3 hour wait to put in two new tires. We did not wait. Went across the highway .

I would put zero stars because I received zero service. I went to Walmart at 9:00 am to get my oil change and had to pull up to the door which was chained to get the change done. At 9:45, I still had not received service and never got pulled in. They had no vehicles working on but a truck loaded for a tire change but it was unattended. I saw the three mechanics standing around chatting a truck lifted waiting for a tire change and it wasn’t even looked at and a bunch of employees sitting near the center talking and smoking. I had to pull out and go to grease monkey. I would recommend letting Walmart auto center close and not go there.

Had appiintment for 4 tires and still set there for 4hrs. It look as if employees was working sliwly

Got here are 7:10 am. Im the second car in line for an oil change and tire rotation. Its now 9 am and my car is still in the bay getting worked on. Make sure you allot extra time if you come here, they are incredibly slower than most other places in my experience.

I go to Wal-Mart alot the Auto Care Center does a good job on oil changes

Had a battery to turn in and was easy with the warranty. The customer service actually top notch.

This is the slowest place in the country. 2 hrs and 32 min. to get a tire put on. Will never come back.

3 hours to change 1 tire

Terrible, if something takes a little bit of work to do, like something simple, they will call you back and say nothing can be done. Take it to a different automotive place and like magic its worked on and fixed alot faster. Walmart automotive is cheap, the only selling point really. Guess its get what you paid is a true statement in regards to this 😂😂😂😂.

Y do u open at 7 am if there is no one in the shop that can change a tire n oil? Just wondering cause I just wasted an hour of my life driving here, just to b told to go to the jiffy lube down the road. Again thanks alot for supreme customer service

Whatever you do don’t take your car to this this company I took my car there to get four tires and a oil change it was running fine before I went there, they ended up having to push it to the side when they were done my belt broke I had to get it fixed they only reimbursed me for the 23.00 belt a week later my car quit on the road coming home from work and hadn’t said a word since. But they refuse to take any blame at all the only reason they paid for the belt was to shut me up
