I have called twice now for the same issue. Lawn was graded poorly and the sprinklers go off every single day, causing awful flooding and mud everywhere. This is a common occurrence because the neighbors are having the same issue. I’ve called to have someone fix this issue and no one has come out. I’m at a loss. Even with chairs and furniture covering the mud, the ongoing sprinklers are making the yard a mess and our dogs extremely dirty. Beyond frustrating and disappointing.

Paradise lawn did a great job installing our sprinkler system and have been back two times since then. One for a required test and once for a part repair. They performed both jobs in a timely manner and did a great job. Paradise lawn is the best!

Excellent service installing in-ground landscape lighting

Paradise lawn and landscape installed a new sprinkler system in my yard. The employees were all very professional, friendly and courteous. The work was completely in a timely manner. Any questions or requests were answered and promptly addressed. After completion several sprinkler heads were not working properly. After calling the office an employee was promptly sent to check the sprinklers and replaced/adjusted the sprinkler heads not working properly .Overall experience was excellent. Very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Paradise for sprinkler installation and repair.I am thoroughly enjoying my sprinkler system and my yard is looking great.Thank you for doing an excellent job.I will continue to use Paradise for any future lawn and landscape needs.

We were scheduled quickly for a leak in our irrigation. The young man, Daniel, that came out was professional and knowledgeable. He found the leak and repaired it within a half hour. Thank you, Paradise!Highly recommended!

***UPDATE*** Never heard back.Hard to get in touch with. I called for an estimate, but they were away from the phones, and I had to leave a message. They never called me back. When I called again a week later, I was able to set up an appointment to get an estimate. Matt was down to earth and straightforward. He listened to what I wanted and offered suggestions if I needed them. But then after our meeting, I never received the estimate he said he would email to me that evening. After 4 days, I called Paradise Landscaping again, and the lady on the phone assured me she would remind him about the estimate, and she confirmed my email address was correct. Im still waiting for that estimate. Their services might be fine if I ever get them, but their communication needs work.

A blurb on the web site said 100% of their customers recommended them. If they still post that after this review they are either liars or they covered-up this review. My first experience was good. Had my irrigation system checked. Then I wanted a motor for my fountain. I left 3 messages in one day with a Ryan Smothers. Then left 3-4 more in succeeding days. Finally, I complained to the receptionist. I was called by someone who worked with Smothers. They said they would be out the next week. Two full weeks after that deadline they still had not come. I called and got Smothers. He said he had to figure it out. I told him there was nothing to figure out. You return phone calls. That is ethical. I told him I wanted to speak to the owner. The owner still has not called. Dishonest and cowardice.

Very uncourteous! They are working on a house across the street on the south side of town, some would call the country of Lubbock, and the main guy come speeding down the street like a bat out of hell while my 4 and 2 year old are playing in the yard next to the street! I was standing at the mailbox and turned to look he glared at me like I was in his way and how dare I look at him! I’m sure there work is good but I prefer to not have my dog or child hit by a wreck less driver!!I do not recommend!

We used Paradise Lawn & Landscape for the first time last year to put up our Christmas Lights. We called after Thanksgiving and they came out and determined how our lights should be put up etc and then told us when they would be there to put them up. They did exactly what they said they would do! That is a big thumbs up!

The folks at Paradise have been very pleasant to deal with. They have responded to my calls and emails and have been generally responsive to my requests. They have stood behind their work and products and I would recommend them. they installed my initial landscaping and have also added a couple of garden areas. I have also used them to mow the lawn and apply herbicide when needed. All work has been satisfactory.

We have not started this project yet, but the people that have dealt with my wife have impressed her and that is not a easy thing to do. They showed up on time for a free estimate. I set up an appointment on-line to have some of the job done. Got the time and date I wanted. The day before the job, I called to see if we could change the time, and they were more than flexible. Worker showed up on time and was done in a timely manner.
