I just had my second quarterly treatment from Edge, and they continue to impress! Lucky came today to do the service, and after a quick explanation of the service he would be performing, he got right to work. He was very thorough, but also worked quickly. Say goodbye to those little PITA ants with Edge Pest Control!

We have a quarterly spray contract with Edge. Its great! The show up on the assigned day and get their work done quickly and efficiently. Their technicians are polite and professional. They always remember to close the gate when they are done. If you have an issue in between regular service, they will come out and respray the areas.

Excellent service. Very thorough rodent service. Inspected outside of house, crawl space, attic, whole yard. Replaced and replenished traps, recommended solutions to stop rodent entry and implemented them as an add-on. Other moisture and crawl space and vegetation recommendations

WORST CUSTOMER REP EXPERIENCE EVER! I got this service but the rep never told me that there is 380$ cancellation fee. I got rodent problem and their service was not able to fix that and when I called them to cancel the service they asked me about the cancellation fee. I asked the rep about the cancellation fee multiple times when i got the service but he never mentioned about any fee. Please stay away from this if you can! Everyone is nice but they dont clearly convey the agreement condition and thats how they rob me. This is totally unacceptable. This is not how you should do your business.

They just want your credit card. Dont use them. And you will pay 357 cancel fee But the solicitor never mentioned about it. And you cant cancel the service. They will assume that you agree to give them 150 Dollar on your credit card every three weeks, And Its very difficult to cancel service,they cheated me. I never sign the contract of 5 services. I just signed the 150dollar for one service. They pasted my sign on the another false contract And want to steal my money. Its illegal. Dont send guys come to me. Otherwise I will call police. And I saw many people commended on this website. Peoplewas treated. And they swiped customers cards without their consen But They didnt get any service. People were not at home and guys trespass on their yard, charging them for services for dont know about, it is what Edgedidi. Dont give them yourcredit card. Please make sure. Worst service ever. They guy who sells the business has no clue of what he is selling to us but he commits on every request you make. And they guy who comes who service knows nothing. What a waste of money. And there is a hidden cancellation fee, if you cancel the service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

After a lot of back and forth finally I set up the first service for my house and on the service day1. I got a call from them asking if they can come at some other time2. Technician arrived was clueless about half of the questions I asked him and kept asking me to call the office.3. Left a couple of spots near the house entrance and garage door.Later on I got call from them offering a new service (despite the fact they promised me earlier that the package offered to me would cover all types of insects n bugs etc). When mentioned my concern of not finishing previous visits work due to inadequate knowledge and not bringing some chemicals along on their side, the lady kept offering me the new package and said they would cover it if I buy a new package of 89$.When I firmly refused, she asked me to call customer care and talk to technician.IMHO, these guys do OK job and keep redirecting for all the complains and queries.

Edge has helped us for years and has been flexible, changing their program with us as our needs changed. Theyve helped us with a variety of issues, typically rodents in our semi rural location. Edge has just returned for the one month follow up. They are responsive and on time. The first visit worked perfectly. The ants took the bait. Looked like we were running an ant farm for a couple days. However they were confined to just where the bait was and path in & out. Very satisfied thus far with results. Their early sales pitch can be pretty aggressive, but the results have been good to date.

I have contacted them over 6 times during different days but it is always busy and they dont offer any callback method or email request method.It is like once you book Edge Pest Control service then you are bound to them for the entire life. Their website does not allow any operation online, they dont provide any active email address for customer service, their phone is always occupied.....

I dont think their approach is effective. They put rodent traps and just expect to catch rodent magically. If there are no rodents in the trap, their dimple answer is there are no rodents. But can see the dropping next to your trap and dont do anything about it.I think its just another fancy company with huge bills and no result.

We have a contract with the Edge to treat our home 3-4 times per year. If we have any issues in between treatments, they will come right out to remedy the problem, no additional charge. They have been great, and we definitely recommend them. Safe around pets too.

I called this service because we heard something digging in our attic. During the sales process they told us they would thoroughly inspect the attic. The first person that came looked up in the attic and saw a trap that was set by a service about 3 years ago. He said that the trap had bait and he couldn’t see any droppings so nothing was there. He set traps in the crawl space and bait in the backyard and left. I called the office and left a message to maybe send someone smaller who can get up in the attic. I never received a response. The person who came the next week for the follow up didn’t even talk to me. He asked my son who was mowing the lawn if we heard anything. He said he didn’t. So, the Edge guy walked around the house and left. I called the office again to complain that no one went in the attic. They then told me they don’t go into attics. I say what?!?! Why would I have a company that doesn’t go into the attic come to service a problem in my attic!!!. The last company we had do this service went all over the place in the attic!! DON’T USE THIS SERVICE!!! Pardon the pun but they do a complete bait and switch!! Pass on this one, it’s a worthless service.

They were super helpful and kind. Came the same day I called. Told me every detail of what they were doing. Wore masks and shoe covers. They were here for probably 20 minutes. They explained costs ($110 for first visit and $130 for next 8 visits over two years) and cancellation policy. I felt taken care of and like I can call at anytime. They just came today so can’t review the results yet but I already see dead ants 👏🏻

Been with these folks for about a year now. The servicing team is always punctual, responsive, courteous, and know their stuff really well. I had the opportunity to ask for an additional service between the quarterly treatments due to a return of wasps, and that was done as part of their service guarantee. I like that they walk their talk, and reliability. Highly recommended.

DO NOT HIRE this company. They are fast to get you to sign up and get your CC info but they have trouble understanding the word “cancel.” They also charged me for a service that was not done. I know this because the day of the service, no one was home, the fences were locked so they had no access to the entire premise.

My dad is a bug man and if he lived here in my corner of the country I would obviously go through him for this service.But as an alternative, Edge is great. We have been using their service for over a year now and are satisfied. The only bugs we see are dead bugs. Most of the time. Pacific Northwest = #spiderexplosion in the summer months. So, a few get through. But, the techs that come out have been really patient with us. They are quick to get it all done, are thorough, and if at any point you need an additional service or werent satisfied, they will come back out at no extra charge. They even knocked down about 50 or more mud daubers in our garage. And cleaned it up after! Nasty business. Thumbs up to these guys. I just recommended them to my cousin. So, if that doesnt show that I am pleased with the results then I dont know what to tell you.

True bait and switch. I’ve signed up for one of the more expensive extermination companies and I was told they would come out between services for free when there were issues. On my very first call asking them to come out because the rodent problem was unchanged they informed me that I could get an up charge for a premium service which would elevate their services. I was told they were only maintaining at this level. I still have rodents- status unchanged yet maintained.

At the beginning of the pandemic two men came out to our property and looked at the area for service.Last month in August, a service tech came through our property and tripped while walking on the uneven ground. He was only just passing through our property to work for about 10 minutes. Did use the leaf blower on our neighbors bush to start to remove the leaves from the bush, and then stopped when he noticed the neighbor’s in the house. Resulting in doing relatively nothing to service the area, and then left using the pathway.On 9/03 a different technician came on to our property via the deck. Jumped over the deck bench. He was only here for about two minutes. When I asked that he not use our deck to access the area that he was hired to service. He then asked how he was to get to the area for which he was hired to service. I pointed out the very obvious paved walkway that was 10 feet away, to which he said “ Oh! I didn’t know that was there.”All of the service techs have parked their van in the four garage parking areas. Blocking all four of the garages. They must park on the street to not block owners from being able to leave or come home.09/10 different edge guy. I thought I saw something out the front window. My husband thought he heard something in the leaves out front about the same time. Saw an edge tech using the pathway to get to the nieghbors yard area and spray something and also on the deck and the leave via the pathway.And Finally today 11/20. Yet another of your service technician openly came on to our property to spray who knows what kind of chemical via our property.It is unacceptable to have strangers come onto our property and act in reckless behavior. Employees can park on the street leading into our neighborhood and walk on the public walkways to access whichever worksite they are going to.If employees from Edge are seen coming to our property again we will call the police to help with trespassers. If they park blocking vehicles again, we will have them towed.

Well... I do wish I read reviews on Yelp and other sites prior to hiring. I have left maybe 3 reviews in my life, only for outstanding service. However, this will be my first review in hopes of saving others the same infuriating, scam of a company Edge truly is! We initially had them out to our home because of a mouse encounter. After owning our home only for about 4 years and never having to deal with pest problems before we had no idea what to do when we found a mouse friend in our house. They came out and set us up with some traps and told us it would cost $400 for their service... No add ons. Well a week later they returned to check the traps and caught our friendly mouse. The guy who was out at the next service told us we had an infestation and recommended yet another service that ours apparently didnt cover. Being that we have never had the problem and not experts with mice/rats we believed the guy and were informed on the actions they would take to solve the problem. Well fast forward a couple weeks/months later and we have seen no other signs of mice/rats and/or any sign of Edge out to our home. Fast forward a 2 more months later and having them still do yet NOTHING I check my bank to find another charge from them. After numerous attempts to get in contact with them to see why more charges were happening without them evening coming to our home we simply got the same answer. Its part of what we signed up for. Last time I checked I did not pay a company to do absolutely nothing. You realize you need to actually come to my home and inside when Im forking out that much money. I could of paid $30 to get our own traps and do what they did. My husband thought he finally got through to them to cancel what service they apparently scammed us into but yet again I check our bank and see another $140 charge. Have I not mentioned that my husband and I both are currently not working because of COVID. I am receiving unemployment but my husband did not qualify after only returning to work for a couple months after recovering the last 6 years from 3 major spine surgeries. So their last charge they did left my family (with 2 children) with only $12 in our account to hold us over another 7 days. This company is the biggest scam I have ever met. If I can save anyone the money, trouble, and frustration that they caused us I would be happy. We are currently filing a dispute with our bank to hopefully recover the last transaction as it left our family with absolutely nothing and they never fulfilled their service they said they would do. Writing this still in shock I paid just under a grand for 2 little mice removed. I hope this company finds themselves shutdown because the people they send out are not trained or informed to do what they do, customer service is a joke, the management is a joke, and they simply try to take money from working families for their own gain. They do not do anything that you cannot do yourselves saving you up and exceeding $1000. They were only in my home TWICE and they have managed to get over $900 from us. Please LOOK somewhere else before going with them. Believe all the horrible reviews on numerous review sites that they truly are a terrible company to hire. I will be copying my review and leaving it on all possible review sites for people to see and hopefully stay clear of.

So far so good! We have had nasty big spiders including black widows in the garage and basement of our newly purchased home. They have come and treated twice. We saw an increase in spiders the first two weeks or so like they said they were going to, but by now theyre almost totally gone.

I would never usually do a review on pest control because why advertise that? But its a reality if you live any length of time - sooner or later you might need their services. Edge is amazing! I cannot believe how knowledgeable they are about whatever they are treating. Corey usually comes to my house and he not only knows what he is doing but he is a sweetheart which is just a plus. At first I couldnt believe that all natural products would work - I dont even have to leave the house - but so far they seem to be working very well. Originally I called a nationally well known pest company but the guy kept telling me different stories - he had to order product, he was at the ER, and so on. After over a week of various excuses I called Edge and they told me they could come out in 4 hours and they did. Corey told me, Dont worry - I always want your business. Price? They are about the same price point as the others - they did have me sign a one year contract because the after care ensures that the treatment worked - so Edge can warrantied the work. So far I am very happy.

Tristan, Matt, and Jeff have just been awesome. They always call before they come, they are always on time, and they are always seriously polite and conscientious of keeping my house as clean as possible. They have even helped me bring in my groceries, which I will forever be thankful for! Seriously, though, after the first two weeks (it was reduced by 90% the first week) my rodent issues were completely over; and I have literally seen ONE carpet beetle since beginning treatment. This has most definitely been the best experience I have ever had with a pest control company. I do think that edge is spendy, but I think that they are worth the money for the incredible level of professionalism shown every single time the guys do a service. Thank you so much!

With my experience it was nothing less then a 5 star experience. I say this because I had to get a vehicle serviced due to an infestation. My appointment was set for a Saturday between 4 pm and 8 pm. They go by 4 hour blocks, as to make sure they can service everyone. But, rather then waiting so long to get treated, they contacted me and offered to show up sooner. So rather then waiting for so long it was about 2:30 pm when they were able to come and service the vehicle. The two drivers/employees were super friendly, even within the exchange of texts, they seemed excited and happy to be working for Edge. On arrival they still had that energetic attitude!The treatment was quick it only took about ten minutes to complete and another ten minutes for the eco-friendly pesticides to dry. Thank you guys! I Would Recommend.

It’s disappointing when a company drips spray chemicals across your carpet with their spray wand as the walk through your home. The second trip out I was accidentally sprayed in the face as the tech was talking to me, he was talking with his hands and the wand in hand was trigger happy. Continually spraying each time out in areas I noted not to have sprayed. Remarks from the service techs are no one ever told me and it’s not in your notes. I have talked with management who I feel is responsible for the training of the crew. It seems to fall on deaf ears. I wouldn’t recommend this company and I’ll be even happier when my contract is up as it feels like a hostage situation at this point. I’ve always had great service and communication with all types of contractors. This one is a continual disappointment with valid reasons.

I needed service ASAP and they responded quickly and have been up to date on all the follow ups. They send me a reminder (so helpful) and contact me they are on route to my home. They answer all my questions and take extra steps to make sure everything is in place. Highly recommend them.

I have had another great visit from edge so I can be pest free. Every employee that has come to my house has been professional and easy to talk to. I totally recommend Edge, Whether you are having a problem or not. I wish I’d had them sooner as a preventative service.Update: It’s getting to the one year mark and I have yet to get bad service from edge. Always professional, courteous and helpful. Completely useless service. I have spend money buying pesticide myself although I have their service. They offer free visit if you are not happy which I did but then still there were no good results to keep bugs away.High Charge and you cannot even discontinue because they get you in contract. Great service, consistent for almost two years. You can tell that this company conducts great training because it feels like all employees are on the same page as it comes to taking care of customers. I especially like that in between scheduled visits, if you spot bugs or spiders they will come out free of charge. I especially want to recognize Carlos, who is an on-site tech, he is professionally kind, and pays attention to details. Hes even played with our kids, dog (when he barks), and randomly thrown a soiled diaper away when it was in the way of his spraying.My contract is up but I am continuing to use this company.1/23/20—my service was today and again, same great service with attention to detail that I’ve grown to expect. Especially the technician on site, great quality and very reasonable price!

Tristan Peters and another technician arrived within the scheduled time frame, after calling 30 minutes prior to their visit. When they arrived they introduced themselves, wore protective slippers upon entering my home, and went about their task quickly and thoroughly, spraying inside and outside the house. It took 30-40 minutes. When done, Tristan clearly and concisely explained next steps and what to expect, handing me a booklet about the company and services. Thank you.

The initial conversation regarding pricing and services with customer service rep on the phone and the service entomologist in person were not aligned what so ever, so once all service and pricing details were confirmed, which were more than I was quoted by the phone rep, things went more smoothly. Spiders crawling everywhere after their service. Let me clarify, not right after as if they are escaping, but continuously for weeks/months after their service as if nothing has changed.They just use a spray, walked around and sprayed, nothing special, don’t know why customers can’t do it ourselves. There is no effort involved. And it was very expensive because they lock you in a contract the first time.

SERIOUS MOLE PROBLEM at our residence. Review after 3 visits: So far so good.For a total price of $936 for a year contract ($407 paid on day one) theyve come out and are working on eradication of our moles. The first count was 44 active mole holes. Now, 3 visits later, seems like about 5 active mole holes. Signed up for this service back in July and then cancelled within 72 hours per the contract. Since then every few weeks they continue to try to send someone to service my home. Up until this week I have been able to stop them informing each one that I cancelled but they keep coming. A few days ago they came and serviced my home without my knowledge and then charged my card 150.00 which overdraft my account. I highly recommend you go with a different company.

Edge serviced our home for bed bugs. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Be aware that they only sell services in packages and I feel like I overpaid compared to the other local quotes we received. When it comes to bed bugs we wanted the best service available with the most comprehensive guarantees. Called them once to enquire about their prices about a one-time service. They immediately tried to scare me into buying some ongoing plan. I said no thank you, but now their automated bot calls me every day trying to sign me up for the plan. If you call them, dont leave your real phone number. Very unprofessional.

We’ve had two services so far and the treatment seems to have resolved our bee problem. We had an unseen active hive and bees were finding their way into our house. The company and employees are professional, informative, courteous, on time, responsive, pleasant and flexible. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that I was initially told that they could go into our attic to see if a hive was there, but they don’t actually do that for liability reasons. So I hope come spring, the bees don’t return to their hive.

You can tell they actually care about the home and people and the work they preform being done correctly, not just about the money. Really pleased with our quarterly service from Edge. They are really efficient and courteous, plus they seem very reliable. I like the way they call a half hour early and communicate very easily every time. The biggest thing is that we have no wasps, ants, or spiders. And they are really careful about not treating any of our garden flowers or potted plants on the deck! I highly recommend them.
