The purpose of this review is not necessarily to knock CPR, per se. But, for you to here the facts about what my experience was like. And for you to make your own decision as to whether you want to do business with them based on what I have experienced. $35 for a screen replacement is a really great price. But, if the resulting installed part makes your phone worse off after the repair then its not really worth the investment of the time or money. They replaced one screen because it had a blemish. Bottom line, they installed a screen thats so buggy it calls people I dont know, out of the blue, w/o my permission. And theyre screen is really embarrassing me. Its under their warranty. And theyre refusing to fix it. I suspect they installed a cheap Chinese knock-off part. And thats why it keeps calling people I dont know and embarrassing me. Its less hassle to spend $80 at Batteries Plus. After, Batteries Plus removes CPRs defective cellphone screen I could hand deliver CPRs defective Chinese part back to them. But, I dont know if that red headed guy at CPR would take the removed part back or not. Learn vicariously from my mistake and take your cell phone to some other shop to get it repaired right. ;)

Dont waste your money here. The components used arent Apple quality. Screen doesnt lock properly, so phone now dials people randomly. Screen is already cracked. Not to mention I placed an order for an additional part, but still havent heard if it has arrived. Go elsewhere. Best yet, call Apple.

I am a relatively new Apple product user. My iPad Pro screen was cracked recently and it was annoying me, so I came in to get it repaired.It wasn’t a cracked screen, it was a cracked screen PROTECTOR. This year has been a whirlwind and I did NOT remember putting that thing on.The guys at CPR could have pocketed a couple hundred dollars today but they chose to be honest. They let me know my screen was fine, got another screen protector applied, and I was on my way in 20 minutes. They also cleaned my charger port.I HIGHLY recommend this shop and ALL the employees are knowledgeable, diligent, and KIND.

Needed a screen replacement. Went in ordered screen. Had the replacement done the next week. No real problems. Just the wait time for parts to arrive.

Brought my phone because microphone for phone was going in and out. It was quickly diagnosed and I was told it would be ready in 1 & 1/2 hours. Came back and it was ready on time and priced exactly what the estimate was. Price was more than fair, especially since I did not want to be without my phone for an extended period of time.

This is the second they have repaired phones for me. The first time they replaced a battery in my iPhone 6 and this time a charging port in an iPhone 8. Both times they were very professional and performed the work for a fair price. When I installed the latest iOS my cellular data stopped working. They diagnosed it for free and found nothing wrong with my phone. My cellular data provider had to update my service. I highly recommend CPR.

Took my sons iphone7+ to have the shattered screen replaced. Dropped it off Wednesday afternoon and picked it up Thursday morning. The guy who took the phone was polite and a pleasure to deal with. Would have rated this place 5 stars, however the women working behind the counter when i picked up the phone was less than nice. She seemed to not want to be there. I asked her about their cases and was not at all helped. Went to Walmart i bought a case instead. Great repair work, not so great customer service.

Came in today to have my screen fixed because it was glitching. The man told me thatt the glitches were due to a crack in my screen. I payed 175 to have the phone fixed, but a few hours later the glitching has become worst ! I could barley even type this review because of the glitches.

My toddler smashed my iPad beyond recognition, in a manner that I cannot even fathom how it happened. I dropped it off at closing and picked it up the next afternoon. It was beautifully restored for the fine price of $100. I feel incredibly relieved and grateful that such a service is so nearby. They were professional and fast. Amen.

Started out great. Wonderfull attitudes and really friendly. We came in to have the back glass repaired on a phone. Specifically o er the camera. When we dropped it off we took a picture for reference no spots no issues visible to the lens. When we come back to get it they have taken the back off and they show us that there are now issues with the camera, spots visible in the photos and visible marks on the lens. All they could say was well we didnt do anything to cause it so we cant help you. No issues when dropped off they took the back off. Issues arrise and then they cant help us.

The professionalism, courtesy, and skill of their technicians cannot be understated. The gentleman that received me in the store was named Nate and he was polite, knowledgeable, thorough, and very professional. I had received a quote from CPR online and was delighted that when I got to the store that that price was still the same. Their quotes for work, as far as I can tell, a very accurate. I was a walk in, and they were immediately able to accommodate me, the wait time was nothing. The technician that fixed me iPhone was named Sean, and this guy knows his stuff. It was amazing to be able to speak directly to the technician that serviced me phone, he explained the very very generous warranty that was put on the work they did, and I was simply blown away by this company and their employees. I took my iPhone 8 S for a repair of my screen protector. When they returned it to me a piece was broken off my otter case. I reported it to the manager and he promised to get me another case. I learned that the new case was in Macon and when CPR installed it, my iPhone button would not work with a new case. I left the substitute case with CPR and requested they get me a replacement that fit my phone.When I call and request to speak to the manager, he will not come to the phone nor has he returned my calls. The other employees are extremely evasive and rude.

After getting the run around with Verizon, who I purchased the phone from, my 13 yr old suggest that I just might need new LED screen. When I mentioned this to second person I talked to at Verizon he recommend cpr cell phone repair. Employees was super nice and felt he could fix it without issue and just come back in 2 hours. Like he said it was simple fix, just needed a new screen. Will definitely recommend this place

Dropped phone in the pool had insurance with Verizon so they replaced it. Verizon has absolutely zero personal service at their stores now they expect you to activate and transfer all your information. Nate at CPR north Macon was great! Got everything taken care of quickly and also fixed some other issues I was having. Recommend to anyone this is where I will go for help in the future.

I was having trouble with my Samsung tablet and needed repairs quickly. I called and talked with Jake and he was able to overnight the parts in. By 4PM the next day the tablet was repaired. Great Job.

Well for starters theyre really good at what they do. I had a hairline crack in my Galaxy A20 and when I went to them they asked if theres anything else they can do and I asked them to see what was wrong with my charging port and whatever they did to fix it did not cost any extra.

The guys - even offered to put my i-pad in the protective cover for me when I checked out. The customer service was phenomenal.

Very quick and friendly. Only took them an hour to replace my iPhone X screen. Price seemed a little high considering Apple could have fixed it for the same price but I was happy to pay that because of their good reviews, it was quicker and the lifetime warranty. I have comfort in knowing this isn’t some bootleg backyard phone repair service and they do a good job. So far no issues on my new screen.

Unfortunately I’ve had to make several trips to CPR for cellphone issues, they have excelled in every aspect in their job and more. I even had one employee literally throw his phone across the store to show me how much protection an otterbox case they sold worked. I was sold, great place to do business with.

Sean was very helpful and accommodating. They replaced my hard drive on my laptop. I was thankful to find someone outside of the normal channels to make this repair.
