I have been a customer of Bravo Xteriors for the past 9 years. In that time they have provided lawn service, tree service, and seasonal color. I deal with Jace and Donnie on a regular basis and they are always kind, respectful, listen to my concerns and offer suggestions for the care of my lawn and flower beds. People have stopped by and asked who does my yard and now several neighbors are using Bravo. In the last month, Bravo has taken on my church property, a rental house we own, and our parsonage. I absolutely love love love my makeover landscaping. Bravo employees were very respectful, punctual, patient, dedicated and very passionate about their jobs.I wanted something very low maintenance and beautiful. Bravo worked a plan specifically designed for my needs. I job began with trimming my hedges that were outgrown along with weeds and dry dead leaves packed underneath. Bravo employees never complain about my over grown garden they simply rolled up their sleeves and began working clearing everything out. Did I mentioned they installed tarp to layer my beautiful Cherokee rocks..This makeover is incredible and I am very proud of my new landscraping. No job is too big or too small for Bravo Xteriors. For the last couple of years I’v known I needed to have some upkeep in our backyard; but every spring I felt the customer experience I received from places I called was all money games or the quotes were so expensive there was no way; until this year when I was referred to Brady. I had a text back within minutes of my first voicemail. Upon working with Brady, he was upfront and honest. He communicated in a professional and friendly way that allowed me to make informed decisions. He took time to answer all my questions. He didn’t push my smaller project aside for larger projects; instead he made me feel like my needs were important and even provided guidance for future opportunities for home improvement. There was a concern I had during the work and when I addressed it with him; I had completely reassurance my needs were being met. Then he followed up with me and let me know all was fine and went above and beyond by making things even better than expected. 1 star because they never got back to me. That kind of unprofessionalism always deserves 1 star. The gentleman that came out was nice but guess he didn’t want/need the work. I had 6 different projects that I wanted done but had to source out to other companies.

Great contractor! Completely redid my backyard into an outdoor living space. No idea what I wanted, but the owner, Brady, personally designed a few layouts to review with me, and came up with a great looking option that fit within my budget.They started when they said they would and actually finished a day ahead of schedule.Five stars!!! Brady and his team are exceptional at what they do! No one in town builds a better pergola. They are a one stop shop, Christmas lights, annual color, hydro mulch, land scape. You name they do it well.
