I came into this office trying to change agents since this location is closer to my house. I was going to add a car to my policy and my agent in Huntington Park was unable to help me out, I came here and I was treated very bad by Alfredo Gonzales Jr I was basically kicked out from this location he said he was unable to add me to his office since my current agent was his buddy. He told me to solve my issues with my current agent Pedro Maldonado when there was none. I thought as a paying customer of State Farm I was free to choose a location of my choice. I called State Farm and filed a complaint because I felt unappreciated as a customer. I cant be driving from one office to another asking permission to change agents.

Very bad, he gave me a quote and i deal with him for more than 2 weeks to get the best deal, and once I agreed about the amount and charged my card, he sent me a statement to my mail box after 1 week and I found out that he charged me 30 dollars extra per month and when I called him asked why and how this happen he said sorry I made a mistake and he kept this mistake without calling me saying the quote price is changed !!! Stay away from this agent please
