GLe oil filter loose and didnt even credit the me for the price of the oil I had to buy

This is a clean facility with qualified technicians. There is no need for an appointment. Highly recommended.

This is the second time back to back the oil filter was not on all the way first time lost a lot of oil but no damage done thank goodness could have been honest mistake but to have it happen again at next oil change is not acceptable will not ever be going back here for sure. I do a lot of highway driving don’t need a blown motor!

Loved it in and out very quick along with the staff being very knowledgeable. The only thing they didnt do which was done in the past was vacuum.

No line when I went, so I was in and out in about 10 minutes.

Open sign lit up, bright as day. Pull in for an oil change at 4:50pm. Guy comes out to inform me that they close at 5pm and since it takes about 15 minutes to do an oil change, they cannot help me. So, if this is the case, why not turn off open sign at 4:45. No other vehicles being serviced at the time.

They our a 5 star they were very pleasant.

Staff is friendly, honest, and efficient. Its only 4 stars because last year I needed an air filter, they didnt have my size and this year I needed wipers and they didnt have my size. To be fair they ordered air filter for my next oil change.

No no no transfer case over 90 minutes to drain thick yes but should have machine to handle it. Not done tops it off and tells me to come back later. WTF. TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE. SHOULD HAVE INFORMED ME SOONER - DIDNT SAY ANYTHING. UPDATE ----- NOW 2 HOURS AND 20 TWENTY MINUTES STILL NOT DONE

They do a lot to the car. Washing windshield, vacuum, differential, ect. It was exhausting watching them run around. I was not thrilled to let them drive. Seems to be their standard.

Don’t go if the manager isn’t there don’t go. Ive been going there 16 years and i will now be doing the oil changes myself. Kid doesn’t understand why you dont lean a vechicle. If you mess up my paint you’re paying for it! Didn’t even know how to pop the hood. Seriously. I got told to take it back to the delearship why i told him to get off the paint! Seriously????
