So disappointed in the service. I have been coming here religiously for over a year. & because it was busy they rushed instead of doing a good job. I showed them a design I wanted, asked for a fill in because I have overlay on my nails. They told I would have to remove the acrylic on my nails completely & get it reapplied. Told me the price. No problem. She started cutting my REAL NAILS vertically as if i had tips on & they responded by saying I told u have you have remove the acrylic then get it redone. I said yes, but other places file down & soak the acrylic when overlay needs to be removed. The OWNER responded by saying this is faster. She then attempted to fix my nail she cut & below is broken nail that fell off at the stop sign outside the salon while fixing my hair.The color application is chunky, uneven, hardly any shine, she cut me multiple times filing my nail.I didn’t even get my toes done due to the horrible service.Unfortunately this is the last time I will ever return. Being busy is great but not the point of doing a poor job & not caring about a consistent returning customer.

PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! This place will rush to take your money and give you horrible work in return! They will over charge you and yell and scream at you when you don’t like their work or agree with their ideas! The owners wife is a COMPLETE MANIAC she almost pulled my arm out of socket because I asked her for an extra coat to cover my cuticles! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THEM TO MY DOG FIND A REAL NAIL SHOP!!!

All my nails kept breaking one after the other within a week and I had to keep coming in for them to fix it. I paid $5 for EACH nail to be fixed on top of the $100 to get them done. I later came in to get them painted for $30 the gel polish top layer peeled off a day later and left a sticky under coat. She clearly didnt want to do my nails and kept pushing for a fill even though I told her I didnt have time. Please go anywhere else.

First time my granddaughter took me to get the wax and hot stone massage pedicure and manicure. It was so relaxing and soothing! I recommend it for a mini vacation.

They do a great job at pedicures. I always come here whenever I need one . They make sure they get everything and my toe nails always come out super cute. I recommend this locations for pedicures.

Overall the nails are great good quality only thing is a got two rhinestone and one felt out couple hrs after getting it done now my nail feels rough and bumpy where the rhinestone was place maybe next time I will stay away from them since it seems to me that they won’t last

Was treated horribly by the lady that did my last mani-pedi. She had a bad attitude when I asked for clarification about the foot massage typically included, but which she opted not to do. Long term customer, will not be going back!✌️

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE !!!First to start off I went in with a group of 6 ladies, and it was the worst experience we have ever dealt with. They did our pedicures in such a rush that we felt like they were trying to get us out of there quickly. Every time my sister was telling the lady is not what she wants she would ignore my sister and give her attitude and then the workers would just talk in their own language laughing at us. My sister and I stepped out and when we came back, my mom who doesn’t speak English well, said they were going through her purse without her permission so she can pay already!!! They harassed my mother by demanding tips(which my mom always tips) but they weren’t even giving her a chance to do anything. Very unprofessional and disgusted by this place! Never coming back !

Made my daughters finger bleed and proceeded to put nail glue in order to stop the bleeding. Super unprofessional will not be coming back. Super crowded not social distancing. Expensive for what we got. Who charges extra for nail shape?. Not very welcoming. Left nail polish all over or nails felt very rushed. Overall not coming back our nails did not turn out as expected super sloppy. :(

I was trying out this place for the 1st time, I recently moved to a neighboring town, and was beyond satisfied with my experience. The nail technician that helped me, Sonny, was very polite and friendly. I also had my stepdaughter with me that day and she got a manicure and pedicure and she loved it too! I highly recommend this location!

Absolutely love this place, every single time I go there they make me feel so welcome and they are so inviting and nice, and their work speaks for itself. I have never had a complaint about how they did my nails or eyebrows. This is my go to number 1 place that’s why they are always soooo busy. I definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family. Also I just bought the pomp granite lotion it smells sooo good. 10/10 to this place.

Its never a good experience when you feel like youre being talked about during your service. The technician I had this time absolutely sucked. It would have been professional of the owner at time of payment to ask how everything was but instead made remarks about me not leaving a tip.

Went in to get acrylics done, not even a week later already lifting and he guy there tried to argue that it was normal to lift after a few DAYS. I’ve gotten acrylics done previously and they never lifted until a month later. Honestly, overpriced and rushed me and my sister out with poorly painted nails. Never going back.

Horrible service. Nails started lifting after a few days and falling off not even a week later.They were in a rush to close they didnt let my nails dry. And when we came to get them fixed all they wanted was to offer a discount
