I went to get my eyebrows done and I’ve gotten threading before. The girl was nice and understood my concerns but the outcome was just horrible. My eye brows are uneven and that’s not even why I’m upset. It’s because I’ve gotten cuts on my eyebrow by how hard she was pulling on my skin and I have a picture to prove it. I hope you guys take my review into consideration, it’s best to go to the East State location not this one.

This fashion brow sucks! Each of my 2 daughters had come in before 6, which it states online that they close at 7, and waited while the tech worked on someone else. After they finished and paid the tech told my daughter that they were closing. Both daughters sat for about 15 minutes before being told they would not be taken. Rude! Dont bother with this location. E. State Fashion Brow has way better service!

Google does not display their correct days and times of service. They advertise open all week until you get there to find a note they are now closed on Sunday’s and Monday’s.

They completely destroyed my best friends natural lashes. She has to go the next day to get them removed because they were hurting her so bad. The girl I go to removed...IT CAME OFF IN ONE PIECE!!! That should NOT happen.Do not go here for lash extensions.

I just came in for the first time and had an excellent experience! I was seen by Sara for some threading. I am very pleased with the services I received. Very clean, professional and welcoming. I highly recommend.

I got my eyebrows threaded yesterday, they look amazing. Walked in signed my name, about 5 min later they took care of me. Great job!

Went in & even though it was dead, it still took the girl working 5 minutes to come out from the back of the store. Then, to make things worse, she completely RUINED my eyebrows. Threaded them unevenly and shaped them into two completely different shapes. They look awful and I now have to wait for them to grow out just to get them fixed. Will never step foot in this shop again and 0/10 would recommend for future customers.

Walked in and they were dead and we didnt know they didnt take walk-ins and we wanted to get our daughters hair trimmed and they refused us even though there was not one client in only a staff member and they still refused us! I didnt know it was by appointment, but come on a quick trim and they refused us because didnt have an appointment. I wouldnt ever go there.

Great experience when it comes to eyebrow expertise and facial treatment and haircut. Love the atmosphere.

It is a very clean and nice place all the people that work there are so polite and amazing at there job. I only go there to get my eyebrows done I don’t go anywhere else I really recommend it.

I got my eyebrows done here now 2 weeks ago, and the girl took off over half of my eyebrow when I asked her to “leave them thick and just clean them up”. She also left my eyebrows with multiple cuts underneath, one even that was bleeding. I went back the next day to talk to a manager and get a refund but they said one wasn’t there, so I left my name and number and they still haven’t reached out to me.
