I had a cell phone battery replacement. I scheduled my appointment online and received a 10 dollar discount. Gary was very pleasant and skilled. I received my phone before scheduled time in good working order and the price previously agreed upon.

My recent experience with Batteries + Bulbs was fantastic. Queenie was my technician and she handled the situation expertly. My phone was broken and I thought a new phone was the only fix. I decided to try Batteries + Bulbs and Queenie fixed it as good as new. I highly recommend their services.

I shattered my front screen to my iphone 7 plus, it still worked just fine mind you, I took it in to be replaced and when i got it back the upper left quadrant would not respond to touch so we had it replaced again. Now it only respond about half the time, and you can forget about trying to type a message. I it brought back a third time and was told some times when you drop it, it just can not be fixed. I call BS because it was working fine before I dropped it and it has been two different issues each time the screen was replaced

I went in to just get my screen fixed and when they gave it back they told me that my home screen button was “over sensitive” aka broken. My home screen button was not over sensitive before I went to them to get my phone fixed.

I will rate the repair a 5 out of 5 rating but the customer service was horrible I’ll never go to this location again. Never have i experience such horrible service at a franchise like this i was truly disappointed especially this being my 1st time ever in the store. This was the 1st choice google pulled up. Repair was great just poor poor poor customer service!

I made an appointment, was told it would take an hour or so, I called 4 hours later, was told it was done. I go to pick it up, had a question about the repair was directed to the manager (older white man Sam maybe) who was sarcastic dry and rude in his responses. Ive worked customer service for 15 years and wouldve never responded the way this MANAGER responded to a customer. I was pleased with the cost and the other staff members who were friendly!

Unfortunately i am EXTREMELY unimpressed. I found many flaws after receieving my “fixed” iPhone 6 screen. I stopped by this location immediately after my screen cracked and they agreed to fix my screen within an hour. When I received the phone back i noticed not only that there was a bright white mark on the screen that grew brighter and larger as time passed, but the home button is also not secured into place and almost pops out when clicking it. I am not happy with this experience and do not reccomend this place to others.

They replaced my screen on my iPhone and put wrong number in to unlock my phone until my phone locked its self down to were I had to take it to simply Mac they had to hook it up to iTunes and completely erase everything and do a factory reset witch cost me another 19.95 on top of all that my ear piece isn’t working at all!!!!
