This is my go-to place. Everyone is friendly and they all notice when you havent been by in a while. The owner asks how my mom is doing all the time too. I like getting the dip.

I went to do my nails this past week and I’m highly disappointed. One nail on my left finger came off and one nail on my right hand came off as well. I spent good money for it just to come off smh.

Took both my siblings to celebrate their graduation, this was one day later. 3 nails (and counting) have already came off, they’ve started to crack around the edge, and they’re just falling apart. My other sibling had gemstones put on 6 fingers, they all already came off and her nails have started to crack. Today is their graduation celebration and we’ve been sitting at another nail salon trying to fix their nails (basically completely redo). The establishment was nice but their work was not worth the money and time we spent there.

I got such a severe infection after my pedicure here. They’ve been infected despite antibiotics for weeks now. Just don’t go here.

Very disappointed. i rarely get my nails done but when i did, they were terribly done and rushed. half my nail fell off after 2 days of having them and the no chip chipped within those 2 days. also, the nail polish of my nail had little bubbles on the nail that definitely bothered me especially since i had white nails, they were especially noticeable. stay away from this place!!

Showed what i wanted and got the complete opposite. Was told i didnt know anything about nails. Was very rude and did not ask for the insult. Never going back again.

Very good customer service, friendly, and clean. They were very careful and sanitized everything. We had our temperatures checked at the door to ensure safety which made me feel more comfortable and safe, especially for being the first time I was visiting this salon.

Gorgeous studio and they did a phenomenal job on my nails. They take their time and even give an amazing keratin treatment at the end! Highly recommend!

Called ahead for two pedicures. They said they would be available. They told us to wait in the car. Waited for 35 min and went in to check. They said we can wait inside because it would just be just a minute. Waited 15 more minutes and had to leave. It was my first outing after a baby for our anniversary and they ruined it. Would not support this business.

OMG. Best nail service ever. My nails have never lasted 4 weeks. No chip is amazing last me 4 weeks. (and Im a housewife) LISA is the bomb.com come here and get this nails done you wont regret it.

A friend and I came in to get a pedicure at 6:20. We were told to pick a color and to sit in the pedicure seat with our feet in the water. I didn’t think it was going to be a wait. It is now 7:20 and my toes have never been so wrinkled. I would have appreciated if they told me there would be a wait. Now I feel like they are rushing. The lady next to me had about a 10 minutes leg massage. I’m guessing mine won’t be so long...

I came here with my mom. I don’t usually get my nails done but I decided to go here. They should definitely work on their customer service a little more. Somewhat rude and impersonal. My nail technician was in a hurry and rushed with my nails. I asked for gel with tips. My nails came out crooked and there is polish on my skin. They also look way too bulky and big on my fingers. They should pay attention to detail better. Will most likely not come back or recommend.

Its one of the best places that I have ever been to. As a walk-in I never have waited more than 5 minutes because they always have enough girls that are reasdy to get started on you. I get the no-chip and they are very very quick.

I went in with pretty long nails The lady technician who is name I don’t remember but it wasn’t Lisa but the lady constantly kept Asking we’re they mines well she put something on my nails that she said would keep them long strong and pretty Needless to say all of my nails have been breaking off and thinning since then and everyone at work is what happened to your nails with that being said I would never go back

I went in on a Friday with a 5:30 appointment and sat in the pedicure chair for 25 minutes. My friends pedicure was done before mine even was started! My no chip chipped after only 4 days-they rushed and didn’t wrap the nail.

HORRIBLE!! I dont know how this place got so many good reviews. I wish I could vote negative stars. This nail salon is dumpy, outdated, the nail techs arent good at all and they cant even do the most basic nail art. The woman with the fake orangey-red hair is such a witch! She is incredibly rude and condescending. She doesnt introduce herself or even talk to you. She crudely demands You pay me now! before she will even start working on your nails! There is nothing luxury about this place at all (as the name would have you believe). It was me and my two friends first time there and also our last! They just lost three good paying customers with their shoddy work and bad attitudes. They leave your nails all different lengths and shapes, and charge you alot of money to make your nails look even worse then when you first walked in. So much for trying to support small local businesses. This place will never get my support again.

I went in to get a refill and the lady in desk 1 did my nails she did such a horrible job. My nails are uneven and one is crooked and made several nails bleed. The whole time she keep looking out the window in addition to that she charged me way more money that what I usually pay for the same thing I got done today.

The lady that did my nails messed up and complained that I was the problem. My nails ended up lumpy, and crooked. AND she charged me more than I usually pay when I go get my nails done there . She was being overly rude and then basically demanded a tip. I usually do leave a tip but since she made me bleed, did my nails crooked and didnt shape them right I didnt leave one . Was very disappointed today

The nails are not even done completely should pay attention on what theyre doing and not what theyre saying to each other also in front of other people is disrespectful

Awful!!!!! Lady left my nails looking bumpy and so bad and I asked to get it fixed and she told me that it was my fault for having weird cuticles. Never going back again
