The BEST customer service Ive had the pleasure of experiencing in Lubbock thus far. These guys are great. I called in and they immediately forwarded me to a specialist so I could get an informed opinion of our pest situation. They scheduled an appointment for that weekend, came on time, and were done fairly quickly and easily.Victor serviced my home and was very friendly, personal, and informative as he answered many of my questions with no problem. He sprayed the interior and exterior of the home and I saw a dramatic reduction in the pest problem. Within two weeks, however, the insects had began to re-appear aggressively. I called in again and they scheduled a re-spray for the next day at no cost. Adrian came by, on time, and sprayed the trouble spots for me. So far I have not had a problem with the insects again. Adrian was very helpful and professional as well.Everyone Ive dealt with in this company has been extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. The entire experience was good, the prices are reasonable, and Id confidently recommend them to anyone out there.

They have been out to spray several times and never mentioned the mulch around the house (put in by previous house owner) is a magnet for termites. Shows that they either dont care or are incompetent. I raked back the mulch and there were termite larvae. Which shows their spraying was also ineffective. AVOID THEM THEY ARE INCOMPETENT!Makes me wonder if these glowing reviews are people that work there or friends of the owners.

So Im sitting here in my apartment watching a roach flail around in a corner. Its quite hilarious. Ive always been skeptical about bug spray actually killing roaches but whatever Gafford uses works. They were very quick but since they started spraying this is the first roach Ive seen. Its been 4 weeks. Im impressed with them. And now that roach is dead as I finish writing this. I would definitely recommend gafford.
