Edited to Add: Roots did call me back and explain that they had been having phone issues and apologized for the delay in response. They were also kind enough to send me a list of vendors who could possibly help me with my yard issue. They followed up to make sure Id received the list of vendors and I let them know that I had received it.I am unable to delete my negative review but wanted to update it.Ive left 2 messages and called 3 times to try to get an estimate to have some work done on my front yard. I started calling on Tuesday and as of Thursday no one has returned my call. Theyre outgoing voicemail message says that my call is very important to them but it seems that is not the case. I tried to go by the address listed on Google and its the AT&T store on 82nd. This company was recommended to me by Ashton Walden but not sure theyre worthy of being recommended by such a reputable company.

WOW, WOW, WOW!!! I just had these guys come out to handle a very tough job (including 6 foot weeds all over my backyard), and they blew it out of the water. Even though they were busy, they made me feel like a priority. They were both friendly and professional. I couldnt believe how amazing my yard looked when they were through with it - And they handled it so fast. I mean, how efficient can you get? Whatever sort of lawn project you have, dont hesitate to call these guys. They can do whatever you need and do it in a way that will make you excited that you called them. I rate them as the top lawn care company in town, BY FAR...There isnt even any real competition, in my opinion. Anyway, I could go on and on, but I will leave it at that. Once again, WOW!!!

I have never been more pleased with a lawn and landscaping company! They are professional, timely, and do excellent work. They are much more than some guys that mow your lawn. They are very knowledgeable about regional landscaping dos, donts, and trends. Their prices are fair and they even do Christmas lights - perfect for this time of year. We have, and continue to, use them at all of our businesses and at my personal home.

Be careful using these people or if they are working close to you. They do not take care of damages they cause.
