Was just a hem and tighten the chest on a prom dress, was an easy job $250 later and 10 days

No professionalism. I took two suits in for alterations and dry cleaning. They were so rude during the alterations process that I didnt even leave my dry cleaning there. Will not be going back. There are too many alterations and cleaning businesses in Macon to be going to a business lacking professionalism and basic customer service skills.

I don’t want to give them any stars!!! First of all I took in four curtain panels. Someone else had messed them up and cut one too short on each set.( paying $28 for that screw up). So I decided to give them a chance to fix them. All that needed to be done was one panel of each set to be cut and sewn up. I was told $7.50 each total $15.00. They said it would be ready in a week which would have been today. I never received a call so I called and the were ready!? I figured if they were ready I would get a call. So if I hadn’t called I wouldn’t have gotten them til Monday because she said they were closed on Saturday’s which is incorrect on their website. Anyway I said I would hurry and get there before they closed at 6:00. When I got there they said I owed $30??? To which I replied I was told $15. She only had to cut snd sew one panel of each set. Needless to say I will not be going back. I ended up paying more the second time and more that I even paid for the the curtains period after all the alterations!!! Does anybody know any GOOD alteration places in Macon to take things to get altered and not get ripped off snd lied to??????

The employees are very brisk and the price is much more than it should have been for the job that was done. We were also not called at all about the dress being ready and we wouldnt have known it was ready if we hadnt called. The person on the phone was also a bit rude.

Took a dress and a skirt for alterations......this lady wanted $116 to take up the shoulder of a dress and waist of a skirt.....YALL ARE A RIP OFF LITERALLY!!! I will NEVER AGAIN EVERRRRRRRR!!!

I will never go here again and have my clothes dry cleaned or alterations! I put a suit in here for alterations and for my 50th birthday and on top of them taking 2 weeks and up to the day before my party,!they charged me$140 the suit didn’t cost me that much when I purchased it! They did alterations I never told them to do and they didn’t call me! I refuse to pay that much so they said they would take it out of the young lady who works at the front who approved it! When I went to walk out that man owner ran out the door and attacked me, he jumped on my back ! I had a knee injury prior to that from a motorcycle accident now it’s out of place and a dislocated shoulder! I called the police and they came to look at the tape I didn’t work so it was my word against his!!! Never going back!!! Have spent lots of money with them in the past!

My mom had a horrible experience with a dress alteration at this business. The dress was way too long and 3 layers, the top layer was a thin chiffon material then 2 other layers. The woman hemmed the top layer over 2 inches shorter than the rest of the dress and you could see my moms ankles through the sheer fabric. When we talked to the woman about why she did that she told us we were wrong and all dresses are like that now. We told her this was unacceptable since she is the one that measured where the dress should be hemmed to with my mom wearing the shoes she is going to wear with the dress. We asked that she use fabric from the liner to add onto the second layer so her ankles would not be showing. When my mom went back to pick up the dress today the woman had ONLY added onto the front of the second layer so the back is still way too short and then she also made it longer than the top layer. We believe she did this out of spite because she was so mad we were upset with the way the dress was originally altered. I would not recommend this business to anyone. The woman was very hateful and rude to us when we brought the issue to her attention and we had to keep pressing the matter to try to come to a solution. I work in customer service so I know this was unacceptable. It is very upsetting that we trusted this expensive Mother of the Groom dress to them and she did such terrible work.

Called about an item that was missing and they told me I could pick up the next day. When I arrived I was told to check again because it wasn’t there and he did not understand me over the phone. I saw my jacket and pointed it out. Their reply was “Oh you mean letterman’s jacket if you said that we would have found easily.” I do not think the couple is rude, but its more of a cultural difference between Asians and Southerners. However, misplacing my property and placing the blame on me is unacceptable. I will be finding a new dry cleaner going forward.

From all of my experiences the staff has always been nothing but friendly and respectful, their turn-around time on dry cleaning is pretty standard, and their prices were much cheaper than the all the dry cleaners I used in Florida.

The best work done in years yes they are the very best.

Way Over priced and not done correctly. Poor service did not offer to fix or any type of compensation very unhappy

They supposedly fixed a zipper on my husbands overalls but as soon as he put them on and zipped them up the zipper came apart again.

Had our Daughters dress altered. The lady was Very rude. Hard to believe a local business could care less. Too many options out there to be treated so poorly.

Awful! The Asian couple was SO rude!!! I work in customer service and retail, no reason to act that way towards someone PAYING YOU!

Had an awful experience with this local business. The owner was incredibly rude to me and my mother-in-law on separate occasions. Hard to believe they would treat their customers this way. Will most definitely not support them in the future.
