I had a policy opened for about only two months with Freeway because the agents failed to send in pictures of my vehicle and failed to send in my artisan/business use form causing my policy to be cancelled. $700 was given as a down payment to start the policy and apparently to their agent that I spoke to in person yesterday I wont be seeing that money again but of course Im paying for their negligence. And to end it all off they never told me my policy was cancelled even after trying to fix their error the month prior so I was driving around uninsured for about a week without even knowing. Save your time and money go elsewhere where they will take care of you properly with no hassle.

Shady company, I dont understand how they have good ratings. They asked me for all my personal information and after providing them with the information, they did not give me a quote. The call ended because he asked me how much I was paying for my current insurance and I told him I prefer not to disclose that information. He then was rude and told me I needed to call back and hung up! He didnt even give me his name.....This is exactly what happened.Consumer beware........GO WITH A COMPANY YOU TRUST NOT JUST A COMPANY THAT WANTS YOUR MONEY!!!!!

This office made me switch insurance providers!I have had my insurance for more than 3 years with freeway they were always my go to! However in May I finally purchased a brand new card. I called them because of COVID and I got connected with Alicia Bernal who happens to be the branch manager. At first things went well she went over my policy however she provided misleading information. First she said that I would only pay first and last month of my insurance, and obviously their fees. She said my total would be $200 plus $25 for fees. She failed to inform me 1. That the amount was actually $375 and that my payment would be split into 2 parts. 2. She failed to give me the option to pay it up front or in two installments which later I found out there is a $15 dollar fee for split payment. 3. I requested two cars and two drivers to be in my policy and she failed to tell me there was an error and she only added me which later I found out a change form was submitted to correct it. After finding all this out I called we entered into an argument on the phone. I requested a refund. She transferred me to customer service where I was told that I should try to work something out with her. I called back obviously she didn’t want to speak to me so her associate Suzy told me Alicia who was there with her told her that she had submitted paperwork to provide me my refund which would include the broker fee of $180 plus any prorated amount for the time I didn’t use my insurance and the $15 fee for the split payment. That the documentation fee would probably not be able to be refunded because that was the DMV info. I agreed. They proceeded to tell me that I needed to cancel my insurance which I agreed to and that my refund would be in a check form and I would receive it within 2 weeks. This ordeal happened back in June 12th. About two weeks later I found out that they had never canceled my insurance, I had already purchased new insurance so I was insured double which is ilegal and until today I have not received any refund. I have emailed Alicia over and over and never have I had a response. At this point I figured I lost my money which is why I posting this. It’s sad I had to switch insurance because of incompetent individuals, who can’t at least provide me a response and who clearly have no empathy for customers. Horrible experience and waste of money and time.

TERRIBLE ethics. They are there only to rip you off. They charge ridiculous prices just to find you insurance. Fabiola their manager is nothing but a liar, stated insurance company was requesting a high down payment but when I talked to the insurance company they only received half of my down payment. A complete scam. STAY AWAY. Cut the middle men and go straight to the insurance company.
