Bill came and sprayed our house. He was efficient but thorough and very aware of the animals we had in the house. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice and gave me lots of information as this was the first time I had used ChemTec. Pricing was also very good for a basic house servicing. We have not send any new bugs in the house since they came out and have solved our issues.

Scheduling was very quick and easy, and Bill was so nice. My cat, who is normally very wary of strangers, went right up to him. He was quick to get things inside and outside our house taken care of and even left a baggy of treats for the cats. We saw a few dead roaches a couple days after the treatment (to be expected since the treatment was working), and haven’t seen any since then!The service was reasonably priced as well, and we will be using them for pest control in the future.

Man what can I say other than I am beyond impressed with chemtech’s service. First thing is their are a veteran run local company that’s a big win for me. Second their pricing is competitive but what makes them stand above the rest is they don’t try and lock you into a contract. Finally what they spray actually works. A day after moving into our new home we have them come out to spray before we moved in and when we came back there where dead bugs inside and out. That was in November and we are in June and I haven’t seen a bug or spider since. They just came out to do a spray for summer and I can’t wait to enjoy my patio without any wanted guests. Highly recommended.

Well, this fellow was a gentleman and professional throughout the entire experience. He was on time. He was a great communicator, making sure I knew what was going on at every step of the process.He seems to be more thorough in general than most pest control services Ive used. I normally use Ds pest control for my services. However recently I have been having an issue with ants in the backyard. Ds gave me an unusually high quote to just spray my backyard. So I called around town for different quotes and ChemTec gave me the best, most affordable quote! My technician Bill was early for my appointment and was extremely thorough in spraying my entire backyard and outside the alley way. WILL be using chemtec from here on out!

We recently had a cockroach scare, so we placed a call to have our house sprayed. The gentleman introduced himself and was neat in appearance. He looked at a the insect, (it ended up being some name but an outside roach), He then sprayed the house, inside and out. He answer all the questions I asked. Plus, compared to other companies we have worked with, the cost was lower. We will definitely be doing business with them again!
