Pros--they helped resolve our mouse issues and the tech was kind and professional.Cons--- I was told the problem was resolved and follow up was not needed. We paid our bill and said goodbye. Later, I found out that I was charged for another visit (over one hundred dollars) and I felt cheated. We talked about this and our business was over, why did I get charged? I called the AARD company and was not given an apology or explanation. Its all about trust. I cant recommend a company I that has lost it.

I called them with a few ant questions and they were more then helpful and willing to spend the time to explain everything to my understanding. They also told me to call back anytime with any other questions. Awesome customer service!

Last month I called Aard Pest Control because my kids freaked out when they saw a rat in our house. Rob quickly showed up and he spent 15 minutes caught the live rat. He conducted a thorough inspection and also checked all the entrances around the house to make sure it was clear. I was super happy with his service.

Rob came out and thoroughly inspected my property for termites and some rodent activity. He educated me and gave an honest assesement of the scope of the problem. I was looking specifically for an exterior perimeter spray, applied quarterly, to control the flow of spiders into my home. The technician not only sprayed the exterior, but also she offered to apply an indoor application to the areas where I had the most trouble -- and did not charge me more for this additional service! Furthermore, she said to call her back a couple of weeks later to reapply these applications (inside and out) if I did not see an improvement -- without charge! This business simply guarantees their work; Ive since used their services on my parents home and for a hornets nest removal.

Im so glad I found AARD. Ive been faithfully using AARD for many years as a property manager and I couldnt be happier. Stephanie and the other folks Ive worked with at AARD always take extra time to explain to me how they are going to approach treatment and why. They have tackled ants, cockroaches, rats, hornets and all successfully. The worst thing is to pay a pest control company to get rid of the problem and then the problem comes back. That hasnt happened once with AARD. They always give me pointers on what to do to keep pests at bay. This is especially important as a property manager. Ive having new windows installed and the installer mentioned he smelled a faint urine smell near the roof. Weve wondered due to some noises occasionally if we had any rodents, so this seemed to confirm it and I called up AARD and they got me on the schedule for just a couple days out. There was a scheduling mix up, though, and Joey showed up like an hour later (hows that for fast turnaround!) and did an inspection of the attic. Because of the scheduling mix up, he didnt even charge me which blew me away. Fantastic, friendly service. If I have any future pest issues, they will be the only place Ill call. Outstanding.

I called for a one time appointment to treat our house for rodents, since our regular pest service was unavailable to come quickly. Not only did I get an appointment in just a couple of days, but the technician spent so much time giving me advice and feedback and set up traps without charging me, since we already have a pest control company that comes monthly. I am so conflicted about which company to use now because this service was so above and beyond!
