Very friendly knowledgeable staff.... Parts dept had my filters pulled and on the counter when I walked in just at closing time...Thank you guys for all the help

Customer service is terrible. I call and have to leave a message. Email and dont get replies. Tried renting from then and they just didnt seam to care about me. Ive got $ in rental fees on a Cat grader, just not with Warren Cat.

If it were possible to give no stars I would have. This is the WORST Cat dealer I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Ive noticed several of the postings for positive reviews are of people whom I have seen working at Warren Cat, so there could maybe be a ton of bias. There is no way Warren Cat can be at almost a 5 out of 5.

All the people I met here were friendly and helpful. The parts folks seemed very capable of finding an answer to my questions and getting parts as soon as possible.

Can’t say that we’d recommend them any longer. Very slow to respond to important issues.

I will never use warren cat again they might be friendly but they cost me a lot of money they delivered dozer a day late from when they said they would while be was using dozer to clear brush I broke two windshield wiper blades figured it wasn’t a big deal few bucks dozer was running perfectly fine when returned but they charged me over 11 hundred dollars for two windshield wiper blades at first said machine was not running and something to do with seatbelt and the windshield wiper blades then there story changed said the machine is fine they had to fix wiring on the wiper and replace the windshield wiper blades and charged that much for that I will never use them again .

I went to pick up a Master, and ignition key for a grader, I had to wait 3 minutes, and the gentleman helping me was so apologetic, and hated keeping me waiting. Lol! These guys are helpful, and work quickly to get you what you need.

Friendly and knowledgeable parts people and Richard Hale is a sales person that really goes the extra mile after the sale to assure customer satisfaction.

I went here with my uncle when he needed to rent a skid steer and everyone was so nice! We were greeted right away, they had great prices on short and long term rentals, and a great inventory and availability of equipment.
