Booked an Appointment with a barber, got a text the next day asking for prepayment or to go find another barber because Darius Picks his clients, his clients don’t choose him, pretty unprofessional way of going about asking for prepayment. A real D Bag! So I certainly don’t recommend even wasting your time with this place with d bags like that working there!

Booked my appointment twice, it got cancelled both times. Then the associate argues it was due to a high rate of cancellations happening recently. I was also told he no longer wants to accept my business as a client. The barber was suppose to be Darius Jones. I highly recommend other barbers or barbershop.

Highly recommend! I had a great cut from Connor, it was exactly what I wanted and he was very precise and detail oriented. Great laid back vibes and I got to watch Star Wars while getting a fresh cut - tough to beat that!

Best of the shop locations by far. My wife and kids feel comfortable coming here without me which is great for the times I cant make it.

I’ve gone here a few times after visiting a number of barbers in the area. The guys are all welcoming and have a good banter with each other. If you want a haircut I’d suggest booking online ahead of time because it seems like they book fast. Connor cuts my hair and he’s a cool guy that does his cuts well. He also listens to what you want and remembers the type of cut you usually get which is awesome.

The first time I got may hair cut,Darius Jones did a GREAT job giving me a perfect high fade with an excellent attention to detail!The second time, I was open to having another one of the barbers cut my hair and Connor was also working that Saturday. I asked for the same high fade and for an EVEN cut with about an inch left on top.For some reason he decided to cut half the hair off the left side of my head where I usually part my hair and stencil the line of my part with a trimmer.He did a TERRIBLE job and left the hair on top very uneven.

Great place, with friendly staff. Connor does a great job cutting my son’s hair and my husband always recommends scheduling with Darius if you can. Book ahead and in advance.

Got my haircut by Ryan today and he did a great job. I get my haircut every week with design/accent lines which is what he did, and it turned out great with fresh clean lines. I will definately be coming back; layer back place with cool talented people. Highly recommend, and thanks for the fresh cut!

Worst barber experience ever. I went there at 2014 for the first and last time, and Id never forget my bad experience there. this guy Darius cut my hair, without using a scissors, and at the end he even did not brush my hair to see how he cut my hair or even blow air on my head so the hairs would fall down off of my face, he just cut my hair with machine and said ok its done. I left the shop like Im coming from a street fight, with my messy hairs and all the hairs on my face and forehead. one more thing, before he starts he asked me how I want my hairs to be cut, and I was explaining, he stopped me and asked me to show him the picture of the model I want, It was 15 different men with the same hair style on the picture on wall, so not a difference what number you chose.

This place has gotten popular. Youll likely be turned away as a walk in. Appointment is pretty much necessary. Cool haircuts from cool guys.

The place might be good but my barber wasnt, he was easily agitated and when I told him to do cut a bit more off the top he took off an inch of hair.While he was angrily taking off that inch of hair I said nah thats good dont take anymore off he says I dont wanna hear anything else about this haircut let me finish im done with this. I only said something twice. This is by far the angriest barber Ive ever had. At all the Barbershops Ive been to you can give some recommendations but here he just gets angry as if you personally insulted him.If you decide to go here, I feel for you if you get him.

Gandysbarbershop is great. One thing I love about the place is: its only a place of business. No friends sit around like a rendezvous as in other barbershops.

Came in today, got the combo upgrade mens cut that inculded cut, shampoo, and straight razor shave. It was all done by Conner, he did an awesome job. Will definitely be coming back!

The best hair cut I have ever got

The barber named Ryan there gave me maybe the worse haircut Ive had in a decade. He even said sorry to me when the haircut was done! I asked the next morning if he could cut it shorter to fix it, and this clown said he would charge me again. AVOID RYAN WHEN GOING HERE.To add insult to injury, this amateur wouldnt even honor the check-in coupon that is publish on yelp. This Ryan guy is not just a bad barber, but dishonest.The haircut was $25. Laughable for a barber shop.

I searched for a couple of weeks on where to go to get a well manicured hair cut. I wanted to break free of the standard great clips or hair masters. I wanted someone that appreciates cutting hair and likes to take their time. I did some looking online and found Gandys Barber shop. What inspired me to go was they had some great unique online profiles of the professionals there. Gives a great introduction of each Barber and little bit about them. After I did some more digging I came across Darius Jones profile. It seemed that my hairstyles that I liked were very easily executed by Darius and I felt very comfortable letting him take control and make me look sharp for the weekend. One of the other things I like is that you can schedule an appointment online un-like other places. Be mindful and respectful of theses gentlemens time they are professionals. And usually have a very booked schedule which also tells me how good they are. Like the youthful atmosphere great tunes. Even though we have not met. Thank you Mr. Gandy for having an excellent staff. Look forward to seeing Darius again for a sharp cut.Respectfully submittedKjell
