We discovered Bath Innovations by LHG by an online review. We had interviewed a few other contractors, some promising our remodel in two days. When we talked with Heath, we knew we had found the contractor we needed to do quality work. The renovation took longer than two days because Heath is a perfectionist who attends to every detail with precision and maintains close communication with the client. We love our new bathroom and look forward to having Heath do more work for us. Very professional; very knowledgeable; very considerate; very skilled; very honest; very clean. We replaced our bathtub/shower combo with a stand alone shower. The experts at Bath Innovations helped us walk through the planning and designing of a shower without pushing us to add extras or discouraging our personal quirks. They even located a teak wood shelf for us that was not in their regular stock! The work is flawless, completed quicker than we expected and they were true to their word in every aspect. Our new enlarged walk in - ramped shower is perfect for our needs. We love that it is so easy to clean. The folks at Bath Innovations listened to what we needed and crafted the perfect place for us. They are awesome people and will always be there to help. There was no mess left behind. They were great to deal with. Couldn’t find nicer people to answer any questions. We would recommend them to anyone. If we decide to have anything else replaced we will certainly be giving them a call! We are completely satisfied with the end result! I recently had to replace a shower in its entirety. Bath Innovations did an outstanding job. They explained the process and kept me appraised of what and how they were doing things. They were on time and professional.

We contacted Bath Innovations back in June and Heath and Dandy came over with their presentation. They sat down with us and went over what they had and what we wanted. They were very professional in their presentation and had many choices of materials and their ideas of what would work and what might not work. They are much more professional than some of the others that came over. When we decided on what was best for our bath conversion they ordered the materials and kept us informed as to where we were,at through the whole build. They were very flexible when we asked about a couple of additional changes. When the materials came in they set up a time and were there when they said they would be. Heath and his assistant went to work and in 3 days we had a beautiful and safe shower conversion. We are extremely pleased,with Heath and the staff at Bath Innovations. We got what we wanted at a really reasonable price . The lif time warranty on the materials is a plus also. If you are needing a bath conversion or New build We highly recommend Bath Innovations by LHG.

We only gave 5 stars because thats all the program allows. Bath Innovations by LHG recently did a complete master bath remodel for us. They took the bathroom down to studs, removing a huge garden tub, moving a closet, tearing out a shower, replacing all cabinets and vanity, removing and replacing the tile floor. We had the onyx shower and vanity top installed. We discussed with Heath and Dandi what we envisioned and they guided us with their ideas, as well. The completed bathroom exceeded our vision and expectations. They included us in every decision to make our bathroom truly personal and to make it exactly what we wanted (ie. height of bench in shower, location of soap dishes, choosing the perfect shower doors, etc.). Heath is a meticulous craftsman and every detail is thought out and executed perfectly. We are so thrilled with our new bath that we find ourselves walking in there several times a day just to look. We have already contracted with Bath Innovations to remodel our guest bath. We could not be happier with their ethics, attitude, and professionalism. Everyone was so pleasant to work with. This was the best experience weve ever had with contractors. We highly, highly recommend Bath Innovations by LHG!

VERY happy!!We were in no hurry to find the right company to put in a walk in shower, a few months even. We finally settled on Bath Innovations and The Onyx Collection. Heath and Dandi came out to our house showing us a lot of options. With Heath’s meticulous attention to detail in building it (Heath discovered a tiny, pinhole leak in a copper pipe behind the wall that could have been disastrous down the road and replaced all the old pipes) and Dandi’s feminine touch and advice to a very nice décor, we now have a beautiful walk in shower that is crazy easy to keep clean and enjoy for the rest of our lives. I keep an ordinary shop cloth handy to wipe all the hardware down after the shower to keep water stains away, all done in about thirty seconds. Whenever you want, the water spots on the acrylic are easily wiped away with the same dry towel. Do it fairly regularly, and no more elbow grease scrubbing or harsh chemicals. We couldn’t be happier! Thanks to the whole crew! (Oh, and anyone who says they can come in and knock it all out in two days, well, you will probably GET a two day job!)
