3/9/21 Service Pro was hired to do an assessment of water damage and mitigation. On 03/15/21 they indicated that the job and dry out was complete and removed their equipment indicating nothing further was needed. After further assessment we found that the floors were still wet and areas adjacent to the room with water damage were not identified or mitigated at all. They also did not remove the water heater, take out wet drywall and remove the vinyl flooring underneath the drywall and dry it out. It was still wet.Another company was then contracted to assess previous mitigation attempts and further mitigate any still existing water damage. Additional work, including mold removal, wet dry wall removal, wet flooring beneath the water heater still needed to be done in the primary room with water damage where they spent most of their time. The mitigation that was not done in the room had to be done urgently as further damage was continuing. 3 additional rooms were found to have water damage as well. All said the additional work that was needed due to not being done cost us an additional $5,000+.I was told they had a business license, insurance and were bonded when Chris arrived. I was very clear about the question. He told me they were. After repeatedly asking for them to show their business license, proof of insurance and bond information after the stated the work was done I received the below email from the owner. I had told him that I would not pay until he provided his business license, proof of insurance and bond information. I never received it.“Not true at all. Look at your invoice. It clearly states that all we did on your job is rent equipment. We caused no damage at all. If you dont pay, that is theft of services. We will be filing a lien on your house. If you try to cash our check, that is committing a criminal offence. You said this is going to get messy. I guess you were right. I had hoped after all your threats, you had time to think about it, and change your mind. That is not what we had hoped for when you called us. The check for the work we did has been sent to you. I hope you do the right thing and pay the bill. When we place a lien on someones house it costs us about $700.00. We will be passing that charge along to you. I will give you 10 days from 4/14/2021 to do the right thing before I have our attorney file the lien. We did what we were paid to do. Nothing more or less”.The owner and co-owner became extremely aggressive after initially contacting them both to tell them that not all the flooring, walls and vinyl underneath the water heater were pulled and dried. I was obviously upset and frustrated seeing the job done poorly and not completed. They blamed it on the construction company they hired.Chris became hostile and demanding on the phone demanding to come over to the house immediately. He was demanding to the point I was fearful for the safety of the people at the condo at the time were who doing assessment of work previously done and further mitigation that was needed. I was also concerned for my own safety as Chris did not specify why he wanted to come over when demanding it. I told Chris that he was not to come over and that if he did the police would be called as he was yelling on the phone. The doors were locked and people indoors with the replacement company were advised to remain inside for the time being until we were sure he was not coming over. The attached pictures show the water heater that was never removed, the wet drywall that was never cut out by the company they subcontracted with, the vinyl flooring that was not removed and was wet and also the level of water found to be in the walls behind the water heater.I do not recommend this company at all. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They offer a guarantee on their website but they did not honor it. It states an assessment would be done which one would think would be a complete one.I do highly recommend wrightwayconstruction.com. They have done an amazing job!

I had a water damage at my home in Snohomish. I was referred to Service Pro to clean up the damage. Chris and James showed up in less than an hour and got the clean up started. It was a big job and I really appreciate that they stayed until late at night to get it cleaned up. Chad, the owner helped me with all the insurance stuff. I hope I never need this type of work again, but if I do I will be calling them back. The neighbor that referred them has referred them several times.

Ditto what Kassha said. Fast response on a Saturday at 6 am call. Knowledgeable, experienced, explained everything and answered all questions. They even had a company call & come the same day to get the demo process started! They cleaned up all the water fast(it was in 7 rooms) and left about 8 floor fans and hudmifiets here for a week. We were in panic for 30 minutes till we made the call and they arrived within an hour and we felt rescued! 5/5 stars for an A+++ job!!

We had a major flood in our home. A pipe burst and it was literally raining like the amazon in the living room and kitchen, from the ceilings. I called Service Pro. They answered, and immediately were involved on site. They knew exactly what to do, how to mitigate and prevent further damage, how to communicate with the insurance company... amazing. Further, they helped me layout a road map to the restoration process with quality referrals and even checked in on things after the fact. I honestly cannot be more grateful. They saved me a lot of heartache and anxiety. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
