I contacted this company because we thought we saw evidence of termites in our shed. An inspector came out a few hours after we called, which was awesome. However, after inspection he informed us that that the problem was water damage and not termites. He showed an unusual quality when it comes to some businesses—honesty! Not only that but professionalism in representing himself and his company. I highly recommend Knox Pest Control if you want an honest appraisal of issues at your property. I definitely will use them for any future needs we may have. I give them 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Whenever they come by to spray our apartment, they do not do a very good job. The bugs and ants continue to show up even after weekly spraying. Would not recommend.

This company is contracted to come to my apartment and spray every month. The bugs never go away. Constantly seeing roaches and spiders. They even come every Monday if you start to have a pest problem. What bug company sprays that much bug spray and the bugs never die. i would not recommend anyone to use this company.

7 years later the service sucks, I live in an apartment as well, sounds like they shouldnt offer services for apartments or they need to hire better technicians. I dont live filthy and roaches have never been this bad before.

This is the worst service ever. I wish I could give them a zero. The technican is a liar and he is lazy. He sprays my whole building in less than 5 minutes literally. I have been living in my apartment for 3 months now and every Thursday the technican has sprayed my apartment( except the week he got the key to my apartment and did not show up but told the front office he did) even though I was home the whole day! We will come back to that. 12 weeks my apartment has been getting treated and still no results as a matter of fact its worst. I literally have to stay home on Thursdays to make sure the technican spends more than 30 seconds in my apartment. I have to walk him from room to room and tell him every where to spray even in the kitchen, if not he sprays down 1 wall straight from the front door to the bedroom back out the door(seen it with my own eyes multiple times before I said something). I have watched him enter my neighbors apartment and be back out in less than 30 seconds.So, many people in my complex is complaining about him and Knox product, you cant even smell it. Its like water. Then when you say something to him, he has every lie and excuse in the world to explain why their product doesnt work and why he doesnt properly perform his job! Its to the point either my apartment find another company or I will be moving! This is unacceptable.
