Wow! I was skeptical because I thought that the reviews were too good to be true but they were not! I worked with Kelly (sales) and Brett (technician) and I was impressed by both. Neither made me feel rushed and both were professional, respectful, answered all of my questions and concerns, and took care to respect my property. None of my flowers were stepped on (yay!) and another company made a hole in my wall while just giving me a quote! I got quotes from two national brands as well and D’s not only came in with the best price but also provided the best service, by far. I will not hesitate to call them again if I have any other pest problems.

Under the circumstances it’s really hard to be positive but Steven came to my house just now and truly calmed my anxiety enough for me to survive mentally, he explained everything that was going to happen and prepared me for an honest ugly truth. He did his job and he did it well, way better than the previous company I had come out! He kept positive energy the whole tome and surprisingly we stayed laughing...kinda miss his company right now lol. They called ahead of time to make sure I was going to be ready and showed up on time! Thank you for your help. 10/10 would recommend.

I dont like how I was told one prices then when they came to spray it was a different price. I was told they would bomb under the house and then the guy spraying told me that was extra. So it didnt get rid of the problem completely even after the second spray. You cant set up a monthly spray without paying for it all up front. But if you dont use them monthly and you need them to spray again for the same thing you pay full price all over again.

We have used D’s for several years & highly recommend this company for pest control. Wallace is our favorite. He is thorough & knowledgeable. He knows his stuff & we always ask for him.

We have been using D’s pest control services for the last two years. Wallace comes out 4 times per year to spray for bugs and check for rodents and other pests. We definitely had a mouse problem when we first called D’s. After the first couple of visits the rodent problem was completely resolved and we haven’t had any problems since. We e don’t have any other roach or bug problems either. Wallace is always knowledgeable about any problems or questions I have and I highly recommend Wallace and D’s pest control. I feel like it’s always pretty awkward when you have someone in your house to spray, but it wasn’t at all with Brett. We also have (4) crazy doggos and he was very kind and patient with them as they did their routine sniffing. AND, on top of all of that, their pricing is very fair and we’ve never had a problem with anything they’ve done NOT working. Always done right the first time! HIGHLY recommend!

Wallace is without a doubt the best of the best. We had a huge carpenter ant infestation that took multiple visits to take care of. Wallace was not only professional and courteous, but he was so personally motivated to kill these ants that you could have thought it was his house.

I have used them in the past for their Gold Shield Pest Control and was always pleased so when I recently had an issue with a big I had never seen before and lot of them I called them right away. Wallace came out and figured out what it was explained everything and even noticed a couple of other issues I had and took care of it all. He was awesome and I haven’t noticed anything since the treatment even with all the rain/hail we’ve had. Will always be my go to place!

I just want to say I moved away from the Lubbock area, but I used D’s pest control for my house and this place is the best exterminator I have ever used hands down. I wish they were in the DFW area.

Great service. Our new house had some new visitors like spiders and ants all the time! They took care of our concern and performed the pest control service very well. We had notice few bugs after one week of the service and reported them! They did perform the service again without charging anything. Now we don’t have any pest issue and really glad with their service. Would definitely recommend this!

Wallace is, quite honestly, the Sun Tzu of pest control. He approaches infestations like a chess match and studies the insects to gain insight on the location of their colony, and how best to eliminate it. He’s also a great educator, providing excellent commentary as to his methods and will even proscribe actions a client may take to prevent future infestations. A pest control expert is never someone you want to need, but if you do, you want Wallace.

Decided to use Bug Tech after we discovered that we had a bed bug infestation. After 5 treatments. Let me repeat, 5 TREATMENTS & several thousands of dollars later & we still could not resolve our bed bug issue. There were times we would come home after a treatment and we could not even smell the slightest of odor from the Bug Tech Technicians treatment. Honestly, Im under the impression that they just showed up to take our money. Finally, we decided we needed to try someone different. We chose Ds Pest Control. After only 2 treatments and around $800, we have finally won the battle between us and the bed bugs. After each treatment, you could tell that they physically moved items around your home and could actually smell the treatment, unlike Bug Techs invisible odorless poison. IF you want to save your money and want excellent results, avoid Bug Tech and choose Ds Pest Control.
