Joe(the owner)missed an appointment,did NOT call,or leave message. I and another customer were left sitting in the parking lot. They arent open on Friday... the appointment was Thursday. Doesnt return calls,at all. When I finally reached him through a different phone,he blew it off as some sort of joke? Called corporate and they arent much help because they dont know the area. Am going to miss two days,maybe 3 of work.When they installed the box under the dash,I didnt make it 5 miles down the rd. and the whole thing fell out. Truck is a straight drive and the box/wiring got tangled with clutch pedal nearly causing an accident. Again,to Joe this wasnt anything to be concerned with?Find some other place to get your interlock,the Lynchburg office isnt worth the problems.

Joe from Drager was very polite and respectful. One of the most helpful people I have dealt with along this journey would strongly recommend contacting him if you need anything.

I have been dealing with Vasap & Drager interlock for YEARS!!! This has been such an expensive lesson. I got my charges in 2009 and here it is 2020 and I am finally finishing up. Joe is such a great guy to work with though! He does a fantastic job and if you are having hard times he is more than willing to work with you! Hes got a great personality and even though this whole situation has put a hole in my bank account at least Joe was very easy to work with and i definitely recommend coming to Draeger off 460! Also you can go to central Virginia ASAP office and choose Draeger. They have brochures that offer free installation! I hated going through this for so very long but at least Joe was the person i worked with. I wouldnt have any other company besides Joe. Joe is the best! I wont muss my breathalyzer but i will miss him!! Such a good guy to work with!

Joe at the Lynchburg location is great. Very accommodating as helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Not a place Id ever choose to go to again but Joe made the experience a lot easier to deal with
