So I had called and talked w Katlyn. She was very nice,and informative. We had set up a pick up for last weekend on a Saturday. They never showed up. I called twice,no one called me back. Very disappointed. Luckily I found another business. That was professional,and very efficient. Came when they said they were,and on time. Also got more $ for my car.

She answered my questions and gave me a quote that was twice the amount of the other companies.We set up a time to have the car taken away and I was given a call prior to the scheduled pickup time to confirm. The tow truck driver showed up exactly on time and was professional and polite. The whole transaction was smooth and trouble free.Highly recommended!

Not an online quote option, u must call to get an offer. Other sites I checked lets u enter the car info right away to get an instant online quote. Their offer was the lowest I got for my car, $130 less than the other ones. They did offer to pick up my vehicle at no charge.

Lack of follow-uo and communication.Called, spoke to a rep who said would call me back,. She didnt call me back so I called again. Described car and scheduled a pick up. No one came and no one called. When I reached out after waiting for two hours was told that, in fact, they cant pick up the car that I had described during first conversation.

I don’t know where these reviews about good money are coming from! $110 for a car with all aluminum block and heads,and the whole coolant system is 3 months old for 110,lol but they paid 175 for a worthless xterra last year that didn’t have anything good about it,lol some of us aren’t that stupid!
