I had an accident on Jenness St in Lynn. The Lynn police called JME towing for me. He came quickly. Steve ( operator 25) was kind ( asked about me) and professional. I was so grateful for his help.

Where do I begin? I’ve lived on chestnut for about two years and I literally have watch them scam people on what seems like a daily basis. In your car “oh well “ he’s hooking you and your getting towed. New resident? TOO BAD YOUR GETTING TOWED. Business owner? Not his problem your getting TOWED. Snow ban ends in 15 minutes? Not for you, you got Towed two hours ago🤦🏽‍♀️ And then the PAY ME $55, GIVE ME $150, & $50 I’ll put you car down👀 SHOULDNT HAVE PICKING IT UP IN THE FIRST PLACE. And god forbid you call Lynn police because they damaged your car when they shouldn’t have it hooked anyway. They don’t do anything because why would they😳 and to make matters worst let me explain their order of tow 😲Hooks carPulls around cornerFills out slipDrives to LPD to turn in slip while he already has your car........🧐That’s a bit backward and ILLEGAL.And don’t bother calling them because your gonna be on the phone forEVERRRRRRRAND THE CHICK WHO PICKS UP DONT KNOW ANYTHINGGGG🤣🤣🤣🤣Their Con artist in the pockets of 👮🏻‍♂️ So yeah stair clear.

They were very helpful got there in nick of time and driver eas very friendly

Towed my car and not the newer car in front of mine. One hour b4 ban was over. Oh no snow on ground either.

Piece of crap towing company forced me to pay in cash to get my STOLEN vehicle out of impound, despite the policy printed on thr eall saying that thry accept cards. Was forced to travel to 4 separate ATMs in the hellhole known as Lynn before I found a working one. Guy pocketed my money and then tried to gouge me on a tow home when I found out my car was hot wired.if I was not forced to go here to recover my stolen property I would avoid it at all costs.

They make money scamming people. They take your car without reason to make money.

The worst towing company we have ever used the person I spoke with was rude and he was screaming at me and spelling out words as if I was an idiot
