I do, however, feel an obligation to warn anyone who decides to purchase a vehicle here: TAKE IT TO A MECHANIC TO HAVE IT THOROUGHLY INSPECTED. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE AS A CONSUMER, BAR NONE.
I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but wanted to share that after 45 years of purchasing vehicles, my experience at Autos Only was by far the most pleasant. From their competitive no-haggle pricing, their very friendly sales associate (Bill in Everett assisted us), to the paperwork taking all of 5 minutes to complete with Chris in Lynnwood, it all went very smooth. I was assisting my son in purchasing his first vehicle and I had to tell him that purchasing a car is usually not this pleasant and stress free. Thank-you Autos Only!
I really wish I would have done more research on buying used cars, the whole experience could have been better and I wouldnt have needed anyone to feel bad for me.I bought a car here a few weeks ago and its already been giving me a lot of problems, I guess thats my own fault for not doing research on what to look for and didnt notice the check engine light on. I usually just trust other people to give me the info I need, also my fault. They seem to give a lot of vague info and didnt show me how to use my service contract correctly so I ended up paying out of pocket for my first mechanic visit.I brought up my concern with the people today and they talked to me on the phone with a condescending tone indicative of a person who knows theyre right because I agreed to purchase the vehicle as is.And that may be true, it was my fault and I should have been more careful. But I wish they would have cared even a little bit and shown me some empathy. All I wanted was someone to care about my problem because it was stressing me out, but they were too busy to show human decency and connection after the sale was final. Were all only human though. And we try our best.The lesson to be had here is that I should have asked more questions and researched more about the process, or maybe buy a new vehicle, or go straight to a Honda dealership, or buy a Tesla.I should have asked my Dad how to buy a vehicle before trying it myself; sometimes I wonder if I could have been a better son.
Beware if you are going to buy any vehicle from this dealership, make sure you know exactly what youre signing off to. I recently bough a $14,000 vehicle, which I was told had only one major problem. I was promised that this problem would be fixed at no cost what so ever. That is the only reason why I bought this vehicle. Again read the papers very carefully before signing! They will tell you one thing in person but will write something else on the paperwork. Long story short on the paperwork they wrote that they would only check the problem, not fix it. They would not take responsibility for their lies..So guess what? I had to pay out of my pocket for not only the parts but the actual work. And STILL after doing this, my car makes the same noise it did before.
Everything was great. Eddie helped me out and was awesome from the start. Very knowledgeable and personable, made you feel real comfortable. I love the car I ended up getting and would definitely recommend this place! Thanks guys! :)
My wife and I had a great first experience. The staff was super child friendly an were very professional. Armani helped us right away in getting things squared away. Chris was the gentleman that finalized everything an had us happily walk out the door with our new vehicle. My wife and I were very satisfied with our buy an drove home very happy. I recently bought a used truck from Autos Only. While they were relatively pleasant to work with during the transaction itself, I soon learned that their customer service ends immediately after you drive off the lot. Unfortunately, I cant say that Autos Only is a dealer I would consider doing business with ever again.A few days after I purchased my truck, I noticed that the windshield was leaking water above the rear view mirror every time I left my vehicle parked outside in a rainy weather. Turns out, one thing I did not notice at the time of my purchase was that its windshield was recently replaced with an aftermarket piece. The replacement windshield was not installed properly, and was leaking water through the seal. If not addressed, leaks like this slowly turn any vehicles interior into a moldy dump.I (repeatedly) reached out to Autos Only, politely letting them know about the issue and asking if they had any suggestions for an automotive glass shop in the area, so that I could take the vehicle there and fix it on my own. My inquiries were simply ignored. Neither the dealer care to apologize, nor offered any assistance, or acknowledged the issue in any meaningful way. All I heard back from them was let us ask around and get back to you, but there was never any follow-up. I ended up replacing the windshield, and now cant stop but wonder what other surprises might be hiding inside my newly purchased truck.Lesson learned, next time I will take my business to a reputable dealer who stands behind what they sell.P. S. Folks, please also beware of all the 5-star ratings from users who have one lifetime review. These are likely paid for.
I drove 2 hours to look at a very hard to find vehicle. It was a great experience from start to finish. There was a very knowledgeable staff who were helpful with every part of the transaction. I called ahead of time to let them know I was coming in and they had the car ready and waiting for me to test drive. Frankie was my salesman and he was great! The owner even came in to look at a minor issue that he fixed very easily. I have purchased many cars over the years and this was, by far, the best buying experience I’ve ever had. No haggling. No pressure. Just a fair deal for a great car! I will definitely be coming here again next time I need a car. Worth the drive 100%
Just bought a Honda Odyssey from here. They had a great selection of minivans, and Larry was extremely helpful and laid back, asking questions to narrow down my search and even pointing out small flaws in vans I looked at to make sure I knew the full picture. Very low-pressure environment compared to other dealerships, which I appreciated. John the sales manager was friendly and accommodating, and Chris the finance guy was very helpful. There was a few things wrong with the van at purchase that I wanted checked out, like a TPMS light on the dash and a gas cap code. They took care of them both in their service department and gave me a loaner to drive. Chris the finance manager actually personally interfaced with the service department on my behalf and provided personal customer service. The van was taken care of quickly and I was impressed with how honest and friendly everyone was. They stand by their vehicles and take care of their customers. 10/10 would recommend!

I bought my car from Auto’s Only in Lynnwood a year ago and was happy with how I was treated. My motor blew out over 3 weeks ago and this has been by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. If you want anything done in a timely manner and any respect at all, do not go there to buy a car or have it worked on. I am appalled and disappointed in every single person I worked with other than Patrick who was understanding and did everything he could. No communication, excuses left and right, and I feel disrespected. They have done nothing to fix the situation. They also gave me a car with smoking stains, water damage, leaking, has a terrible smell, and to top it off a terrible noise in the motor. My experience there is about as great as the car they gave me. If this doesn’t deter you, then good luck.
Great experience working with Jeremiah at the Autos Only in Lynnwood. He was patient and we looked at a few cars until we found a car within my friends budget. We took one car out for a test drive and she liked it enough to make an offer. He helped us find the best financing and interest rates based on her credit score. The whole process was stress free. We took the car to a Toyota dealership for a buyers inspection and the results came back with no issues and in excellent condition. I highly recommend Jeremiah. Thank you!

In my entire history with the auto market I have never felt like someone had my best interest in mind like I did when I visited Autos Only. They really go the extra mile for their customers. Bought an 2004 Escalade at Lynnwood autos only. Great rig but after a month a oil line came disconnected and lost oil and oil pressure. Caught it in time before losing the motor. I contacted the owner and told him what happened. He said to have it towed to his repair facility and he would take care of everything.I was very happy with the deal he gave me and I’ll be very pleased when the car is repaired.I would recommend the lynnwood dealer to friends.

My girlfriend wanted to shop on her own and stopped at many dealerships. Most of which naturally treated her like she didnt know anything or that they would sell her what they wanted.When she pulled into Autos Only the kid washing cars got moody with her for parking where he was working but when she walked into the sales office the manager had already noticed the kids attitude and had him wash her car while she looked. While looking she was treated with respect and never pushed into something she didnt like. Even when she said she wanted to sleep on it they kindly handed her a card.The next morning I decided to come with her to look at the car she liked. After running the financing we had a small gap between what we would pay and what they needed to get the sale closed. The finance manager worked with her without having to haggle at all. 2 hours later she drove off the lot happy as can be. It takes this kind of service to sell cars these days. Too bad most of the car dealers on 99 havent figured it out. Keep up the good work guys.

Overall I had a great experience!!!I found my now Lexus GX470 online and worked with the salesman (Steven) over the phone and through email. Steven was very professional and never pushy. When I arrived to purchase the car we basically had already settled on the price as well as the trade in value of my car. In fact, Auto Only ended up giving me more for my trade then what they originally quoted me over the phone.When I got the car home I decided to take it to our local Toyota dealership for a thorough inspection (The car is 8 years old). The dealership found a couple minor issues which were mostly maintenance/upkeep related. One of the issues however ended up being a failed rear whipper motor. I called Autos Only and spoke to Noel who without question sent me a check for the cost of the whipper motor.Bottom line is most people dont enjoy buying or selling a car, but if your going to do it Id highly recommend Autos Only in Lynnwood. Not only will you be satisfied during the buying process. But youll also be happy knowing Autos Only will have your back if something goes wrong with your recent purchase from them.
A good group of people who actually will Give you some honest advice. Yes they wanna sell a car but they wont swindle you to get what they want. If you end up having some issue talk straight to them and they will take care of it for you. I have a good time going there and its a pleasure to speak to the staff. Just bought a car at Autos Only and had a very pleasant experience! I went there with a specific vehicle in mind. I contacted them first and they promptly got back to me so I set up an appointment for a test drive and the car was ready to go when I arrived. The test drive went well (obviously) except that the gas light came on during the drive, but after Id decided to get the vehicle they sent me home with half a tank of gas. :) The salesman, Hassan, was very helpful answering my questions and attending to the minor details. The manager, Ryan, was also available and very helpful providing additional information about the car. They were both awesome when it came to working with me on a price I was happy with. The finance manager that finished up all the paperwork was also a great guy and very knowledgeable. Everyone on the lot that I interacted with had a friendly disposition.I wouldnt hesitate to work with them again or recommend them to my friends. Buying a car is a stressful situation but if you do your research beforehand and know what your goal is then these guys will definitely work with you and make the process as smooth as possible.

The financial portion of the car buying process can be stressful, not here and Chris went out of his way to get us the best option possible. We didn’t feel like we were being gamed or upsold, Sean was open and honest about everything. They Truly care about getting you the best deal for you and not just A quick sale for themselves, which is hard to come by these days. They made sure we were well taken care of well after the sale. I was looking for a car after getting involved in a hit and run resulting in a total loss. I found the one I wanted online and for sale at Autos Only Lynnwood and wanted to test-drive it. The first time I got there - despite the website saying it closes at 9pm on Monday and I got there at 8:15pm after 45 minutes drive, they were closed. The guy closing down the lot said they were aware of the wrong closing time on the website but did not follow through to get it corrected. He seemed to be nice, took down my phone number, and said he would have someone call me the next day.No one bothers to call. My gut feeling tells me not to buy there with the lack of attention to details or follow-up, so I did not call them either.12 days later, I was in the area test-driving another car a few shops away, so I decided to stop by again. After walking freely around the lot for about 10 minutes, someone finally decided to show up. It looks like he doesnt want me to be there though. He just stood there and did not bother to go over the specific car with me. When I asked to test-drive it, he said he had another customer. His attitude was beyond rude, implying I was wasting his time. At that point, I just walked away. If they dont bother to show any intention to provide any customer service before I buy a car, I cant imagine what will be like after they sell me the car and there are problems that I need their help.No doubt they will eventually sell the cars to someone, maybe a first time car buyer, but at least not to me. Three chances, three fails. I ended up getting one with the same made, model, year, mileage, but in even better conditions, at Carter Subaru 4 days later. The list price was $1K less. I am glad I did not buy at Autos Only Lynnwood. I have to be thankful that the rude and condescending sales person made that decision for me.Buy at your own risk.

Experience was disappointing, unfortunately. Ended up agreeing on the price of the car, however sales team (i.e. manager of the shop) would not allow for a car inspection (at a different authorized car dealer service), without signing the papers for transfer of ownership, first. This was definitely a red flag for us, so the deal fell through, and we walked away.FYI Future Customers !!! -> Normal practice is for the buyer to have access to a buyers inspection (no strings attached), unlike what this dealership will try to convince you of.
John and Sean we’re phenomenal I came in about 3 weeks ago and we couldn’t get a deal worked out and they called me 2 weeks later to let me know they had been working on a deal that would fit my needs ( 18 with little work history and no credit) and got me into a 2015 Nissan Versa note sr with low miles and very little hassle ! Recommend this dealership to anyone they’re extremely professional and helpful and will walk you through everything till the very end !

Nobody returned our calls for that year and a half. People hung up on us for that year and a half. The managers always happened to be out of the office anytime we showed up for that year and a half. We left plenty of messages never returned for that year and a half. Its easy to blame the customer, but we have plenty of proof that we made multiple attempts every month for that year and a half. Im sorry you run an unprofessional business but trying to act as you do no wrong only proves how unprofessional and disrespectful you truly are. Thank you for proving my point in the review.... please explain how the company not honoring the due bill is our fault exactly?Would 0 star if possible. Avoid ALL Autos Only dealerships at all costs. We had the unfortunate run in with Smokey Point before they shut down, Everett and Lynnwood. Due bill and written promissory notes were never taken care of. We were charged extra for a down deposit and when we had shown proof of payment they sent us to collections. Over a year and a half later they have yet to honor their written promise and due bill. Vehicle still not fixed and cant get the tabs renewed because of the check engine light which was supposed to be part of the due bill. So if you dont mind having your credit ruined a pos vehicle that they will refuse to fix even with the written agreement have at it.
Worked with Shawn for the test drive of several vehicles and he was very knowledgeable and great to deal with. Once we wanted to sit down and talk numbers one of the managers stepped in an ruined our experience. He became the typical slimy salesman and was extremely unprofessional. I would have rather worked directly with Shawn. We were ready to buy but took our business elsewhere.

Even as used car salesmen go, RUSSELL is at the bottom of barrel. It makes me sick to think that RUSSELL is still out there pushing junk cars on people. Avoid this place at all costs. Sorry to say that our experience here was the stereotypical used car experience. We bought a car here and had trouble with an oil leak immediately. The power steering had issues. They said they would work with us and they worked on the car. Oil still leaked. We eventually gave up on Autos Only and took it to our own mechanic who said the leak had been fixed by silicon caulk. Bottom line, they talked nice but didnt deliver on promises. They had to have known the car had issues but did not disclose them. Dishonest!

We went car shopping a couple months ago and went to a bunch of dealers in the area. We test drove a good 10 cars before we decided with the CR-V we got from Autos Only. Most of the cars we test drove broke down on us during the test drive or the salesman were horrible and made me feel uncomfortable. With autos only I just felt better. Also. we were unsure for a few days because it was a little out of our range we wanted to work with. But they worked hard for a couple days and got us a great percentage rate and got us in the car with payments we can actually afford. We took our car in to get something fixed and we have a loaner car, so that is fantastic. Thank you for working to get us in our new car Autos Only! You guys rock! :)

Was interested in a car there. They talked me into putting a hold on the car because other people were so interested in it apparently. He assured me the car would be in good condition and if anything came up the warranty would cover it. So I buy the car get inspected. It needed 4 grand in repairs and guess what? The warranty didnt cover any of it. They also lied saying a new clutch from the Honda dealer was put it. But when I talked to their mechanic he said it was an after market one. Not to mention the employees are very rude if you call them out on their bs. Just your typical sleezy used car dealership. Go else where if you can.

Finance guy, Chris, wouldnt negotiate price. Theyre asking $4000 over the very top of the Kelley Blue Book price range. Pulled a report that was supposed to show me how they were cheaper than market value. Based on price, it appeared that the other cars on that list are from Eastlake Auto and also priced way above KBB. So, all that report shows me is that they are charging $500 less than the most outlandishly priced place in Seattle metro area. Whoopdeedoo. When I asked if they dont negotiate prices with people the answer was a big fat pretty much. They were, of course, happy to try and get me financed for even more than my bank preapproval so I could pay their exorbitant price, though. 🙄
Not really one to share reviews online, but had a great experience with Autos Only. Had some financial obstacles almost cause my car deal to fall through and thanks to Brandon Schermer, I was able to get into the vehicle I wanted. Place is highly recommended. If they have the car you want, go get it from them.

After searching for cars endlessly online and visiting 2 prior dealerships where the cars had more damage or issues than expecting, hard to deal with owners who acted self entitled and pushy this place was a breath of fresh air and made buying a car relaxing and enjoyable.As soon as we pulled up our sales rep Shahin Ghavidel was there to greet us with a smile and ask what he could help us with. We asked for the Lexus we saw on the Carfax site and as soon as he got the car for us right out the gate warned us about the brakes being rough. It was refreshing to hear any issues right out the gate as most the time you have to find out stuff like that on your own as if it were a dirty secret. After inspecting the car I was surprised of how clean and great condition it was in. The last 3 cars I checked out from the other dealerships had various scratches, rust, mirror motor issues, rough idle and broken hinges and seals the list went on and on so this was another great surprise.Shahin was the most laidback sales rep and gave us zero pressure whatsoever. We had 2 other cars to look at in the area and let him know they were the first stop and he said please do check out the other places. He asked if weve seen the Carfax and provided the carfax, Kelly Blue Book lending/typical listing price breakdown and vAuto Market Report.Skipping the typical stuff and now to the lets make a deal chapter which I was worried because of the last 2 dealership owners/managers who came off as your typical pushy entitled A-holes which just killed any further negotiations, the manager here Chris Bush was another great surprise and was super chill willing to work with us on the breaks giving us 2 options of a discount or they would replace the brakes which was nice as they have 2 locations with mechanics and the other is much closer. We chose to have them do the brakes and he called the other manager to make sure they could get us taken care of right away in a 3-4 day turnaround. He was super informative, when over the paperwork line by line, gave us options, even gave me credit and financing tips. I cant say enough good things about my experience with these 2 which made my car buying experience an enjoyable one, imagine that: good prices, great condition cars that dont disappoint when it doesnt match the catfishy car profile pics, non pushy sales tactics, reasonable negotiations without anyone getting offended or arguing like with an angry spouse.I live in Renton and this was well worth the trip to check out and so glad I did. If youre in the market for a new car and they have it do yourself a favor and give them a shot and I hope you have the same experience I did. I ended up happy and more importantly my wife did too, Ill be back for a trade in mthanks Shahin and Chris!
We had a mixed experience here last week buying a 2008 Infiniti G35. Most of my dissatisfaction centers on the supposed 150 point check that is performed on all of the cars they sell. Here are a few examples that make me question that this is actually performed. (1) Some of the cars we looked at had the 150 point checklist in the glove compartment but the car we bought did not and there were a few things that definitely did not look checked. (2) While on the test drive I noticed some front end vibration during braking and told Dan, the salesman. He said they could easily take care of that but as the negotiations proceeded the vibration slipped my mind and not surprisingly, the salesman didnt bring it up again. Now I have to get that checked out and fixed on my own dime. (3) All the tires were nicely shined on the outside and I checked a couple of them for treadwear - they were fine. Upon getting home with the car and taking a closer look, the right front tire (although nice and shiny on the outside) was dry, cracked and getting close to bare on the tread. (4) The 6 disc CD changer isnt functioning properly. (5) The gas cap was not attached to the car. (6) The dash is morphing into a very sticky substance in some places and cannot be cleaned without damaging the dash. This was covered up with copious amount of Armor All so we didnt notice it until the next day. I could go on and on with more examples, but you probably get the point.Weve had the car one week and noticed all of these issues within a couple days. Im not a mechanic, but if basic issues like these were not brought up during the check, my guess is that its only the tip of the iceberg. Also, the reason why I had so much faith in the 150 point check and didnt look as closely as I should have is that Dan, our salesman assured us that they are so thorough in their check that if, for example, the brakes are at 30%, they would replace the brakes, rather than pass over them and hope no one would notice. Obviously, I fell for that one, hook, line and sinker.Now, dont get the idea that I expect a $9000 car with 97K miles to be perfect - Im not that naive and Ive owned around 15 different cars and motorcycles throughout my life and have plenty of experience buying used cars. The problem I have is that (A) the check was either not performed or performed without much attention to detail and (B) that (of course) the salespeople and company portray themselves as wanting you to have an experience that would make you want to buy another car from them in the future but wash their hands of you once they get paid.We are not totally dissatisfied with our car - we do like it and it fits our needs right now. But, finding this many issues during our first week of ownership does not inspire confidence and it is unlikely we would buy another car from here as a result. Lastly, if there had been a quick follow-up call from the dealer to check on us during the first week, we could have addressed these issues privately, but since that call never came, I am airing my complaints here. My hope is that they will be addressed by the dealer and taken care of so that I can revise this review and consider the possibility of being a return customer in the future.
I will never be back.. I dont recommend this place to anyone not even to an enemy.. If your looking for a good working car with good service look else where
