Might be Rapid if you ever get up to the bay. I sat there as the fifth vehicle in line for 15 minutes, in the one bay that was open. They were still on the same car and no-one was able to move up, so I left and went back to the business I had used before.

Quick and professional oil change service. Took care of making sure all fluids are topped, wipers in good condition and advised on air filter. Also had my vehicle annual DOT inspection done and a few items that needed adjustment to pass inspection like license plate bulbs replaced and all under $70. Good deal..

Absolutely the most shady place to get your oil changed. I’ve been bringing my truck here for years now and suddenly the price is now magically $80 dollars more. ( I get told this fact after it was done so I have no choice to cough up and pay) it gets brought up to management and they say that the best they can do is give me 10% off which is the daily special anyways. Horrible way to treat clients and conduct business. After speaking high praise of them for years and sending everyone I knew their way my advice will be stay far far away.

Went for an oil change yesterday and was greeted promptly and instructed on which line to go to. Waited for over 45 minutes to get to the next in line when the same individual comes to my window and says you’re going to be mad at me. There is an oil shortage so we’ve had to pass the increase on to our customers which I totally understand. Oil was changed and my bill was $88 for a regular oil change on a Chevy 1500 nothing special. My issue is that I waited for over 45 minutes before I was told of the price increase instead of being told when I was first greeted. At that point I was going to be stuck in line at least 20-30 minutes more if I chose to leave because I was hemmed in by vehicles in front and behind me. Then when I get home I see that my fluids hadn’t been topped off and my tire pressure was all different in all 4 tires. Very dissatisfied!

There is absolutely nothing Rapid about this place. Prepare to wait for a loooong time. Probably the first and last time I patronize this establishment.

Waiting for half hour in line for an inspection guy came out to do it and the manager said I had to wait. Had to wait for people getting their oil changed I’ve been a customer here for over 15 years and this is just not right be thinking of changes places after this. Not happy at all

This will be my oil change station in the future. I used Boltons, but will not go back to Take 5. JiffyLube is back in town, but I used them and wont go back. The crew at Rapid Oil Change were knowledgeable and professional. Their house oil is Mobil 1, which I prefer. I happily recommend them.

Consistently upselling things, which is a good business practice, but when they upsell synthetic oil b/c it lasts longer and then say the next oil change is due in 3 months or 3000 miles after getting synthetic, you have to wonder if the upsales are necessary. I sure miss Boltons!

Nothing rapid about this place! Went there for an oil change, after this place was recommend to me by a friend. After waiting for 45 minutes with no contact. I asked how much longer I would have to wait, they couldnt give me an answer. Needles to say I left and went elsewhere where I was attended in a quick and friendly manner.

This professionalism continued when I arrived where a met one of their service techs named Samuel. I couldnt have been more pleased with his friendliness, thoroughness, and knowledge of the best service for my car. Customer service is paramount in any successful business and Rapid Oil Change seems to have it all in product, service, and trained personnel. I recommend them without reservation.

I have been taking my vehicles to Rapid Oil for about 16 years. The Managers, Vernon and Steven, make sure that all of their employees are experienced and professional. They show me my airfilter and are honest about whether or not I need a new one. If they see any issues needing to be repaired, like radiators, belts, tires, etc. (services that they do not perform) they inform you. They take the safety of their customer very serious which I greatly appreciate. They also perform Texas State Inspections. The facility is always clean and they send me coupons and reminders.They are kind, hardworking, honest people. Before I take off out of town I go by just for a quick check on my tires, etc. I will never take my car anywhere else. Thanks guys and Im looking forward to 16 more years.

Awesome experience. Used to be a Bolton’s loyalist, but ever since they jacked up their prices to nearly double, I looked for another option. Rapid Oil Change was fast and the employees were friendly - at about half the price of Bolton’s now outrageous prices. This is the new spot my oil change, to be sure. Thrilled with the quality and service.

Quick reasonable price for diesel truck

I’ve gone to them for years and they always do a fantastic job. They keep all our vehicles serviced and running good. I’ve never had to wait long. Yes they recommend additional services, but are not pushy about it. It’s part of their job to recommend services you need or might need soon, to keep up regular maintenance on your vehicles.

Gone here for oil changes for years. Good service and honest guys. They may offer additional services such as fuel filters etc, but dont bother you about it if you decline them. Trusted then with a number of my vehicles - never any issues. Great place!

Last time ever. My wife went to get her Tahoe inspected. The eyebrow tent was to low. I understand doing your job, thats only expected. There was no reason to belittle her or be condescending to her. She didnt tint the truck, or have a clue about what the problem was with the eyebrow. I doubt the guy would have treated a man like that. I have used them for many years, for everything, but I will never be back!

After many years of using Boltons, I had to change to a different auto service center, due to the many negative comments left for the new management of the company that bought out Boltons. Negative comments made on line and from personal contact with other car owners were just too numerous to ignore. I studied on line and called the auto repair service that shares the building with Boltons on 82nd Street. He would not say anything negative, but he did recommend Rapid Oil Change on Indiana Ave. I was very pleased with their service. A young man did take time to explain all the different services they could provide, and explained that he just wanted to make me aware of what they offer, but also said, he wasnt pressuring me, just making me aware. My oil change was done quickly, no pressure or up sell coercion, I appreciated the staff at Rapid Oil Change for their efficiency, and courtesy, I would recommend Rapid Oil Change to anyone, without reservations. Since leaving Boltons for Rapid Oil Change, all that I miss is the offer of coffee, a bottle of water, or a soda while being serviced. Who knows, next time I might get that offer at Rapid. Regardless, I WILL, be using Rapid Oil Change for all my auto service needs from now on.

I will never return here again nor will I recommend that anyone patronize this establishment. My family were customers of anther local oil change business until they changed owners and their prices went up and their service went down. We decided to give Rapid an opportunity earn our loyalty. My family has 5 vehicles. This was one of the most patronizing and infuriating experiences I have ever had. I do not appreciate being referred to as sweetheart by anyone other than my husband. I also, nor does my husband, appreciate the bulk of the service time being focused on upselling additional non-requested or required services when all I requested was a simple oil change. The effort and energy expended by the staff would have been utilized trying to provide excellent service and establishing a new client rather than trying to pry more money out of my wallet.

I will never use this guys again! I used them once and I went back to my normal place today because I need my tire rotate and balance. They can not change my oil because the last place I went to strip out my bolt. That was the first and last time I use them. Now I have to figure out how to get the old out and get this taken care of right.

They are the only once that took me in with 5 until closing time they didnt look mad but happy to service my car. I was so thankful they did that.

They wanna get you for things like fuel cleaner, radiator flush, power steering flush, oil additives, anything they can upcharge. Once you get past all that and they actually start, its pretty quick. State inspection is the same way, they try and upcharge, but they are quick and have you done in no time.

These guys did a great job of changing my oil quickly and for a fair price. I was very please with their speed and effectiveness.The reason they do not have five stars is that they, seeing I am a young woman in an old crappy car, assumed that I have poor knowledge about cars, and tried to pull a fast one on me. They wiped motor oil on a cloth and told me it was my power steering fluid, that it was black, and my engine could explode if I didnt change it right away, which they offered to do for $70. I told them no thanks, that my dad and I would change it later. Well, you can ask your dad, but if he knows anything about cars, hell know that this isnt something you can do in your garage. You need equipment to clean out the old fluid before you can refill it.Well guess what? I bought a hand pump for $7 at Walmart, and used 2/3 of a $8 bottle of power steering fluid my dad had in his garage, and completed the job myself in about 12 minutes. My car has been fine, and my engine has not exploded. Also, the fluid wasnt black; it was a light reddish brown and probably didnt need to be changed for another couple of months. Oh well -- its nice knowing that its been done!Again, they did a great job with the oil change. Fast and reasonably priced. I paid them to do it not because I cant or dont know how, but because I just dont like doing it. And I probably will never go back because it was super annoying having to deal with their attempt to scam me. Please keep that in mind the next time a young lady wanders into your garage! We are not all as gullible as youd like to believe.
