Steve, Kevan, and the Dreammaker team made our kitchen and bathroom ideas come to life. From start to finish, they were professional, clean, respectful of our space, precise, and attentive to details. It was so nice to be able to use an all-inclusive company who planned and coordinated scheduling between plumbers, tilers, demo, carpentry, and electricians. We are in love with our kitchen, guest bathroom, and master bathroom and highly recommend this company!

DREAMMAKER IS AWESOME!!! They were able to completely remodel my Master Bed & Bath in an older home with antiquated infrastructure. Everything is now modernized... and CLEAN. Dreammaker took care of all the small details that I forgot and even improved on what I had requested. I will definitely RECOMMEND calling Steve and Marchelle if you have any kind of remodeling project.

We could not be happier with our experience of working with DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen. After years of hearing horror stories about remodeling and contractors, we finally felt we needed to take a chance. There was no need to worry. Steve, et. al. were amazing from the first moment we entered the office to the post-renovation walk through. They did such a wonderful job of working with our ideas on the design, and then communicating with us through the actual remodel. We now have a functional master bathroom and a modern kitchen. Things done in a timely manner with high quality material and workmanship -- absolutely worth every penny.

They were awesome! I cannot say enough good things about this company. DreamMaker was so respectful and everyone was so polite. Steve really has a great group of people that understand the remodeling process from design through the completion of the project. Everything turned out wonderful and it was so much fun! DreamMaker recently remodeled our master bathroom and bedroom. They did a great job from beginning to end. Steve with DreamMaker meticulously went through the details of the scope of work prior to the beginning of the job, which really helped my wife and I understand what work would be included in the remodel. Additionally, the guys at DreamMaker provided us with a projected schedule for the work, which contained an estimated time of completion. They were right on time with their projected schedule. The DreamMaker employees that were at our house almost daily for two months were great guys that we enjoyed having around. In sum, for anyone looking for a reputable contractor to handle a remodel job, we would highly recommend Steve and the other great folks at DreamMaker!

We had the master bath changed to a walk-in shower with almost no step to enter. They put in a nice wide bench I can sit on and also have place to store soaps and shampoo. The grab bars are in perfect reach whether sitting or standing. We have a hand held shower head and a shower head attached to the wall so I can use both at the same time if I want to. The solid surface is easy to clean and maintain. The workers were very nice, very knowledgeable and on time. Dust was kept to a minimum and they cleaned up each evening when leaving for the day. Very happy with the job and the people. If I had another bathroom needing update these are the people I would call !!

These guys are great! They’ve helped us update our kitchen cabinets and master bathroom. Steve is very knowledgeable and came up with some creative ideas. Travis did most of the work...very skilled and courteous. Cleaned up after the job VERY well (which wasn’t easy after cutting new holes in a granite countertop!). I would use Dreammaker again should the need arise! By the way, pricing was VERY fair. These are good folks!

I retract my previous review my bad I should have said I am remodeling my whole house and when I went to the website not a store and spoke to someone I could not afford it. They were a little bit fancy for my lived in house lol not that they do a bad job or are not qualified Im sure they are very competent! I just thought Id get a better price but I have also never done this before so I apologise for the previous review! Also I change my stars for the owner cking me on my review! I made a quick review and I should have taken my time to actually review them! Also Im doing it myself made it a lot cheaper! Harder but cheaper! You should just call them and have them do it its worth the money cause this sux 😂!

In the fall of 2012 I started my house remodel project, which had been long overdue. I contracted with a friend of mine to work on the various bedrooms of the house. However, for the kitchen portion of my early 80s, 1,500-sq-foot home I decided to use somebody who could translate my ideas into an actual product, and show me beforehand (by means of plans and elevations) what it would look like.I had read about DreamMaker in the B&I section of the local newspaper, and from the first consultation with owner Steve Betts I knew that DreamMaker was the right company for the job. Before the work started, Steve patiently entertained my unusual ideas--at least in a house thats valued barely at six figures. Coming from Europe, I had my mind set on a clean design, and DreamMaker came through with extremely stylish, contemporary custom cabinets and granite work to match.I am sure that Steve thought more than once that I was the most difficult customer ever, but guess what? Together we designed a kitchen with features that you wont find in too many $350,000 homes! I like to cook, I am efficient, and I have a sense of what I want--and DreamMaker delivered.Working with people in construction usually is like trying to buy a used car--theyre shysters. But this company is different. Steve was always upfront about costs, and I never felt pressured. I was given a detailed schedule regarding milestones for each phase of the project, and DreamMaker was always on time and finished the job a few days ahead of schedule. The people who work for the company will become your friends--Tyler and all those other folks really cared about their work. They are genuine professionals. and you can trust them: I travel a lot, and the work continued while Id be gone for a week or even longer. they treated my property not just with respect--they treated it as if it was their own!So, were there problems? Yes, two issues were buggered up, both because Steve and I simply had not communicated on two issues that seemed to be crystal clear to both of us--just in a different way. DreamMaker took care of the situation and in the process only re-enforced my high opinion of this company. The customer comes first is their mantra, and they live by it.Now, a year later, I have a minor issue with part of my granite bar where the supports are not holding up as expected. Guess what? I sent Steve an e-mail, and he came to the house and checked the situation. Next week his crew will take care of the problem. What more could I ask for? I have the kitchen I wanted (with a minimum of inconvenience, dirt, and all the other issues that a full remodel will cause), and I have the knowledge that if something goes wrong, Steve and his guys are there to take care of me.This is not a 5-star company--it deserves six of them!

Steve and his team were able to help me evaluate my familys rental property in Lubbock and determine the best means to move forward. I appreciated their friendly customer service, integrity and expertise.

After talking to DreamMakers at the Lubbock Home show, we gave them our information and they contacted us to discuss a kitchen remodel. We were very impressed with their thoughts and ideas, and several months later we engaged them to do a our kitchen.We met with Steve and Marchelle about once a week for a month or so to go through the design process. The existing flooring was going to stay and was a constraint to work with, and they had us bring in some extra tiles so that we could compare things to it. They gave us samples to bring home and even told us what light to have when we looked at them, and details like that. We were very happy with what they showed us. They went with us to look at and choose appliances and fixtures, and they advised us on what went together well.Once construction began, it continued at a steady pace. The only down days when they werent working were when paint was drying, or when they had coordinated ahead of time (only two days). They were done by 5:00 most days, and they cleaned up very thoroughly before leaving our home in the evening. They put up plastic barriers to contain dust and paint spray, which worked much better than I believed it would.They worked very deliberately, and at a good pace. The quality of work is excellent, and all without any mistakes or rework- everything was done right the first time.Having heard friends describe remodels, I was prepared for a long time and a lot of inconvenience. This experience with DreamMakers was far more painless than I had anticipated. The result is exactly what we wanted. I have many years experience in managing major construction projects, and Ive never had a better experience than this. I recommend DreamMakers of Lubbock and Amarillo very highly.

We have had the pleasure of working with Steve Betts and Dreammaker Bath & Kitchen on three separate projects - 2 in our own home and one for my parents. Our kitchen was a very outdated galley style kitchen. The job was done perfectly and we now have a beautiful updated open kitchen that is much more functional for our family. We were so impressed with how our kitchen turned out that my parents decided to contract with Dreammaker to remodel their kitchen. We had many challenges, but Steve and the staff at Dreammaker were so patient and understanding, and the final result was a beautiful kitchen they both enjoy that added so much value to their home. Finally, when our shower was in desperate need of repair, we consulted Dreammaker again about a remodel of our master bath. We love the results - new shower, new tile, addition of a second sink, new countertops and paint. All three jobs were done professionally, and we have been very pleased with the quality of the work.
