Great customer service and work! You can schedule online or call and speak to a person. They ran a couple hours late, but completely made it up to us and it was worth it. Nathan was very polite and professional during his service, and Mike was very helpful and polite over the phone. My carpets look, smell and feel great. They were dry within two hours and safe to put my crawling baby down.

WOW! Sergio did an absolutely amazing job with our carpets! They look brand new again! He paid so much attention to detail, and he gave us great advice for long-term care and upkeep of the carpets. I will definitely use Five Star Chem-Dry again, and I will request Sergio!

Let me start by saying that from the moment I called Five Star Chem-Dry, Mikey was very helpful. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood every detail of my service. He gave me a quote but also advised that it would not be a set quote until he came in person and I chose the perfect packet or services I needed.Once he came to my house he still explained step by step what packages the company had to offer, he explained very detailed what he would be doing and any suggestions he may have.Definitely an amazing company. Glad I picked them for my carpet cleaning I will be recommending them to friends and family.

They do have a minimum service call but that makes sense for business.Service:☆☆☆☆☆The cleaning was phenomenal! Our carpets looked NEW again! HIGHLY recommend as far as the actual product goes.

Definitely enjoyed this cleaning I learned a lot about his machine and my nasty white carpets I had no hope in saving after my old roommates destroyed them with dogs came out looking white again... now I get a few more years out of them... me being OCD I watch every move he made and we had some good laughs about it... definitely a great and trust worthy man to come and do you carpets... Mike cares about the work he does & makes sure its done the best it can be... I would totally use Mike again...

Mike came and cleaned our carpets for us very fast! We have a one year old that is crawling everywhere and the home owners before us had tons of gross pet stains all over and kitty litter was packed into the carpet. Excellent service. With three big dogs and a 4 year old, my rugs were gross! My oldest dog sometimes has accidents, and my rugs now look and smell like new!! Mikey Kirkman went above and beyond. He worked so hard for many hours. We also have some nicer, expensive area rugs, and he was very knowledgeable and careful about what he could and couldnt treat with spot remover. Im thrilled with the results.I have used other carpet cleaning services, but this one is the best!!

Highly recommend these guys. Akiza and his co worker were fast and efficient. Got a stain out that I had been trying to clean for a while in minutes.

Mike and his assistant always do a great job of finding and pretreatment stains. With their process the carpets are dry by the next day, so it’s more convenient then conventional methods that take 2-3 days to dry.
