The folks there are really nice, honest, and friendly. I have all car repairs that I cant do myself handled by these guys.I recently took my Explorer in after the dealership told me I needed both rear hubs and bearings replaced. The folks at Carz R Us gave me roughly the same quote for the repairs, but said they would look into it to be sure. I got a call and was told it was only the left side that needed the repair nearly cutting the cost in half. Cars R Us could have just went with what the dealership said and took my money, but they were honest and on the level with me. If you want good work done by an honest shop where they stand behind their parts and workmanship, take your vehicle here.

Eric from Carz R Us spent several minutes listening and asking questions about the issues we were experiencing. They provided a detailed diagnosis and solutions as well as past due/recommended maintenance. After we approved the repairs, Carz R Us finished before they anticipated. Visited about a month ago. Robert provided great customer service. He was kind and knowledgeable. Brad did a full check of my vehicle with my oil change, and he took pictures of potential problem areas so that I could look into them. Will be returning.

I worked with Matt by phone - he broke down their whole process, provided me really solid repair quotes on the front end ( I paid almost exactly what was quoted ) and answered the million questions i had. I worked with Eric on site - he helped me to understand and prioritize issues found during my inspection in a way that completely fit my budget while keeping our car safe. Lewis was my shuttle driver to and from the shop - he was right on time both times and was super friendly. I hope these guys know theyre stuck with me for all our future car repairs! Matt and his crew are very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I have been taking my Chevy Suburban to Carz R Us for a year and a half for my oil changes and other vehicle repairs. In this time I have not yet had to have any rework performed on my vehicle repairs which saves me valuable time. Scheduling appointments is also very easy, Eric works with your schedule and fully explains estimate costs and vehicle repairs. The technicians are educated and work diligently to repair your vehicle and get it back to you repaired right the first time and in a timely manner. Ive been coming here since I got my car and the service is phenomenal every time but more recently I came in before a road trip to have my car looked at. They found quite a few problems with my car (I knew they would she needed some work, I also loved the fact that they provide pictures for every defect in your car) but what I didnt expect was one of my new rims was cracked allowing my tire to leak air and he couldnt get a new rim till Monday but I was leaving Saturday at 4am. He went above and beyond to not only find a different rim that was a little cheaper but one he could get the next day and had my car back to me by Friday they did amazing work and my car is running beautifully. By far one of the best places Ive gone to.

We have been to a few shops and none of them have had our best interest at heart at all. The staff at CARZRUS is kind, caring, considerate, and definitely goes the extra mile. They have done engine repairs for us along with oil changes, tires, air filters, batteries, brake line flushes, coolant flushes and more. They keep in constant contact with us and are very considerate of our feelings and price ranges. I love that they take digital pictures of every single thing that they do and send you an inspection report more than once so you can see what’s happening to your car and what the problems are. Pricing with every single picture. They also report to you other problems and tell you about things that need to be fixed before you spend the money on it. They tell you the pros and cons of everything that needs to be done and if it can wait. I have never experienced service like CARZRUS provides. I had two large repair jobs done and while we didn’t have our vehicles they provided a borrowed vehicle because they were lengthy jobs. They have dropped borrowed vehicles directly to my home and picked them up. They have dropped our finished vehicles to us and delivered the receipts which is most helpful and deeply appreciated because I work at my home and I work past closing hours. They have offered financing if needed. I have nothing but praises for CARZRUS. They are quick to respond and take care of our vehicle needs. A huge shout out to Eric and Matt.

This shop made having routine maintenance done on my car Sooo easy! They picked the vehicle up from my place of employment, completed the work and returned it in a timely manner.

They were very detailed on the diagnostic of the car. They made sure to go through the good, the bad and the ugly on the car. We recieved pictures and videos of each thing they were going over as well so we were informed on what they were talking about. They made sure to let us know of any recalls on the vehicle so we could get it taken care of for free. I would highly recommend them to anyone if you are looking for a trustworthy, reliable, good priced service. Very friendly and also offered options for payments and explained which product you are getting and warranty with life expectancy of the purchases made.

They are very detailed about the inspection of vehicles going above and beyond sending a full report with pictures and videos. Also I had an emergency and was not able to pick up my vehicle the day it was finished and they offered to drop it off at my house. And just as important, my jeep runs great again thanks to them.

Matt tried to call me several times to personally thank me for doing business but he had to leave a message for me. You just dont find that any more. I have NEVER had a business do that. We were passing through and had car trouble. Being out of state we had no idea where to go. We stopped at a gas station by Carz R Us and saw their sign so gave them a call. They were able to diagnose it over the phone and was right on. I would highly recommend them.

I took my 2014 Honda Accord in for an oil change service and was pleased with the amount of detail the inspection provided! Very knowledgeable staff, I was able to easily have my air filters changed too! Quick in and out with a kid friendly waiting room full of toys and a fish tank! My daughter loves it!

Im a regular customer but am usually only here maybe twice a year; they still greet me by name and ask how Ive been. I just came for an oil change and a quick check on something I thought might be an issue- they checked it out and went over the results with me and make sure I understand what they are doing and why. Friendly, great service and a local business.

Cars-R-Us did a great job for me with my 2002 Dodge Dakota. Fixed a loose steering issue and a frozen passenger side door lock. Returned replaced parts and communicated well. All I could ask for. Also did a routine inspection that found other issues that Inam now addressing.

Carz R Us continues to amaze me with their service and thoughtfulness. I just had my car picked up and the service tech wiped everything down in the car and the door handle on the outside. When they dropped it back off the service tech was wearing gloves and took alot of time wiping down the inside of the car and the door handle on the outside. Their over all service is just awesome!!

This is the 2nd time I’ve used them and I’m hooked. The convenience of the pickup and drop off service is great for my busy schedule. I get Texts of details of what needs to be done with the car and it’s back to me in a few hours. Service is outstanding!

Good no complaints

I brought a 2006 Ford Mustang in for a pre-purchase inspection. They were very thorough and told me exactly what I needed to pay attention to in the near future and showed me how clean the car was underneath as far as any surface rust went. I felt confident in the purchase of the car after that. These guys know what theyre talking about and will make sure you understand everything as well.

We had a great experience at carzrus. We spoke with Eric,who gave us a detailed inspection with pictures and videos. We needed upper ball joints and control arms replaced. We also had our brake fluid reservoir flushed. Everything was done as stated and at a fair price. We drive an older 2002 Chevy suburban and we are very satisfied with the quality of work and the workers at carzrus.

I couldnt be happier with the all around customer care and overall results.Thanks again!I usually do all of my own automotive work, but due to time constraints out of my control I dropped my truck off for them to replace a rotted out brake line. I was given a quick estimate and then they dropped me off at workafter my initial visit. They were able to repair my truck in a timely manner and kept me informed along the way. The final bill was close to the estimate given (within a reasonable amount) and Curt was very courteous and knowledgeable.Being in the automotive industry myself and having previously been a shop foreman and service writer I particularly appreciate the updates and honesty. Although I dont know what going shop rate is anymore I feel that the repair was priced accordingly and the bill was straight forward and easy to understand.I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone looking for an honest and straight forward mechanic that doesnt charge dealer service department prices.Good job and thanks!

Took my Escape in for oil change having been there with good service in past on another truck. The digital inspection is a nice add on. Found couple minor things I wanted done,trans radiator flush, got me right in before ice storm hit us. As always great customer service & adding warranty to car helps. I don’t EVER do google reviews but i felt this was much deserved...I’m moving To SC and thus driving across the country.. They were able to get me in the week of and Give my car the TLC needed to make it down there. I don’t trust people easily, especially when it comes to cars, but I trust these guys. They didn’t try to push any unnecessary work on me Like many other car shops might. Even though there are other things my car could use but weren’t pertinent to getting me down to SC. Integrity is the word that comes to mind... They even offer veteran and military discounts and came and picked me up when my car was done... would recommend 11 out of 10 times!

My girlfriend and I went here because we have seen raving reviews. The only reason I gave two stars is because they are very nice and customer friendly, and I thought it was awesome you get a loaner while your car is worked on. My girlfriends car needed a fuel line replacement extremely bad. They loaned her a car while they inspected, the brakes were so bad she wouldnt drive it the whole 5 days we had the car. And they said they inspected it before they gave it to us. Then they quoted us for 1,000. Thinking this was high we took it else where. And sure enough the next place quoted us 850. And we are now only paying 450. For the exact same problem.

Been taking my car here for a few months now. Ive never been to an auto shop that is this detailed! The staff is very friendly and Matt was very thorough with his explanation of the needs of my car. He said their goal is to be as transparent with their customers as possible.

Great place to have work done on your car. I love that they picked up my car at my house and left me a car to drive while mine was getting worked on. Communication by emails, texts, pictures and phone calls kept me in the loop about what my car needed. I have come here with in the last year for service on my old 2010 Hyundai Sonata and now my 2015 Kia Sorrento. They are fast friendly and tell you exactly what is and isn’t wrong with your car. Another cool feature they have that I LOVE is the texting with an inspection along with it. Included are pictures with it as well. I highly recommend them!
