Made it easy for me to pick up a vehicle that was in pounded. excellent service and I had all the documentation that I needed as well

They dispatched in a decent time and gave an accurate ETA, driver also communicated well with me about pickup and drop off. They towed me my truck that could run and drive under its own power but could not drive on the highway. I was kind of surprised to see that they had dragged the truck onto the bed without putting it in neutral, the driver explained that was in case the cable broke which I suppose is valid. I offered to drive the truck off the bed for him or asked him if he was going to, and he declined released the vehicle, and proceeded to Jack the hydraulics on the bed back and forth sharply to slide my vehicle off onto the pavement. He told me that was standard procedure, and maybe it is, but things seem to sure have changed since I drove tow truck years ago. I understand precautions for safety and liabilities sake, but they seem to come at the expense of equipment and common Sense. Also be aware they charge mileage round trip, not One direction.

If I could put zero stars I would. I had to get my car towed for a wreck, their driver lost my keys. He denied me ever giving them to me so they refused to pay for a key. I asked them for a receipt for the transaction and they told me they couldn’t give it to me. When I talked to upper management about replacing my key he said, “that driver loses things all the time, he has no reason not to admit to this one.” I don’t know what kind of business would not only refuse to give a customer a receipt “because they no longer have it” days later, but refuse to own up to an honest mistake. I wouldn’t let them touch my car if the tow was free. Beware of these scam artists. OH. And they couldn’t find my car for a day.You’ve been been warned.Also, if Neil shows up, don’t trust him with your car.

Had a tow yesterday and they left my truck on the curb. I called to complain and they came to fix it and its still on the curb. Plus my brand new tires one has a flat. How did that happen? The only reason we have a spare is because the rim is getting work done. All tires are brand new. Im sad this how my vehicle was left. Im having to get someone else to fix this. I cant trust them.So because my vehicle was marked as abandoned gave you the right to treat my property like this? My truck was parked in a residential area at a friends house. We took off the tire to get work done on the rim. Why there was a spare. Less than 48 hours it was picked up. Which I paid the city for the release and also PAID yall additional to tow it. Which I had no problem doing. Yes, someone came back to fix it but again it was still on the curb and one tire WAS flat. Which I noticed after I went to check on it this morning because I didnt think anything of it when I thought it was fixed after I complained. I just paid for new tires and alignment which I have receipts to prove and now have one flat and no it was not like that when you originally picked it up your right. I also have pictures to show proof of what Im talking about how it was left. I did try to upload them and couldnt. I can personally email them to you if you would like. No, Im not happy about how my vehicle was handled.

LPD officer and I had to wait over 45 minutes for the wrecker, but once he was arrived he was very polite and courteous, skillful, and on point doing his job. I would recommend Lubbock Wrecking Service to anyone. You were inexpensive and I definitely would use you again. Thank you for your service, now Id like to become a driver.

I waited for AAA to send a wrecker for 3 hours. Triple A finally called to check on me 5 hours after I broke down. I called this company and they arrived promptly and were very professional.

Had to have car towed out of my homes garage to repair service garage. Employee who arrived was fast, very polite, and took a great deal of care making sure the car cleared the top of the garage door. Service was just as fast and reliable as on their TV advertisements. Very satisfied.

I hit a bike on the road near Snyder, TX and cracked my radiator. Vickie helped me out tremendously and got me into town. She is super nice and tried to get me a ride to Lubbock. The ride didnt work out but the tow was excellent.

My insurance sent this place to wench my car out of a muddy road. Guy shows up in a very large tow truck equipped with chains and everything. He takes one look and tells me he won’t be able to pull my car out of fear of getting stuck himself. He told me I would need to call their main office again. Which makes no sense because why would I need to call them if they sent him and he couldn’t help?? They told my insurance the car was over 100 feet away from pavement which was not true!! He didn’t measure the distance at all. I measured myself and it was 50 ft. You figure a tow truck with a very long bed could easily reach. Luckily two men, strangers passing by, offered to help and had my car out in less than 30 min with their truck (a diesel with dual rear wheels).It’s a joke that Lubbock Wrecker didn’t even attempt to walk towards my car and lied to my insurance about how far out my car was. I was also unhappy with my insurance for taking their word and not bothering to send a different company. Overall horrible experience and would not recommend!!EDIT in response to Owner: your guy showed up in a truck with a very long bed. Your FB page has pics of the same type of trucks pulling semi’s away from wrecks. Don’t get me wrong, I am also disappointed in my own insurance, but the size of the truck you guys sent the first time was well equipped for the job. My car was 50 ft away from pavement. NOT over 100 feet. That was a LIE.

They were quick in getting my vehicle after a wreck. However, the customer service was a solid ok. Also, one of the employees wiped his hand off on the side of my passenger door and got oil on my backseat when they put the bumper back there (the bumper could have fit in the trunk). I only found out when insurance was trying to charge me for those damages. Thankfully I had taken lots of pictures.

Ran a work vehicle off the road into some soft sand, 60 miles from Lubbock. They were out and back in less than 3 hours. We do not live in Lubbock but needed a wrecker when passing through. We called Lubbock Wrecker and less than 15 minutes a wrecker arrived to take use to a place of repair. The driver was very courteous and knew exactly what he was doing. The lady that answered the phone was also friendly and very helpful.

After reading some not so good reviews I was reluctant to call because every where else I called was outrageous considering I needed them to cross state line to pick up my husbands truck.. I am so glad I did call.. first of all they were $260 cheaper then anyone else and the tow truck driver was so kind and helpful .. they came right away and got it to a shop the same day from Hobbs New Mexico to Lubbock and the driver even called me when he dropped the truck off.. I will use them again for sure.. thank you so so much!!

Probably the best towing service I’ve encountered in Lubbock.Their driver Sistos came fast and was really sweet. The process was quick and simple. The pricing also wasn’t bad for a tow across town.

They damaged my car and are trying not to pay me for the damage. And I called them of my own volition and didnt sign any waver.The driver is saying the damage was already there. LIE. When the job was done and he was leaving he forgot to lower his rig and pulled my bumper out 2 inches and bent it. I witnessed the whole thing. Im probably gonna have to replace the whole bumper because you cant just buy the parts that he broke.I EVEN TIPPED THIS GUY. For him to lie is outrageous. He knows what he did because he got out of his car looked at the damage then got back in his truck and left. I hate to feel like I have to make this public to get anything done about it, but thats the impression Im getting.Im not some angry individual who got his car towed because he was in the wrong, Im a nice guy who chose to give them my business, and in the midst of that, their driver made a mistake, which Im totally fine with, but what Im not fine with is that its been days and still no resolution while my family and I have been in contact. Where I come from we fix the mistakes we make.

Drove from Del Rio to Lubbock to pick up my car that had been stolen. I called three times to make sure that they would be open till midnight. We arrived at wrecker Service at 11:30 p.m. There were other people who got there a few minutes after we did and had been told the same thing. I think its bad when you drive so far and then they close early so they can charge more storage.

I am very thankful for the service, the driver arrived 15 min after I called. Mr Brown was very pleasant to talk to and did his job excelent and very carefully. I highly recommend this place.

I give the service 0 stars but it would not accept my post. I am the parent of a 21 year old that was rear ended and the vehicle was not driveable. The Lubbock Wrecker Service was called out. I had told my son on the phone to get the car towed to his home and to tell me how much we owed so I could transfer it. I was on the phone listening the whole time to the conversation between the wrecker and my son. My son told me that they could use the card. Next thing I know the car is impounded. They never used our credit card. They charged us towing to the impound, impound fees, would not release it until the next day and towing to the original home for a total of $290.45. We called and were told that my son did not have money so that was the only option. That was not true as I was on the phone ready to transfer money to his debit card. They told us we were under contract. Funny thing is my son has know receipt or signed form stating anything of the like. No contract or signed anything Nothing at all was given to him except the number and towing co name. My husband called to speak to a supervisor twice and none was provided. We ended up paying the amount just so we would not continue to get charged the impounded amount. I believe this business to be untrustworthy and one that takes advantage of others in a difficult situation. Not something I would want for anyone. Stay away!In response to your response, you only discussed the rates AFTER the car was impounded. That is not useful to anyone. My husband was in another city altogether so there is no way you discussed it with him until he called you.

The array of many brand new $100k+ wreckers, brand new office with bullet proof windows, rude customer service, and the exclusive towing contracts for Lubbock police make you feel even more like a victim/prisoner when an unfortunate accident happens. My car got towed and I went in and got my vehicle no issues.

The driver was very professional and friendly and his truck was clean and well maintained.

I was involved in an accident and the police called Lubbock Wrecker. The tow was fine, despite the driver not having a card with a phone number on it. Customer service terrible. Terrible may actually be too kind a word for it. I called the office the morning after the accident in order to get personal items out of the vehicle. The operator could not find my vehicle in the computer and was extremely short, snippy, and rude. Once they figured out that it had been entered under the wrong make, I went to get my items. The staff in the front office was unprofessional and derogatory. I was so taken aback by their attitude toward me. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business at all costs.

Wish i could give this place zero stars but unfortunately that is not an option. Wife and her father went in to retrieve pocessions from our vehicle that was towed after an accident. They went to the front window and being that they dont speak english, they politely asked if anyone at the front spoke spanish to which they got a clear no. Thats okay i understand that. So my wife calls me at my work and tells me to translate over the phone, which is no problem for me and shouldnt have been a problem for the other party either. So i tell the woman who was at the front counter on 10/14/19 @ 19:30, that my wife and her father were there to retrieve personal pocessions from their vehicle that was towed to that yard. To which the woman responded with such a bitter attitude that the owner of the vehicle had to be there with ID in hand. Thats when i responded that the owner (my father in law) was there with DL in hand. She took the documents and a short time later gave them back with a form for my father in law to fill out. I was not content with the customer service that woman provided so i asked her if she needed any more documents to wich she said no. Then i asked for her name because i told her i did not appreciate the attitude she gave us. To which she laughed and said her name was Shiba which i highly doubt that was her real name. But what really upset me the most and what brought me to write this review, is the fact that after we were done talking, she grabbed the keys to our car and threw them at the feet of the man who was to escort them to their vehicle. There is no reason to treat any customer that way regardless of race. This company is a disgrace to the city of Lubbock and does not deserve to have the name Lubbock anywhere in the name of this company.

Driver was instructed to deliver vehicle to Ford body shop, instead he took vehicle to their impound yard and are charging for wrecker fee, daily storage fee, impound fee and notification fee. The whole world has become nothing but thieves and dishonest people. Lord have mercy on their souls.

You better watch out for these guys on the road. Ive heard alot of negative stuff but Ive finally got to see first hand. I almosy got hit by one trying to overtake me at a four way stop. Instear of yielding the wrecker spead up as I was crossing as though he was trying to get there first. I dont know how these people are still in business. I would call Cantu before I used these wreckless drivers!

Hate to give this scam even 1 star. Unprofessional scam artist who tow your vehicle and hold for ransom. Never received any notification they towed my vehicle from my own parking spot. Had to be notified by an officer. Almost $900 in charges. Yet no notification they even had it when reported stolen. Partnered with apartment complexes to take money from honest hard working people. Manager was rude and useless as their thug staff. Best advice get a lawyer to take care of their service

Most helpful and quite professional to me and my friend who took me out there to recover my possessions from my wrecked vehicle on Saturday. Even made suggestions on how to get into my locked vehicle when realized the battery was dead and my key fob would not work and I had no key. Would recommend to anyone!

Sold car at auction, lets my tags on and got billed for tolls the buyer did, theyll steal your property, sell it at auction, then let ANYONE [possibly murderers or rapists, thank god mine was just a toll evader] take your car with YOUR identifying plates REGISTERED IN YOUR NAME drive off with it. so if you have dealings with this company and you know you wont be able to pay their fees, please go to tx.dmv.gov and put in the title transfer notification your self. this should be against the law.

If you have to deal with these people prepare to have a bad day. The office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Oh and they have a great scam! If your car goes in prior to midnight and you pick it up the next morning they are going to charge you for two days of storage. So, they may only have your vehicle for 8-10 hours but they are going to charge you for 48 hours. If you complain they will threaten to call the police on you.

Tow truck driver says, we can get contents out of vechicle anytime as they are open 24/7. We had many witnesses around, saying, he said that. Show up after 6 P.M. and young lady at front counter passes me off to next representative. We go through process about vechicle ownership and identity etc, only to tell me, to come back next day to remove contents. Ok. Fine. Show up next day and go through whole process again. I was allowed into area to remove contents from vechicle. However, the lady said you have 4 mintues left I was like what you mean I have 4 mintues left? She said the time you enter into establishment, you have 10 minutes to remove all your items from vechicle.Im fine with rules if you establish from get go and let customers know. And yes, you can contact me at anytime.I see you replied. Your company did not inform me out the gate about times. I told you once before. You can contact me anytime as you have my information.

Dont get into an accident in Lubbock. If you do, tow your own vehicle with equipment from Uhaul or get another contractor to tow it to your place of residence. The police had LWS tow our wrecked car after a traffic accident to their lot. I paid $481.00 after one day in and a tow to Wolfforth. One positive is the receptionist made getting in and out real quick.

I was in a car accident a couple of weeks ago and my car was towed by Lubbock Wrecker. On the same day, my mother went to collect my belongings (due to my severe injuries and being unable to leave the hospital). She noticed my house keys were no longer attached to the vehicle keys and before calling Lubbock Wrecker, she double checked with me to confirm that they were a part of the key set. I did confirm they were on my key set.She spoke to a manager just to find out what exactly happened to my house keys, knowing that my address and personal info were also readily available in the car. The manager she spoke to tried to blame the missing keys first on the police, and then he asked to speak to me to see who last took the keys to see where else he could place the blame. I explained that I never had a chance to even grab my keys, due to the car accident that left my car FLIPPED ON ITS SIDE. So as soon as they flipped the car back over, I was already at the Emergency Room. The manager said he would give us a call back, and he never did. Clearly they dont care, even when it was a situation completely out of my control since the get-go. Thanks for your terrible service to accompany the horrible accident I already went through. I guess Ill pay the bill for changing the locks on my house on top of everything else.

Road trip to Lubbock. We hit a deer at 1130pm about 30 miles outside Lubbock. Only took these guys about 45 minutes to get us. The driver was very nice and professional, gave us our options and their fleet vehicles are fairly new and kept clean. The only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the next day I went to pickup blankets,pillows and water bottles we had left in the vehicle and they wouldnt let me. They said only the owner could access the vehicle and it was titled in my friends fathers name. That would have been nice to know and good thing we didnt leave behind anything important....

While trying to pay out vehicle from impound lot after obtaining all required documents the service would not accept the company credit card due to the name on the card. Being another tow service this is unacceptable. Very rude and unprofessional. The drivers are wrecklless and do not follow requirements for towing in the state of Texas which is a 4-point tie down for car carriers and straps with safety chains and lights for wheel lifts. When considering towing in Lubbock consider someone else.

Extremely rude, belligerent people. I was in an accident about 7pm and had it towed 1st thing in the morning to the body shop at Gene Messer Ford. I was charged 2 days storage for that twelve hours because it crossed a midnight. They told me they can legally charge two days if they get a vehicle there before midnight and I pick it up anytime after midnight.(what they are saying is they can charge two days for having a vehicle on the lot 10 minutes if the vehicle is there through midnight)Things were missing from the vehicle but they claimed they were honest and must have been the Ford company employees that stole anything missing from the vehicle. (I do not believe anything these people say)
