I LOVE Vision Quest! Dawns classes are always different and interesting. There are so many modifications available that they stay challenging for all fitness levels. I reached my body goals in only a few months and still amaze myself at the strength, endurance and muscle definition I am still achieving. My favorite part about VQ is the support and care I get from every trainer and the people that attend! Any time you are feeling down on yourself, there are at least 50 people that will listen to your concerns and encourage you to get back to your best self. Surrounding yourself with motivating, positive people has definitely raised my self esteem and confidence. VQ had made me better inside and out.

I cannot say enough positive things about Vision Quest and the owners Dawn and Sean! Every workout is different- challenging- and fun! #SmallThanks to Dawn and Vision Quest!!! This is the best workout in town but yet she keeps her prices reasonable because she knows what its like to be a REAL PERSON and not a giant corporation. She wants everyone to be able to get the workout they want without having to sign a contract. If you want to feel welcome and not at all intimidated but still get an AMAZING WORKOUT, give it a try. If you are looking for an athletic workout Visionquest is for you. Every night is a different routine working abs arms glutes legs and everything in between. You will drip with sweat but you will see results and crave more!! The owners are extremely fit and will also help with meal planning and advice on the best meal supplements too. This is not a gym this is high intensity workouts in multiple stations for 60 minutes. You’ll burn calories and see results right away. You’ll gain energy and lose pounds and inches. Men and women will benefit. Join us! All your classmates will welcome you with open arms and will help you when you need. My autistic son joins me a few nights a week and enjoys it too! One more thing, I can’t do high impact with my aging knees so CrossFit is out for me. This is exactly what my body needed! Low impact but high intensity.

I had not been to the gym in several years after having my daughter (almost 3 years) I found this studio on the Mind Body app and it was much more reasonable then other group training pricing! I gave it a try and I absolutely love it - it become an addiction! All the trainers are so knowledgeable and friendly and the other clients who are taking the classes along with you are so welcoming! I love the clients come in all shapes and sizes and skill levels, the movements can be modified to each individual as needed so u can slowly gain confidence and strength. Plus if you stick to it you can really see the results of your hard work!
