I really like the people and the service I get here. Sunbelt in Lubbock has helped me out of a jam several times without any complications getting the equipment that I needed in a very timely manner. Thanks Sunbelt for all your help

They were very unprofessionally organized, they treated me with disrespect. I waited over two hours on equipment i was quoted on that ended up being the wrong equipment. Then when I tried to reschedule because u needed equipment regardless of the low quality of customer service i recieved, they treated me disrespectful in many ways thats unprofessional and unpleasantly acceptable as a customer HR needs to follow up

The young guy in the yard doesnt know how to operate the portable ramp. I hauled two manlifts from their ft.worth location and when the employee drove the first one off it fell and knocked two holes in the deck on the trailer.As I went to look at the trailer the guy said, oh its no big deal. So I asked for his supervisor and he said the same thing, and told me if I wanted to wait there all day which was on a Saturday he might be able to repair the damage. I told him I was on a schedule and might would not work. So on the following Monday I called the district manager because they had no manager at the location. He blew me off three different times and never returned my calls.I would not recommend anyone to do business with this location. Ive hauled equipment for all the major rental companies and Sunbelt in Lubbock is the worst location Ive ever encountered.

You can see how badly she wanted to stay and i wish i could have had her feeling better but the dangers of the city are real when you are facing losing love out in an unfamiliar territory so I made my way thru as a sherriff and hand cuff xity will come down on all that could provide the bull around, only the real gonna last. No way we could stay aroynd in lubbuck another day. Was quite nice finding out about the people that were good and was glad to have visit them but the low class said that we could stay. But they was zombie state on wheels they was just too high

Equipment is always broken and unreliable. Avoid.

Received equipment with dead batteries and covered with mud.
