Worst Customer Service ever!! I call to let them know Im coming to purchase product. I get there 10 till 5. Receptionist/Secretary was in her car when I drove up. She left before I could purchase the product I needed. Not to mention I left work 30 min early to make it to Terminix.

I’m battling leukemia and we thought we might’ve had fleas or mosquitoes in our house. But come to find out we did not have either. Manny’s customer service with Terminix was over the top. He said I’m not gonna charge you for something that you don’t have and I thought that was amazing. Terminex will be the only pest control company in our family from now on. You do not find workers like that anymore great job Manny. I look forward to seeing you guys in the future. If you’re looking for a pest control company you should definitely give Terminix a chance.The best customer service in town and best quality. Thank you again Manny.

Always on time service! Their pest inspectors are above par from anyone else we’ve used and well above standard when it comes to friendliness. Admittedly we’ve forgot to pay our bill a few months back and their office team was very respectful and kind about our oversight. Can’t say that about many others to be sure! If you can request Jared Cresthman, you’ll be doing yourself a major favor - he’s the beat in the business and beyond knowledgeable on anything (yes anything) you have a problem with.

Called Tuesday morning before 9:00. Scheduled to come out between 9-10 on Wednesday. No show or call. I called Terminix and canceled the appointment. They had my phone number. It doesn’t take 2 minutes to call. I have things to do too.

A-MAZ-ING. We had a rodent problem due to several factors. Terminix came out, assessed our situation, and gave us a written estimate with no obligation for free. We did have them do the service. They were always on time and very nice. We have birds and they were very aware of where things were put and they were also careful to let us know where everything was put down.

Their product lasts longer than the competition. Quarterly sprays last the entire quarter period unlike the competition which last a little over then a month and the pests are alive running around the property.

Friendly employees. Very knowledgable about pest control. Store on location for DIY pest control supplies.

Called to ask questions as a single mother finances are not all open but Pam was so amazing he answered my questions and possibly saved me some money.... Thanks Pam customer service like this doesnt exist anymore 🥰🥰
