Everything about our remodel was perfect. The shower is gorgeous! The contractor went the extra mile to fix underlying problems left by the builder to make sure the structure was sound. The process was clean and everything was done right on time.

Our shower was leaking underneath the floor and the fiberglass had a trampoline effect. Instead of putting a band-aid on it we found BathPlanet on a Google search and a salesmen came to see is a couple days later. We also lived 2-1/2 hours away and Brian, the salesman, made the trip. We told him what color and additional features we were looking for and they had everything we needed.We got our order in and a few weeks later our contractor, Carlos Vasquez, came out. They told us at first it would be a 2 day project...Carlos (By himself) got it done in 1 day (Arrived around 8 am & was done by 5:30).Carlos was very professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing and just an all-around great guy. He cleaned up everything after he was done and we were able to use the shower after 24 hours.You may have to bite the bullet but you can’t go wrong with BathPlanet and their contractors.

The man they sent to do the install was very efficient and professional. I am very pleased with the end result.

We recently had Bath Planet install a walk in shower for my mom. They were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. After getting a few bids we opted for their product. They were a little higher, however the shower is very well put together. The process was quick and the installer was very neat and clean. Also they did the tear out and install in one day, which is important when dealing with an 84 year old woman. We are very happy with every aspect of the process and will definitely use them again.

Great customer service and exceptional work ethic. Cleans up at the end of everyday so there is no mess. Asks multiple times as the job goes if you want to make changes to anything. Goes above and beyond to make the customers happy. Thank you very much for a job well done!!!

I enjoyed working with everyone at Bath Planet from Brian, the sales representative to Carlos, the installer. Carlos took out my old bath tub and replaced it with a beautiful walk in shower. He was quick and very professional, so you want to ask for Carlos when you do your new bath or shower. I had called a few other contractors about estimates, but they didnt even bother to call me back to discuss the quote after they gave it to me. I found Bath Planet from someone on the Neighborhood app, and they were all about it from the very first phone call. The only down side, if it can be considered such, is that it took seven weeks for my custom shower to come in. However, it was worth the wait! Plus, they have financing available if you need it. Call them today!

Our small master shower had to go, so we contacted 2 bath remodel companies. While the competitor was less expensive, we chose Bath Planet because of their warranty and previous satisfaction with a sunroom built by West Texas Exteriors, an affiliation of Bath Planet. The company immediately fixed an error in the sunroom, so we knew Bath Planet would stand behind the work. Just took 3 days to cap and drywall the old shower and remove the unused tub and put in the shower. All debris was cleaned up each day and transported away which was appreciated. About 2 months since completion and no problems and total satisfaction. Highly recommend Bath Planet.

What a joke... Called to get an estimate on a bathroom remodel and the refused to come out and look at our bathroom and turned the work down because they were adimant about meeting with my wife and myself which I understand. But I was trying to get this done as a surprise to my wife and I was told well since we cant meet with both you and your wife well sorry to waste your time! Hell of customer service there! Absolutely would not use them nor recommend them for anything!!!
