I kid you not! I was still on the phone with insurance cancelling the second company. Got me and all 5 of my kids towed safely home. THIS is why I will NEVER call another tow company. THIS is why I will continue to refer people to them and use them!! I absolutely love how quick, friendly, and reasonably priced Mike Adams is.

I had my truck towed in from a rest area, they had my truck for two days and when I got back into my truck I had personal items missing along with phone charger, candy, etc. I called about it and of course they say my drivers don’t steal. How else will you explain my items missing.

I called them and they were out to me in an hour. Very professional and prompt.

Do not do business with this company they will steal your money. The driver never showed up to get my truck and they took my money off my card. when I called them to give me my money back because no one came they told me no they taking it because I called them. I am going to expose them and taking it to my lawyer because this company is out here stealing people money. DO NOT USE THEM

I called Mike Adams Towing to help me move a Container. They were able to schedule the move same day. Chad came out and met me and loaded the container (even in the rain) and hauled it to a new location. Great Job. I appreciate the help!

Towed us to GM dealer. Unhooked trailer, moved truck to GM garage. Even stayed to hook up 5 to wheel hitch in Fathers truck. He went beyond the call of duty. Wish everyone had the same work ethic. Jay was professional. Outstanding service!

These guys are hands down the best in the business. Our Motorcoach broke down in Perry, GA today 01/04/2020 on the way to Disney World with our children and the customer service provided by Charlotte in the office was 5 stars. Dale our tow driver was as friendly and professional as they come. This company was fairly priced and extremely professional. Note: they are open 24/7 for all your towing needs. Google shows them closed at times but they are not closed in the tow department.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They never showed up to my call and tried to steal my money off my card. When I called them they was very unprofessional and rude and still tried to take my money and I have proof of everything they said and did. I will never use them and they need to be shut down.

I was very upset and worried and she explained their process with me and assured me that I would be taken care of and that I had nothing to worry about. They are very efficient and polite. We use them all the time to secure my husbands trailers. I like they are 24 hrs and if you call them for towing service they respond fast. They dont have any hidden fees and tell you when you call how much it will be for the service. If someone leaves a car on your property and dont come get it then if you call them they will come right out and tow it off your property. Ive never had a bad experience with the company. The guy even let me took a picture of him when I told him I was gonna leave a review. They really nice people.

Amazing customer service!!! My family and I were stranded on the side of the highway, Initially I was calling around to get prices. Even though I didn’t say yes initially while I was getting quotes they called back to check on me and make sure we were alright. Turns out they were the most affordable. They were quick and got us towed and home safely. Really impressed by the level of care and service shown to me that day. I definitely recommend them!

They never showed up after I called them after I ended up in the ditch avoiding a baby deer. I waited an hour and a half but still they never showed up. My husband ended up pulling me out after digging for an hour to clear the front of the dirt from the front of my car so he could pull me out. Will never call them again.

I purchased a vehicle from a friend of mine for a kid that I have mentored for twelve years in Macon. He had not yet been to register the car, but it was insured. He was involved in an accident and the police were called. Since the vehicle was not registered in his name, it was impounded.Enter Mike Adams Towing..... they towed the vehicle to their impound lot on Emery Highway. With little money, he was unable to pay the fees associated with getting the car out. They placed a lien on the car, in the titled owner’s name (my friend), making it so that she could not cancel the registration. In all, the car was in storage for 59 days. I intervened and drove to the Mike Adams lot from Atlanta. The total to get the vehicle out of their storage lot was $1,475. This included $125 towing fee and $1,180 ($20 per day) in storage fees, plus some additional junk fees.Instead of paying all the fees, since the vehicle was inoperable and likely totaled, we opted to surrender the title to Mike Adams Towing. They said that they would clear the lien so that my friend could cancel her registration. However, when she went to cancel a few weeks later, the lien had not been removed and she was forced to pay a fine.This is an immoral, pathetic, lying organization. They prey on the less fortunate, taking advantage in any way that they can.

Called Monday and set and appointment for Friday morning to have a container moved. Took off Friday to make sure I would be there to show them and give them details. Called back Thursday and asked if I could change the appointment to the afternoon because I had to schedule a doctors visit. I was told by the dispatcher that she didnt know if she could switch to the afternoon or not but she would call me back. I had to call her back twice because she never called me. I finally arranged for my son in law to meet the driver in the morning and called her back to let her know to keep the morning appointment. She said no problem. Friday morning at 10:15, they are still not there and I live 45 minutes away. I called to ask where they are and she tells me that they are trying to monitor the weather to see when to come. So, basically, I begged to change to an afternoon appointment, which she wouldnt give to me, had my son in law take time off from work, but after all of that, they werent going to get out there until the afternoon anyway. Total disregard for my time and for a commitment to a schedule. The dispatcher never, ever called me or called me back during any of this process. I told them to forget it and cancelled the request. Still need someone to move a 40 foot container in middle Georgia area. Recommendations?

I was involved in a rear end collision on I75 S south of Macon. Mike Towing picked up my vehicle at crash site. Mike Towings Driver came up to me, handed me his business card, dont worry about your vehicle and possessions they will be safe at our location. Absolutely everything was in our vehicle when we transferred the items.

It was a rainy day and I managed to get a couple vehicles (trying to pull the first one out with truck and chain) stuck in yard and was told it would be an hr before someone came out.Which I understood.After an hr and 15 mins,I called back only to be told the driver had to be sent on another call,so it would be another 30-45 mins.At this time I called backup Russell Roadside,they were there within 20 minutes,like they said.It cost a little more but it was worth it. I never did call back to check on status or to cancel,but them fools never called me either. The receptionist are awful and unprofessional.As a fellow businessman, thats the worse thing you can do is leave your customers in the cold,or in the rain.At least they couldve been considerate enough to call to tell me they cant make it.BUMZ

Worst customer service ever I call on 1-25-19 to get a price on a tow and was immediately put on hold. After holding for over 10 minutes someone finally picks up the phone just to hang it up. So ok I thinking just a mistake I call right back and tell the same women that answered the first call that I needed a price on a tow and I had just call and someone hung up on me. While I am in mid sentence she puts me on hold again only this time no one picks up the phone. I guess they did not want my business
