Love this place. Always gets my nails on point...

I come here for no chip manicures and pedicures, and to get my eyebrows done. They do a great job and are very affordable. If you come later in the day there is definitely going to be a bit of a wait. They have done their best to accommodate and make necessary changes during the pandemic. As long as you communicate with whoever is helping you on what you would like, there should be no issues. I recommend paying in cash, if you have the option. Make sure to tip for the services you receive!

The nail techs are very sweet and fast..the owner on the other hand is very rude and speaks to his employees very harsh and demeaning. I did not notice any sanitizing taking place in between customers and my higher priced no chip polish lasted 2 days. I have to say that I was mostly displeased with the owners abrasive attitude towards customers and his staff. Avoid if possible.

I made an appointment for 5:30 I called and said I’m going to be 10 minutes late and asked how long the wait is going to be they told me 30 minutes I said ok I got there waited a hour and then he told me to come back tomorrow like are you serious? I always come here never got treated like that ever very rude and unprofessional. Could have told me over the phone when I called I had 6 other people Infront of me very unprofessional.

Experienced staff that new what theu were doing and a variety of colors to choose from. Could improve on how long you have to wait but even then the wait time wasnt the worse.

My experience- Do not waste your time and moneyI drove an hour to find out my nail was lifting the next day paid 120$ for a fill in and a pedicure no explanation of what I am paying for just a plain receipt with an amountCame in to try and fix the issue the owner approached me with huge attitude saying that it was not anyone’s responsibility to fix the nail and I can leave if I wanted too. Extremely rude and unprofessionalI explained to him how no one was here for a refund simply to fix one nail. He refused to make a customer happy.I will not be returning here.Someone’s loss is someone else’s gainLadies remember it does not matter how busy a business can be you are first and you previously already took your time and day for a spay dayThey have already been paid they don’t care do not take this kind of attitude from anyone.

Tri always does a great job on my nails and I’ve been going to him for a little over two years now. Everyone there is super kind and accommodating. Their customer service and attention to detail is unrivaled. I absolutely love it here. I usually will call a day or two ahead of time to schedule an appointment just because they are getting to be more popular so I’d rather play it safe! Also, Lisa does a fantastic job with more complex nail designs or color schemes!

This place clearly doesnt understand they are a customer facing business. if customer satisfaction is not their business model and only the America money then I will support another business.I try to always give a business the benefits of doubt. This place has proven time and time again inconsistent. Not trying to be rude, but the majority dont understand English.They lady chopped off my real nails the day of the wedding and now I have boy hands for a wedding. taking a woman nails off is like castration. totally pissed.After the inconsiderate service I was provided and complained right from the moment she messed up my nails, I received no apology at all other that a bill that slap me in the face saying we dont care if youre unhappy, just give me your money.After I exit the business she has the nerve to chase me down and ask me for more money after I left the business. I truly dont appreciate this kind of service and I will find out w as ways to shut them down.

I love Lisa and her husband they are absolutely the best. Me and my mom always come here for nails and eyebrows but the last two times I’ve gone my nails have been terrible. They’ve been really thin on my nail but thick at the top. It got to the point where my nails are coming off in a week 😢 I really love this place but I feel like they are rushing things because right after I was done the guy went straight on his phone . I really hope that when Lisa comes back she can fix it .

Been waiting for over an hour to get a nail repair of nails that they did for me 4 days ago and the acrylic is already chipping. Theyve taken 3 other people that came at least 30 min after I did because theyre making more money on them. I will never return here again!

Service and hospitality is great. The only negative is that they need more nail technicians because it affects your wait time. Love the new owners.

Place Has a good variety of nail colors and only waited 30 minutes for a pedicure on a weekend. Staff is friendly,However my pedicure wasn’t well done. I might give them another chance in the future.

I have been going to Tia Nails before it was tia nails and it was TNT nails etc, it’s a familiar place in the neighborhood. Since Tree and his wife took over, the quality has been inconsistent but because as we all know, it is hard to try someone new (especially with things as important as Jaír and nails), I would go back. My nails would break, they blamed it on switching product companies. My no chips would chip, I’d get a small discount the next time. I consider myself a reasonable person and i understand human error. But this Thursday i went and had the worst customer service experience i have had in years and I will never give Tree or Tia Nails my business again. In fact, if anyone asks me for a recommendation I will suggest they avoid this place. I came in as a walk in at 610pm and so did everyone after me and yet I waited 20 mins to be directed to the pedicure chair (not a problem) but then soaked my feet for 52 minutes while the woman after me began to be taken care. I left Tia Nails almost 3.5 hours later for a full set no chip and no chip pedicure! After my pedicure was completed I was seated with Tree and due to my history of coming to the shop I felt comfortable telling him how disappointed I was in being lost in the shuffle (they were busy) but instead he interrupted me, accused me of lying and told me the woman who came after me actually arrived before me & told me I could leave and get my full set elsewhere. I had already waited 2 hours for nails, I got them done out of necessity. But it is the ugliest feeling to get your nails done by someone who just finished screaming at you. I will never return and advise anyone not to make any complaints here in the hopes of being treated like a valued customer. My no chip is already chipping and it’s been 24 hours.

I just went today and the staff here are so friendly and calm there wasn’t a lot of people though the employee had me waiting a bit since she ended up waxing a costumer but I didn’t mind that much! Totally will come here in the future

Best mani/pedi I’ve had in years! What a great job, and I’m super picky. I only gave 4 stars because when I called he said a 10 minute wait and I waited an hour. If it weren’t for the ridiculous wait I’d have given 5 stars for sure!

This is the only place I will go to get my nails done. The 2 guys and especially the girls here, they are great in doing my pedis and no chip acrylics. They have so many colors to chose from, from regular polish to no the no chip. I always have a hard time choosing my no chip color. The girls pay close attention to detail and leave my cuticles looking clean and perfect. I even bring my grandma here and she loves getting no chip manicures. Its a very clean spot and they usually have a tv and the radio playing in the background. I love the massage chairs and absolutely love how they take their time with my feet. I think I have ugly feet, but when I get up and off of the pedi massage chair, they have me feeling good and have my feet looking cute. They are really good at what they do and I understand why they get busy at times. I usually go right after work and get there at 4:30. I usually sit right down and sometimes (rare the time, when I have been there) there is a small wait. Everyone is super friendly and the updated shop decor is cute.

The gel polish they did started peeling the day after I got them done and looked awful! I went back for them to fix it and they made it worse! The day I went back to fix them they all started peeling and it looked gross! Very disappointed 😔
