Do not use this place. They are crooks and will only take your money and refuse to answer the phone or come to the door when you can literally hear them inside the house. I should have done more research but Wayne came out and looked at our washer and we paid him $200 for his call and the part. They cashed our check the next day. Over two weeks later, no part, no call. I finally got ahold of them 5 days ago and the “wife” told me that the part was there but that he was sick with bronchitis. She would have him call me that afternoon. He never called and now they refuse to answer the phone or come to the door. We have contacted the sheriffs department and made a report and will pursue charges of theft of services because we have the proof by the check of payment and services not rendered. So I hope they see this review and for anyone else steer clear!

I called to set up an appointment for them to come by home for appliance repair. Never showed up or called to say they were not coming. Called again to set up appointment and they set it up for this morning. No show. No call to say they aren’t coming. I do NOT recommend to anyone. I should have read the reviews ahead of time. Obviously this company has no serious work ethic or integrity. I will be reporting them to the BBB

Mr. Wayne is always a pleasure to work with. Myself and my family have been using his service for years. He fixed my washing machine in a timely and cost effective way. I would definitely recommend their services.

My landlord had them to come out and look at the ice maker said it need to be replaced so he had them to order one and this started in Jan and I moved in in Feb and it took them til March to get it in and put it in and never has worked have made many phone calls and was promised a time on wed of last week and never showed up and no phone calls have called everyday since and no one will answer the phone left many messages and he was paid in advance so I guess its all about money not the customer so guess what Im trying to say please make this company your last resort and dont pay until the job is done and done right. They blew off two appointments with no call to cancel or reschedule. Once last month and another one today. I called yesterday and was scheduled for after lunch today. Called at 1:30 and was told he was running late but would still be there. Its now after 4:30 and when I call no one answers and their mailbox is full (their stated hours are open til 5pm).

Called on a Friday, to busy. We scheduled for Monday. Monday called to 9:15 Confirmed we were second in line. 1:15 called, tech had been tired up,but just left with our work order. We are 15 Minutes away. 2PM no tech and no call. Called back 2:15 no answer, 2:30 called back no answer, 3 called back no answer, so could not reschedule. 4PM still no tech or call. 4:15 called still no answer and still no tech. Sad way to run a business, had I run mine this way I would be out of business. calling someone else from now on.

Nice people but took along time to get the part and come put it on .but my washer is working

Ordered part and paid $430.00 plus $75.00 trip charge for motherboard for Whirlpool range. It has now been two months with NO oven!! Part came in and after several appointments made and not kept, was installed and worked one time while Wayne was here. After several time trying to turn it on, finally I got it to turn on ONE time!!! It has now been two months without a stove. They set several appointments to come out and repair. They didn’t come or call, just didn’t come!! We have tried to be patient in his excuse s. Now he finally answered his phone and says he is NOT responsible for the stove not working! What a crock!!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!

I do not recommend this place at all. This guy gave me the run around for three years. He could not fix the problem even after they sent him the mother board to install.

Absolutely do not use this company. This is basically a home business being run out of their garage. Its the middle of summer in East Texas and our window unit stopped cooling so my husband took it and a spare AC to have them looked at. They continued to give us the run around with multiple excuses but would always say we will look at it today and call you but never call. Im going thru chemo w multiple medical issues so I dont deal well with heat and needed these repaired in a timely manner. After almost 2 weeks and many excuses we went today to just pick up the ACs to take somewhere else. As soon as we got there we saw our window units sitting in their driveway in the elements (its rained at least 7 times in the 2 weeks theyve had them and they were NOT covered). We will be taking them to be looked at and if there are ANY issues with the electrical elements (which worked great prior) due to them leaving our units in the rain, they will be replacing these acs or I will take them to court to do so. Once we picked up the ACs they tried to say oh we can go ahead and look at them while youre here if you want us to which of course we refused because at this point we dont trust nor want their services.Very unprofessional, undependable and not a reputable business.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY UNLESS YOU HAVE A LOT OF TIME TO WASTE!!! If I could rate this company zero stars I would, it took 2 months from the initial service call to get my oven fixed. After not showing up when they stated initially they diagnosed the problem as being the wrong part I paid for the part and they disappeared, they did not return calls when I left a voicemail until I told them I would take legal action. They then called back and stated it was a different part than they initially diagnosed and would have to order and it would be in within a couple days, 2 weeks later I had never heard back from them, I kept calling until I finally got someone on the phone and then went by and paid for the part. They said they would be out the next day to install it. 4 days later after saying we were next on the list every day they finally showed up and installed the part, only problem was they had forgot the initial part that they had taken that they originally said was the issue, said they would go get it and be back in 30 minutes. 4 hours later they showed back up after 2 phone calls to stay after them. We have wasted 4 days sitting around waiting on them this week alone and their customer service, communication and punctuality is non existent.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would!! I bought a part from them for 100.00 and it was the WRONG PART. Even though I showed the wife a picture of what I was needing. Anyway the next day my part arrives. I go pick it up and bring it home so my fiancee can fix our washer. I did not open the box when I picked it up so I did not realize it was the wrong part at the time. When we realized it was wrong, we go back to ASAP appliances. They wont refund our money. (Which is fine). Whatever. He said he would come look at our washer after 1:00pm. He said he would fix it for 55.00. Great! Whatever. I just need my washer fixed. Well he NEVER shows up. So the next day, we call the wife.. she says oh he will be out today. Ok! Cool! Well never shows up. They did this 6 times before we finally said forget it. This place is a damn joke and I will never recommend anyone there. Not to mention I payed 100.00 for a 30.00 part..... you would be better off trying to fix your own stuff rather than bringing it here.

Called them yesterday morning to see if they could come take a look at my washer. Lady took my number and said she would call me back. Never heard back from them. If she would have just let me know they couldnt come i could have called someone else.

A Family friend waited all day for a repairman to check out their non working refrigerator, when they had not shown up by 3:00 pm after having a morning appt. we stopped by the business /their home.Song & dance story of an emergency that day, & why they didn’t answer phone or return calls w/other reasons.However assured us someone would definitely be out before the day is over.Ha! It didn’t happen, No show & No phone call to reschedule #NOTHING!Failed miserably in customer service 👎At the very least a potential customer deserves a phone call -Shame on you!

The owner of this business is a fraud, dishonest and lacks any form of integrity. He sold us a lemon refrigerator several months ago. He initially came out and looked at the item and indicated that the settings were set too cold and that was the issue. He has since, never returned our request for repair or refund. Most of our interactions have been filter through a female living at the residence who he seems to hide behind her skirt as a buffer to avoid any interactions with us. I set up an appointment with ASAP Appliance Repair and they failed to show up, and further they failed to give me any notice of their apparent intention not to show up.

Terrible experience. Will not return calls. Dropped my air conditioner with a stripped out plastic fan. Its been over a month now. They say they were sent the wrong fan week one. This is week 5. Still no calls . Went by and his wife always says he is working on it. Will call. Then a week later ...no calls. Im going tomorrow to get my AC and take it somewhere else if they dont have it fixed. These people have no respect for their customers needs. Will NEVER use them again and will tell everyone I know not to use the

I own a number of rent properties in the Lufkin area. Having tried other Lufkin appliance repair shops, I would say ASAP does the best most affordable job at this point in time.

Made an appt for 4 PM. Took off work and no one showed up or even called. Sorry customer service

Came out to service dryer (needed a belt) $178.00 they said it was a belt and fixed it. After a month or so it’s not turning again . I called them on Monday said they could be out Friday but they don’t carry belts so they would have to order it and it would be sometime the week after that. I called ASAP appliance repair and they came out next day. Turns out first company Advanced appliance repair put the belt guard on backwards and caused it to slip off. Fixed it and charged me $55 I called AAS appliance repair and asked them about a reimbursement because THEY put belt guard on backwards. Owner said only THEY could come fix it. Why would I call someone who screwed it up in the first place (“they don’t work for us anymore they said). Owner not willing to stand behind his work, and obviously it’s all about the money for him. Does t care at ALL about customer service

Called 3 days ago and spoke with Dorthy to see if they could come out to my house for a refrigerator repair. She stated that they rarely come to Colmesneil, but they would and would be here on Friday. Called to day to find out what time Wayne would be here and Dorthy stated a little after lunch and that he would call for better directions. I waited all day and call around 3:30 to see if Wayne was still coming and had to leave a message. I try again around 5:00 and no answer again. Really not a Great way to run your business. One would if you are running a business at least a phone call to the customer to let them know they are not going to be able to make the appointment and to try someone else.I would not give this company a star but had to to give them a review

Ran my wife off the road in his company truck, she called in to report him and his wife answers the phone. She tells him about it and he calls my wife back chews her out and hangs up on her. White trash company
