Mitchell came out on 9/24/21 to do a flush out and we were not informed correctly by the person that did the initial sale on how to prep for it. Because of the issue we were having, Mitchell helped to reschedule for 10/1/21 and gave me all the correct information on what needed to be done so that we would get the best results. When he came today for the appointment he was on time, professional, and very pleasant and friendly. He did a great job and was very thorough in what he did. He took the time to answer any questions that I had and made sure to let me know if there were any other problems to please call back. Thank you Mitchell for a great job!

I started as a customer with Terminix last year In September. I had a wonderful experience when the inspector came out and done the initial inspection, and although I was upset about even having to use a pest control service, they made me feel extremely comfortable and satisfied with signing up for their service. A few months went along, and I still had an ongoing issue that was not resolved. The manager at lumberton was extremely rude, but the regional manager was helpful and exceeded my expectations on fixing the problem.From then on, I’ve requested the same technician, Mitchell, and he is an absolute god send. He is always on time, friendly and takes his time to do thorough inspections each visit to ensure that I do not have any problems in the future. In my opinion, lumberton has a great team. Between Mitchell, the scheduling coordinator, and the Regional Manager I am always taken care of. I recommend Terminix for Anybody who is having issues with pests.

I wanna take a minute n brag on one of your employees on the Lumberton NC route by the name of P. Deese! I have never had a person that worked with terminix that takes pride in his job more than HIM! He is very professional n he goes the extra mile!!!!!! His customer service is mind blowing and he knows his job more than any tech Ive crossed paths with during my experience with TERMINIX! I really feel like he does his job the way it supposed to be done and he came in n picked up sooooo much slack that was left behind from my previous tech that I had no idea the tech was suppose to be doing these things! For example, taking down wasps nest! I had nests all around my house that WAS not taken down n I WAS paying for these services! I really wanna take a minute n brag on this guy! He is the BEST! I do not recommend you sign your name to anything but paper with them. They have shown themselves to be capable of making changes without your knowledge or consent.A company who makes changes to a $7000.00 purchase contract without your knowledge or consent and reproduces your digital signature on that fraudulent contract should not be trusted.

Had an awesome experience with Charlie this afternoon. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the services thoroughly, recommended what would work best for me, and helped give me a peace of mind. What really stood out was that he went beyond expectations. Seems like my issues got worse after service. Signed up under a year contract to save money. Was told the outside of the house would be sprayed to control outside pests including wasps and yellow jackets. Well a little over a month after the first treatment I have a yellow jacket nest at my back door and more bugs inside my kitchen than what we’re there before they treated the area. Now I’m stuck with them for a year of treatments...the next scheduled treatment has to yield better results
