I love it. The community is amazing, coaches are awesome. This is a very uplifting place altogether, you can get in with 0 experience and youll be cheered and coached with the same kindness and care.Cant recommend highly enough.

I was a week drop in and the coaches were awesome, worked with me and made me feel welcome just as well as the community. I loved the lifting and gymnastic information I gained as well as the atmosphere! Thanks guys!

My brother and I were looking for a way to finally encourage ourselves to get up off the couch and make a change. We looked all over the land o lakes / lutz / wesley chapel areas and finally decided to try out AERO. We were pleasantly surprised. This place is a family to say the least. We were hooked from day one and could not get enough. We both recommend Aero highly and dont plan on leaving anytime soon. Please do yourself a favor and come try it out!
