If you need anything other than a simple return this is not the place to go. They gave me misinformation countless times and I had to explain in situations where they were doing things wrong. I am not a tax expert, I should not have to tell you you are doing it wrong or that you are giving me incorrect information. I still am worried they did my taxes incorrectly.Edit* They did mess it up and this marks the second time I was lied to about a date that my taxes owed would be pulled from my account. Also the number they provided in that response is just a toll free number that doesn’t have have a direct to customer service option. Even more dissatisfied now.

They did great on my taxes. Very knowledgeable people here. I dealt with Hun, and he was able to help me with all my questions.
