Absolute terrible experience with B.A. Cleaners! When clothing was dropped off, it was stated No crease in pants. However when the clothing was picked up one pair of brand new Levi pants were extremely faded to a pale gray color. Also that one pair of pants had a crease in them. The other pants did not. When brought to their attention of the crease they said they were not told. Sure they were thats why the other pairs were not creased. The discoloration of that particular pair is extreme and the employees acknowledged it was ruined. However they felt the need to laugh at the situation and continued to laugh amongst themselves. When asked what they intended to do to correct the situation they reluctantly said theyd deduct the price of that pair of jeans from total bill. Then the lady snatched her face mask off and shoved the pair of jeans into my hands. And walked off. So unless you want to deal with poor quality cleaning and a nasty attitude with employees who consider it funny that they ruin your clothing I suggest you use someone else who cares more about their service and customers.

This place has some of the most hard working staff that works non stop to supply all of Macon’s clothing with no wrinkles. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always on time with their clothing. There is a drive thru for added convenience as well! I didn’t even ask for some stains to be taken out and they did it anyway! Truly a great experience and will be a customer for life

I just went last week we ask how much they charge for small alteration to a wedding dress she said $85.00 and $50.00 for press we agree with the price when we pick up the dress she charge us $148 the ticket that she give us didn’t have the amount, if she decide she change the price, make sure your ticket got the correct amount. They also been rude

We needed a suit cleaned sooner than we had previously planned . I called at 8:30 am and they had it cleaned and ready for pickup at 11:30 am!!! Excellent customer service✔✔✔

Called and asked if they could press a pair of pants. They said yes. When we drove all the way there they wouldnt do it. Very rude.
