I came off work and was blessed with a flat tire pulling out of the parking lot at my job. I walked in and Corey was able to help me find the right tire replacement so I could head back to work in time for my lunch to be over. Great guy, gave great advice. I could not recommend this place more.

Went to Jacks Tire and needed some tires he found the right size for me and gave me a good price on mounting them and balancing them, great guy and good customer service and i will definitely refer people to him.

I really would give 0 stars for the way these tires run out fast even new! They are CHEAP reused patched tires even some labeled new. Jack gets tires for nothing and charges the same as others or more for less valued tires! Oil changes had my car leaking, the workers are nice and friendly, young handsome Blk/brown guy and a middle aged white guy. Very nice people but the place is a hoax. I would go anywhere else besides Jacks tire. Was a better pawn place. And ex worker??? Didn’t know you had females to work on cars, but maybe you should hire me cause you guys need help “clearly” you guys are a new shop I guess

This place is not professional. The site says closes at 2 on saturday and I got there at 1 and they were already closed. I even talked to him on the phone before going and he still shut down early. I will also put a review on FB. If you had a family emergency you should have called me because I came all the way from Mafison Heights to you. The note on the door didnt say anything about a family emergency so come on man dont lie.

Wow Jack was amazing!! He came out on his day off to come fix my tires! You won’t find many people who are willing to leave home and help you out on their day off. Wow! I could just hug this man, he definitely made my day.I needed tires for my vehicle BAD! I called him and was given a quote on 4 used tires. Even though the quote was the best one around in this area, I just didn’t have it. Money has been tight so I told him that I wouldn’t be able to purchase all 4 at once.When I got to the shop, he took a look at my tires and asked a few questions. I was there for less than 30 minutes and pulled out with 4 nice looking used tires. He worked with me on price and brought it down to something I could afford.He was super friendly and got the job done fast. My 3 year old was with me and there was a playroom available for us to sit and it kept him occupied.I have nothing but good things to say about Jacks and will definitely be coming back soon for an oil change and any other provided service my vehicle needs.Thank you!!

Excellent service and price!! I called to get a quote on a tire and he knew exactly what tire I needed and how much right then and there. I had gone to another car dealership and they told me that my tire was not patchable and that I needed to buy a whole new tire (obvs trying to rip me off)Jack asked me what was wrong with it and told me that he could fix it for me instead of me having to buy a new tire. He is honest and true!! Definitely the place to go!

Jack hooked me up with some sweet Nitto tires when I was in a pinch. Fast service, and friendly staff. They got the job done quick and right. Highly recommend them. My go to spot for oil change and anything tire related.

Wow, talk about great customer service! We had driven to Smith Mountain Lake State Park when we realized there was a screw sticking out of the sidewall on my back tire. I called several places and happened upon Jacks! We drove back to Lynchburg on the tire and these guys took over! He found me a replacement tire same brand, used but took care of my immediate need. They gave us the tool needed to pop the caps off my lug nuts and a bunch of recommendations for the area. I think we spent less than 30mins minutes there, but left feeling we were well taken care of! Horrible experience here. Jack’s put on a used tire that malfunctioned the very next day. I came back, and they put on a lesser tire. I asked for a partial refund (for my time, as well as due to the lower quality of the replacement tire). Jack literally argued with me about why I got a good deal in the first place, rather than offering even a token refund. This business could benefit from some customer service training.

If you are in a pinch and need a tire that lasts about two days, then this is a great place. Pinholes in two of the sidewalls that I purchased from this establishment. The owner seems like a nice guy but, terrible quality on used tires.

If your looking for a quick friendly place this is it. Were from out of state, found a bolt in our tire. This place showed up on our GPS best thing to happen to us. Brandon took us straight back plugged tire for us in about 15 mins.
