The cashier was very nice and helpful. It was my 1st time in the store and she greeted me upon entrance

Went into the store to add a line and everything at first went well.. the employee was very nice and knowledgeable about the phone etc. however, we asked to see the phone and the phone had scratches and dust all over it... we were never told it was a used phone!!! Nothing was mentioned by the employee that we would be getting a used phone.. if we knew that to begin with we would have not gone so far with transferring everything from one phone to the other. So once we saw that it was used with scratches etc. we bring it to the employees attention who was very inconsiderate that he had been dishonest in not telling us it was a used phone... he then says they are not making the iPhone anymore.. which did not sound right. We leave the story and call sprint ourself and complained who were very helpful with assisting us. And they confirmed that they were indeed still making the iPhone 7 Plus! Just be careful at this store.. make sure you are getting a NEW phone.. especially if you are expecting it to be!!

Staff was very friendly. Very timely. Souriya and Mella were very nice in helping me get me upgrade. Will go back if any problem or for more service.

After spending 8 hours on the phone with Sprint Online sales, the last representative that I spoke with in South Africa, told be to go to a store:) I went out to 4659 Presidential Pkwy, and met Nicole Mincey and Anthony. Nicole was able to figure out, what at least 10 other online reps, could not! She, sold me two phones and accessories, ported our numbers and transferred our contacts and pictures from our phones. Nicole was very professional, yet friendly. I left the store feeling like I found someone that would help us with anything. Both Nicole and Anthony were amazing! I am happy to be back with Sprint, and I thank these two individuals for making this happen. A side note for the Sprint On Line Sales Department. Maybe you should hire Nicole Mincey for training purposes, they most definitely need it!

Didnt want to even give them one star. Went in for an upgrade and got screwed the employee didnt know what she was talking about ending up trading in my phone to get another and was told my bill wasnt going to be more. Not knowing they didnt do 2 year contracts anymore there was no way for me to get an upgrade without paying a monthly fee for a new phone. The employee kept saying Oh no its not going to be more! That was a lie. So the next day I noticed the change on my account and when asked about the monthly charge the employee acted dumbfounded. The manager told me they could revert the transaction but they couldnt give me my phone back.Which prior to asking them I checked with Sprint and I was told I could get my phone back. After 10 days of waiting for the manager to handle this and for the district manager to call back their only resolution was for me to turn the new phone back in and they wrote me out a $200 check. I had a iPhone 6s these phones are still pretty high. Had no luck in finding a phone for that price. After turning the phone back in it left me without a phone. 9 months pregnant I couldnt go without a phone. So I went to the Sprint on Riverside they were able to help me and walked away with a phone and not feeling screwed. The manager and staff were jerks and didnt care at all about what happened. DONT stop at this location. The one on Riverside is way more knowledgeable and you will actually get great customer service that you deserve as a paying customer at that location. Chick-Fil-A (Riverside) vs. McDonalds (Presidential)!

Every time I cross the threshold of this store I’m always greeted with hellos, bright smiles, and friendly faces! I recommend for everyone to use this store!
