My daughter needed her phone upgraded and after the initial check in and wait time we were out of there in 10 minutes. She got a phone she loves and the staff member who helped me was super friendly. My kiddo wanted a phone case and he was honest enough to tell us it was less expensive to buy one from Amazon than from them. He also told was what to do with her old phone. Overall an amazing experience.

I was there today to pick up my sisters Xfinity box, but was told I couldnt because she had not given me formal authorization to pick it up. Mitch was excellent and was very friendly. I’m giving 4 star because we came in to pick up the modem and set up service 2 weeks ago and the one we got was defective unfortunately. I was extremely busy and only got around to going to get a new one today. We have an appointment to set up the new box since I am not the best with setting up internet. Hopefully this one will work 🤞
We went in to add our cell phones to our current bundle and we lost our land line in the process. We didnt want to lose our land line. It took 5 days and many hours spent on the phone to get this corrected. Every person I spoke with told me to rest assured the issue has been resolved. But the next day it still wasnt. We finally got it back only to discover they didnt use our existing phone number but assigned us another one! Yet again another mix up. AND a week after our visit we were contacted to let us know that were exposed to covid during our time in the store. Very frustrating.
I had a great experience here. The staff here are wonderful, and helpful. They go above and beyond my expectations particularly their employee Travis who helped me with my problem in person, and through gmails give them 5 stars . I went in because the last time I was having a problem receiving my comcast email the young man changed my account to gmail. Well, things got worse and I returned. The next young man gave me an Xfinity log in icon. Great! Now, where the heck is my contact list icon????

They dont respect their customers enough to post correct opening hours. They posted an 8pm closing time to Google 2 weeks ago, but the sign on the locked door says that they close at 6pm. As I sit here, there is a steady stream of frustrated people going to the door and reading the small sign.

I had noon appointment but stood there while Xfinity employees walked around and talked to each other. After 10 minutes (just as I was about remind them I had appointment) somebody finally decided to help me. Person that helped me was fine but why did it take so long to get that help?

Horrible experience at the Lynnwood location. I would have given 2 stars because atleast the person that helped me tried her best. The staff there are cold and do not talk to each other and help each other. It was a miserable two hours and my service on my xfinity still sucked. I give 1 star because I went to the Everett location and saw how customers are supposed to be treated.
My phone has been acting up, so we went in the Xfinity store and Spencer fixed me up with a new sim card and all is well! Easy Peasy!

Worst experience. Unprofessional staff. They put my bill in collections I was out of country and I returned their equipment as I come back to states. They can’t provide me collections number so I can close.

They make you stand outside in the hot sun. When I said something about not providing accommodations for disabled people. I asked for a tissue because I was so upset and crying (after standing in the hot sun) the person in charge said he couldnt give me a tissue due to covid!! WTH!They handed me a piece of paper to go online or call for support. How can I call when my phone wont call out. Worst service ever. I will be switching my internet and phone services. I will also be contacting the manager, labor and industry and the better business bureau. They have broken several ADA laws.I had to give one star or I couldnt post.

No Humanity found at this location. Rude, insensitive, no empathy exists. They make you wait outside, in the cold, after they check you in - do not offer the option to text you once your next. The location is so big that literally everyone can wait inside, warm & dry and still be 6 ft apart yet they will not even consider this option. I seriously have never experienced such obnoxious and rude customer service - all in the name of Covid!

After spending a total of 9 hours at Comcast stores, I was able to get a replacement phone, get my phone number back and am being reimbursed for the faulty phone I was sold. Unfortunately my account was not fixed, just screwed up in new ways! Still no online or phone support worth mentioning.

Went in to order a new phone. Turns out my accounts was in a bit of a wonky state. Over the course of two days, Ashley made sure that the right people did the right things to get it sorted and then got me sorted with the new phone. Excellent customer service and follow through.In general, Ive not had a bad experience at this store. Yeah, the wait is a bit long but thats because theyre ACTUALLY TAKING CARE OF their customers, which takes a bit more time.10/10 would recommend.

About 20 minute wait, our service tech was friendly and quick. Good service and good prices so far. Biggest problem is for such a busy shop, (15 other customers at a time In there) theres no public restroom. We had to be taken back to the employee restroom which felt weird.
Two hours and no internet.. Weve been customers for 5 years.. new modem and no one can help, weve called about 10 times.. the rep at the store said just plug in and youre good to go.. thats was a lie!

This is my local Comcast store. Im not probably a typical customer because I usually have my issues taken care of before I head into the store to pick up equipment. The people are very helpful and get me on my way quickly. The only thing that stinks is the store is always busy and you are probably going to wait a bit longer than you expect. Would be 5 stars if not for the consistent wait.
At 5th in line we waited about 20 minutes for spectacular service. Clean, has free water bottles and everyone was pleasant, along with the rep actually handling us giving us good advice and being quick to help with what we needed.

I arrived at 11 on a holiday Saturday morning and did not expect much of a wait. Comcast is a BIG company, surely they will be adequately staffed.Upon entering I was met by a greeter who took my name and asked what had brought me here today. I said that I was going to start Xfinity Mobile service and needed to switch carriers. She said that there were 11 people ahead of me; no sweat as I had no other plans.The one thing that struck me was how dusty the place was! Every single window frame had 24 hours or more of dust buildup. The greeter person had ample time in between taking customers names and directing them to the self-pay machines to pick up a feather duster and take care of this.Finally, when I told the greeter that I would be switching carriers and she informed me there was a 30 minute wait, why did she not tell me that I would need my current carriers account number, something which they are loathe to provide as it means a person wants to quit their business. I could have used that time to call my current provider.I am not entirely unhappy with my experience and the guy that did the carrier switch, new line activation, etc. was competent and relatively helpful. I had researched both the Samsung Galaxy A50 and the Xfinity Mobile service extensively before settlng for in a store. I didnt need a lot of convincing

Ive been trying since you sent me a new phone to send the old one back. Every email you send me I cant open the link to the shipping label. It wont show up on my phone and it wont show up on my computer. So I brought it into the shop the Xfinity store. Very rude people at the front. Im a senior citizen and disabled. The only one willing to help me with the problem was Alonna Monroe. Still not solved with out shipping label. Your people could not print the label and wouldnt give an address to send it. So I have been trying all this time to send back your phone since you gave me a new one under warranty. This is truly ridiculous.

Raise your hand if you never had an issue with Comcast/Xfinity. Nobody.Customer service I received at this store was terrible. I wanted to go in person to avoid confusions you sometimes get over the phone. Wait time was 30 minutes, Im okay with waiting. When it was finally my turn, I felt super rushed to make decisions, like extending to a new 2 year contract, Id have appreciated a few seconds to look at details, rushing me when its my turn because the line is long is not okay, be respectful of your customers time and money! The person taking care didnt seem to know what she was doing and left me multiple times to get help, it felt like I wasnt even there.After extending my contract (which never reflects what you actually pay but thats a different issue) I then asked to transfer my internet service to a new place for end of that week, I was told I wouldnt have to pay for installation, and Id just need to plug in my equipment at the new place, sounds too good to be true but okay. I received a text later that night that the service was already moved (5 days too early), so I had to spend another hour on the phone to fix that. Then on moving day, plugging in the equipment didnt work, I called again and turns out I did needed an installation, which costs $70 by the way and Id have to wait a few more days for a technician to come do the work, therefore paying internet for nothing. So clearly, they got every aspect of my moving request wrong when I came to the store.Long story short, if there was another serious internet provider in my street Id switch in a heartbeat, sadly theres none. Internet is good, but interactions with Xfinity have always been complicated and confusing, they always get it wrong and most of them dont care about it because they know theres few options in the market anyway.You can do better.

Employees are GREAT! But ill trained....not their faults by any means!The reps are always great. So Im assuming they have a great recruiting team to hire such empathetic & personable people but the trainers fail to provide accurate information to their employees. Therefore, they make mistakes they dont even know theyre making! Ive since moved within the same state however I moved to a different region. When I called to change my address I was not informed my modem may not work anymore at the new location. Ive spoke to 4 people now!! Its been a week and a half and I get an email saying my account has been canceled! Ive just been informed that I needed to go to a Comcast location and get a new modem which I do not have time for since I work. If the employees were notified of the exact procedures people wouldnt have such problems with Comcast. It is not the employees fault, its the trainers! Amar and Chris in Seattle were fantastic with helping me this evening! Saved me a trip to Comcast in Oregon. Working in customer service for 10 years and training gives me some insight to what reps go through and these gentlemen were GREAT!!!!

Store is super nice! Staff is very friendly.In my case waiting time was so long.You can seat and watch TV or just look around. At the end I was done in 5 minutes.One star less only because of the long waiting time. Everything else 5 stars.
If you can get Randy to help, you will be satisfied. He was able to save us a ton, he was so knowledgeable and personable.However, Comcast hasnt figured out what we have and are continuing to think we have lots of equipment that we dont.
Dealing with Comcast isnt always fun but Randy makes it so. Hes a pleasure to work with, he talked with me to understand my needs, got me setup with a great plan, and has been there to help me after opening my account on numerous occasions.If you stop by this store ask for him!

Love this store and I didnt think Id ever say that of a phone/internet store. First got set up for internet back in January. The best deal and perfect service. Went back in February and got a new phone. Philip was outstanding at helping me find exactly what I wanted and needed and didnt try to push me into anything more pricey. I love my phone and service so much I went back a couple of weeks later and got the same for my daughter. Now just trying to convince bf to upgrade his. Will definitely be back! Thanks Philip! 😊

Switched from Verizon to Xfinity.They use the same network but customer service is better.Three lines of unlimited talk/text/ data (slows down after 20 gigs).

My husband and i went in to get a new box real quick. We sat on the phone with a tier 3 customer service agent who told us to walk in and it should be quick and no wait. It would be a quick swap. We went into the store for the swap and the guy at the counter on the left when we walked in at around 1700 on 3/28 was rude and told us we had to wait 30 minutes for a quick swap. The lady on the phone was sharp and awesome but the in store service was less than poor. Even after we explained the service agent on the phone said it would be ok. We cant wait for our contract to be over, so we can discontinue our service. My husband and I are huge on customer service and are completely dissatisfied. We would rate ZERO stars if we could.
