I’m a new driver ( experienced 2 years) and needed help finding an insurance that wouldn’t rip me off. I’ve had great experiences prior with Adrianna’s insurance and thought let me try Veronica’s. My first time the lady who helped me, Rosio seemed like she understood what I was saying but had trouble communicating clearly in English. She had another guy in the background checking her work to make sure I understood but mainly I felt that she understood what she was doing. Everything I asked for in my policy ( paperless settings mainly and address for mailing) wasn’t imputed correctly and my policy canceled after 2 months and I had no idea. I didn’t recieve a call or email like I had originally asked. A couple months later I called and Michelle had answered the phone, she apologized for the inconvenience and went above and beyond to help me. Not only did she spend time negotiating for the post insurance for me but she even helped me on her days off. Her passion for her job shows and she took care of me extremely fast . Being so young and trying to balance my finances she found the best possible company and I am still paying way less than what I originally got when I signed up with rosio the first time. I’m extremely blessed to have gotten her to help me cus I would have been all around screwed trying to find a new one on my own. Thank you Michelle for going above and beyond to make sure my experience the second time around was much better. She kept a customer that was going to walk away, and that should say a lot in itself . I recommend Veronica’s insurance to both English and Spanish speakers. Just make sure you get someone who goes over everything with you ! Ask for Michelle if she is available!
